Location was great. A lot of candy in the shop was expired. Made a few billing request at the check in and they said it was taken care of and it was not, besides that the property is nice and the kids love.

Price gouging us. Highest I have ever paid to camp. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Weed smoking smell at the pool!! Housekeeping is very rude and argumentative. Water shutoff without any prior knowledge. Such a shame because my family of 14 love it but not sure for those reasons we would go back.

Our neighbor was allowed to leave their kids to stay at the site alone, both nights these kids were extremely loud, and security had to be called but it didn’t stop. This was super inconvenient as we were there for a tournament and had early mornings. Also, the water was shut off right before check out and no text was sent out to let us know. We paid over $600 to stay here, really disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay although the cost is very high, especially if you don’t have kids using the activity options as we didn’t. Clean facilities were appreciated.

The staff was excellent. This KOA is very overpriced. The price per night increases each time we visit (4th visit). We were overcharged for the majority of the items (e.g. ice, toiletries) in the store. $20 per hour to rent a bike, wtf! Friends stayed there a few weeks earlier and stated that the prices were extremely high. It was their first and last visit. Lower your prices or we’re done.

Came with the grandkids. They loved being able to play on the playground will I cooked dinner. And the games the employees played with them. The pool was awesome and the check in staff was kind

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the expensive wood that was so green and wet it wouldn't burn. Even with different fire starters.

Wonderful place for families with small children as well as older adults. Courtney and Cody are fabulous hosts. They engaged with everyone and made us all feel welcome. The cleaning crew is fabulous. We were very impressed with the care that they took to keep the campsites and activity areas clean and litter-free. We will definitely be back with our granddaughter! �

Stay was great! The only thing I string recommend is telling your guest there is poison ivy/oak on the property. We had a toddler get in it while on our stay which could have been easily prevented. It was all over our camp site back fence. I would haven given 5 stars if this warning was somewhere. We checked in at night and did not see the poison ivy until it was too late. :(

The entire facility was in excellent condition! The staff was outstanding and was very personable. These workers on this trip went above and beyond to make the experience that much better for my kids.

We stayed Sunday to Saturday. We had our grandson with us and the facilities were terrific for keeping him entertained. The Staff is amazing totally helpful. We Love Santa Cruz/Monterey KOA!!

We stayed a couple of nights on a roadtrip. Really nice facility. The people running it were very helpful and friendly. If you want quiet, this is not the best place for that. Lots of families and kids are out enjoying themselves. It was pretty noisy. Nights were fine and everyone seemed respectful of the quiet time rules. The weather was beautiful in July.

We always have a great time and the staff is wonderful. My major concerns on this trip was safety (some friends had their bikes & scooters stolen…sheriff did recover them). We also had our water & electricity turned off multiple days. This was an inconvenience especially to our friends trailer- they had water damaged to their bathroom when it turned back on.

We showed up and the water was off, but no one mentioned that when we checked in. The next day the electricity shut off which effected the internet and water pump. The internet stayed off for the rest of our stay (multiple days) but just in our section of the campsite. Then a fire broke out with evacuations and finally the cable went out. I work remotely and this caused me a major inconvenience.

Amazing…. We had the best time ever. Our 11 and 14 yr old grandchildren make new friendships. Me I loved the margaritas and pizza. Great place if you’re traveling with your pets. Staff and maintenance personal we equally amazing. Planning our next year trip there already. Thank you for the cleanness of the whole camp ground. Above and beyond. Hats off to the whole crew…….

The site signs were not clear and ended up setting up in the wrong site and then had to move. There was no power/water one day and then there was a fire and the campground had to evacuate. There was garbage in site and a broken metal poker left in the fire.

The railroad track at the entrance really needs to be fixed. Recommendation to fix/pave the roads in the campground, replace the worn out picnic tables and provide the children’s activities at no additional charge.

Had a wonderful time, staff very friendly. Bathroom showers were clean, lots of activities for kids, great interaction from staff to kids. Spent many vacations at this KOA every summer with our children, now bringing our grandchildren!

Facilities were not clean, restrooms were dirty and not cleaned properly. the Wi-Fi did not work plus the cell phone signal is weak in the area. For the money they charge, there is hardly any benefit.

For the price paid we experienced some inconveniences. Site next to is had a water leak. I understand it needs yo be addressed. But no time was given to allow us to prepare. We received a text at 1:25 pm that the water would be off from 1-5. No time to fill our RV tank. Again upon checkout,no power or water. I was not able to flush out my tanks. No warning or price adjustments.

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
