Workers were great!! So helpful and accommodating. The only 2 things I would complain about are that the shower leaked and that the window in the bathroom was broken. The Koa is not cheap and I would think they'd be better taken care of

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well maintained. The cabin i stayed in was in need of a serious cleaning! Spider webs everywhere and the floor were awful animal fur balls and dust, which tells me it was not swept or mopped recently.

It was a nice experience from reserving the site to leaving. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience before. It was great

Fantastic stay, this is our 2nd year in a row doing a cabin stay with our kids and we had so much fun! The location is fantastic the team offers so many activities for the kids. The best part is how free and independent the kids can be here, in a safe environment!

The staff were so friendly! I felt like we were on a cruise ship on land! Our very expensive deluxe cabin was pretty beat up, run down. Needs some love. Would have stayed another night if it weren't for that.

The thing I love most about this park is that it is incredibly clean. The layout is inclusive great for the kids in the bikes. It feels safe inviting and the weather never disappoints. We often don’t even leave the park because we are so happy to be part of the community that is built to their period 1000% recommend

A beautiful KOA!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The hot water wasn’t working in our cabin and the staff immediately came over and fixed it. We had very hot showers for the rest of our stay!! Great place for family fun�

I’ve been coming to this KOA for over 25 years. Every time I come here it’s always exciting, it’s always joyful, it’s always fun, and it’s always relaxing. The staff has always been very professional, respectful and personable. The activities that my kids used to do are now the activities that my grandkids do here. It’s a great day(s) at KOA.

We loved this place! We stayed here last October for sons bday and decided to stay here for the graduation trip. Grateful that because their was an issue with our RV right before we left home, we were able to rent a cabin instead. The cabin was nice, but way out of our price range ($1200 for 4 nights).

We love Santa Cruz KOA! It’s so much fun! Lots of fun activities and amenities. The pool Is nice and warm and the hot tub is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always helpful!

We had an amazing time at Santa Cruz KOA. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we checked in. I really felt like the kids were safe riding their bikes around the campsite. The cabins were well maintained and clean. Also the community showers and bathrooms were well kept and maintained. Everyone in the shop was friendly and accommodating and it seemed like people really enjoyed working there.

This was our first time here. We loved our little cabin and we slept very well. The room was well ventilated and we brought our own sheets, pillows and blankets so we were very comfy. The wifi was great. Our daughter had a great time meeting up with friends and we went to the boardwalk. There is so much to do for kids which allowed me and my husband to relax and chill. We will be back!

We had a blast! The staff were all friendly and helpful, there were plenty of fun activities for guests and a great selection at the store. On days we didn't feel like cooking, we could purchase from their kitchen. Family friendly, including dogs! We will be back! :)

I have been coming here for well Over 30 years (since I was 6 months old). We do an annual family trip every year and it is so much fun!!! So many kids friendly activities, themed weekends, and the staff anre always so welcoming and kind. We typically stay in the deluxe cabins but have stayed elsewhere. If any issues were to arise they respond efficiently and thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

Always a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive. I have a serious safety concern which I have expressed at my last stay. The sharp corners of the cabin roofs should have either soft bumpers or be bright colored. My partner, my neighbor & I all hit our heads this past trip. Last trip my partner bumped her head & had go to emergency for stitches

I have stayed at this KOA about 7 or 8 times, and normally I love it, but this visit was below par. The biggest issue was that the heater in our cabin, 116, was not working at all. I thought it was the first night, but it did not. Our cabin was very cold in the morning and it made getting sleep very hard. Second, there was an RV across from us that was a magnet for teenagers and they were lo

I used to come here as a kid and it was a blast then, but to be able to bring my kids and see all the effort put towards sheer joy here - it was amazing. Every staff member was so kind, so helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Every activity, every area was so well thought out. We will be coming here as often as we can. Thank you so much!

I love KOA camping, but I was highly disappointed by the visitor policy. I was hoping to have my brother and his kids over to visit for a few hours before they left the boardwalk to show them around/try and convince them to stay with us next time. I would have gladly paid for a day pass for them if that was an option even. I suggest selling day passes for guests to purchase to allow for visitors.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. two negatives. The round smooth door handles to the cabin are difficult for older people with arthritic hands. A lever door would be easier for older people. At our cabin the fire pit was very high, which made it impossible to see the fire while sitting down And air flow was poor making more smoke.

This was by far the best KOA I’ve ever stayed at! From the super helpful friendly staff, to the clean grounds, to the sprawling camping grounds, sparkling pool, various amenities and activities. And all the dog areas!! So dog friendly! The beds in the cabins are so comfortable! This place was just fantastic, can’t say enough great things about it!

Everything about this site is absolutely magical and the staff is incredible for every detail they put into making our experience completely unique and amazing. Shady Webb organized the best activities and music that was uplifting and so much fun. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you.

It’s always a good time staying at Monterey Bay KOA. The cherry on top was staying during their Reggae Weekend. Great music playing Friday and Saturday. Lots of awesome vendors. Thanks again for a great stay!

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
