There was so much to do in the surrounding area that we ran out of time! All the employees were amiable and helpful. They did a fantastic job of keeping the place absolutely spotless. We like to start our day with breakfast out and one can't go wrong with Cowboys Corner Cafe or Beach Street Cafe, both in Watsonville. Children and adults would both enjoy Roaring Camp's Redwood Forest Train!

We loved our stay here for 3 nights. The campground is very clean. We took our tent trailer and the site we got was very big. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful. Our kids loved the heated pool and playground area and all the activities going on. We’re already planning our next trip here! Can’t wait to come back! This place is the best!

Workers were great!! So helpful and accommodating. The only 2 things I would complain about are that the shower leaked and that the window in the bathroom was broken. The Koa is not cheap and I would think they'd be better taken care of

A little rough, spot not level side to side. Activities didn’t start till after checkout time. Wouldn’t recommend for an overnight stop. Pool excellent but no policing of infants in hot tub, kids jumping in from pool to hot tub. Not a relaxing time. Sorry, we won’t be back�

We have been coming to this KOA every year for about 6 years. I am delighted with the improvements to the park. The staff has always been friendly but this time, when the occasion arose, they engaged in a short conversation. It feels better maintained, the bathrooms seem cleaner, the park has some nice little improvements, the weekend band was pleasant (Last year the band was too loud)

Just got back after a 5 night stay. We had a great time! Loved the pool party and music on Friday and Saturday.. We come there every summer, the tye dye shirts were a lot more expensive than last year and the pink color wasn’t working. Loved that the manager was out hanging with fellow campers too!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well maintained. The cabin i stayed in was in need of a serious cleaning! Spider webs everywhere and the floor were awful animal fur balls and dust, which tells me it was not swept or mopped recently.

It was a nice experience from reserving the site to leaving. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience before. It was great

I am writing to respectfully request a full refund for our recent stay. Unfortunately, our family’s experience did not reflect the premium price we paid, and we left feeling very disappointed. The most significant issue was our campsite’s location directly beneath an extremely bright streetlight. One of the reasons families choose to camp is to enjoy the outdoors after dark—

Loved it! The warm welcome from the staff is amazing! For how large the property is, you can still get away from all of the excitement and exuberance of youthful energy. We really enjoyed the consistent friendliness of the staff. Thank you!

What a fantastic facility, the staff was so friendly as soon as we arrived, the campground is spotless, and we loved all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone especially families.

Fantastic stay, this is our 2nd year in a row doing a cabin stay with our kids and we had so much fun! The location is fantastic the team offers so many activities for the kids. The best part is how free and independent the kids can be here, in a safe environment!

Wonderful stay, but we stayed in 175 and people and kids were constantly walking through our campsite. Maybe you could post signs around the playground to use the walkways and not walk through campsites.

The staff were so friendly! I felt like we were on a cruise ship on land! Our very expensive deluxe cabin was pretty beat up, run down. Needs some love. Would have stayed another night if it weren't for that.

The thing I love most about this park is that it is incredibly clean. The layout is inclusive great for the kids in the bikes. It feels safe inviting and the weather never disappoints. We often don’t even leave the park because we are so happy to be part of the community that is built to their period 1000% recommend

A beautiful KOA!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The hot water wasn’t working in our cabin and the staff immediately came over and fixed it. We had very hot showers for the rest of our stay!! Great place for family fun�

I’ve been coming to this KOA for over 25 years. Every time I come here it’s always exciting, it’s always joyful, it’s always fun, and it’s always relaxing. The staff has always been very professional, respectful and personable. The activities that my kids used to do are now the activities that my grandkids do here. It’s a great day(s) at KOA.

The campsite and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

We brought our grandsons here for their 1st RV Trip. They really enjoyed the bounce pillows & playgrounds. We went to sunset State Beach which was an easy drive from KOA .

Great time, decent facilities (some bathrooms had broken fixtures). The fire pit was somewhat broken (site #7). Pool very fun!

Safe, clean, super friendly staff. Very pet and kid friendly. Staff is helpful and kind. Maintenance came through with a part we needed to stop a water leak in our rv. Saved the day.

Great for kids of all ages, best for kids under 15! Parents have visibility of the activities and bounce pillows from many different sites in the park. Exploring near by is pretty easy and it’s not too far from trains, boardwalk and the Mystery Spot!

We loved this place! We stayed here last October for sons bday and decided to stay here for the graduation trip. Grateful that because their was an issue with our RV right before we left home, we were able to rent a cabin instead. The cabin was nice, but way out of our price range ($1200 for 4 nights).

We love Santa Cruz KOA! It’s so much fun! Lots of fun activities and amenities. The pool Is nice and warm and the hot tub is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always helpful!

We had an amazing time at Santa Cruz KOA. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we checked in. I really felt like the kids were safe riding their bikes around the campsite. The cabins were well maintained and clean. Also the community showers and bathrooms were well kept and maintained. Everyone in the shop was friendly and accommodating and it seemed like people really enjoyed working there.

We decided last minute to book a 3 night stay and had a wonderful time! The only feedback I would add, is to have an option for late check out even with an added fee. We initially asked about a later checkout time of 12 to give time to packup after an early morinng soccer game and ended up just booking another night stay and ended up departing around 5pm. Outside of that, everything was great

This was our first time here. We loved our little cabin and we slept very well. The room was well ventilated and we brought our own sheets, pillows and blankets so we were very comfy. The wifi was great. Our daughter had a great time meeting up with friends and we went to the boardwalk. There is so much to do for kids which allowed me and my husband to relax and chill. We will be back!

Great campground for families with kids. We were there with grandchildren and will probably be back at some point with our other grandchildren! Lots of fun activities and very friendly and helpful staff!

We’ve stayed two times and enjoyed both. It’s a safe space for kids to ride their bikes and scooters and be kids! Our only recommendation is that the 3-way stop in the park become a 4-way stop since those same kids aren’t paying attention to the signs and shoot across that intersection without looking in both directions.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
