We liked everything about the park, except one issue - the bathroom next to the playground was not cleaned in the 2 days there. Worst part the floor had the same spot which looked like blood, and the same TP strewn on the floor the whole time, ick. Was surprised since the rest of the park was so clean.

We loved the foam party and all the activities for the kids. Loved petting/holding the reptiles. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Very friendly staff and happy environment. Camp is clean and everyone seems to have a great time. Nice locations with a short drive to the beaches and Monterey and Santa Cruz. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great! Nice clean campground with plenty to do. Loved the hamburger & taco nights with the live music! The store has everything you'll ever need!

It was nice. Unfortunately we were next to pot smokers. We realize that that is legal but it made for an unpleasant stay. I believe that they were long term/permanent sites. We stayed 4 out of our 5 nites--just decided to leave early on the 4th day as we were just tired of the pot smell.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed. loved the pool area - was nice and clean and refreshing. Used the laundry facilities and they were very clean, enough for multiple people to use. Very friendly desk people - very welcoming .

The staff from the manager down to the grounds keepers were friendly, capable and professional. We had a breakdown of my truck that cost us an extra day at the park. The manager was super nice and understanding of our situation. She let us stay an extra night at half price. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Loved all the dog amenities!! This is by far and away the best place we’ve stayed with the dogs. We will certainly be back!

This is the second time I'm doing this, but my stay was great. We enjoyed the area and appreciate the staff. We are definitely coming back. That being said I do have one complaint. In site 46 there is a tree that dripped dirty stuff all night for two nights. I cannot clean this stuff off of my trailer. I'm going to have to pay someone to clean it. That's disappointing.

It was a nice clean campground, we had a nice camp spot but the campground lost power twice during our stay, which may have had something to do with the smell in the men’s bathroom (pretty bad). The pool & hot tub were packed with kids (the weekend), so for adults seeking a dip it was out of the question. Don’t get me wrong, nice place for kids but I’d prefer a weekday stay to avoid the crow

We love all the amenities at Santa Cruz/Monterey bay KOA! We love the sites. There was a power outage and I was happy to have to text updates.

Loved our first stop here. Beautiful and well thought out site, lovely setting. Every guest very respectful and quiet and the staff super super friendly and helpful! Loved it here, so far the best stay out of our trip.

Our stay was great! So nice we had to stay another night. We lost power and water for about 4 hours which was rough but the onsight manager was kind enough to give us a discount and we stayed an additional night. This is a beautiful location and your staff is kind and helpful

Wonderful rv park. Very polite and friendly staff. Super clean facilities. Lots of games and activities for children. Had live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Very nice RV park it is well taken care of! Office staff super friendly and great customer service. Nice wide roads and the parking for the RV is super level. A lot for fun things for kids to do. Great location for surrounding areas to visit. The only thing is a bundle of wood is $20 super expensive. Emily was friendly and helpful! Overall great KOA!

We loved the “ nature “ campsite that backed up to open space. We had a few trees for shade. We had stayed before with our young grandchildren but this was a much quieter experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Santa Cruz KOA. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are very well maintained. Tv slots are nice and roomy leaving lots of space between travelers. Also the many dog parks were a plus. This maybe one of the best Koa we have stayed in.

Lots of activities, kept well informed about going on. Wish we could’ve spent time enjoying the options available. Site was very nice, pet fencing on site worked great. Would be nice to have lighting in the dog runs, as it would make it easier to clean up after dusk, and not need a flashlight. Used the dog wash, thought that was a great idea, Hope to plan another stay in the future.

Amazing A+++++ KOA. Just three comments: -many low voltage cut outs -I have never had so any people cut through my site. I understand the frustration - you need more walking signage how to get places. -A kid was wandering around with a replica gun, clearly causing stress in other guests. KOA as a chain needs a no toy gun rule.

We have two children with special needs, and one of them couldn't take his shoes off for the bounce mat. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The bike rental staff was EXCELLENT. We had one parent on the last day who did not understand the shoe requirement for our special needs child, but we took ourselves out of that mix and did fine.

The staff were friendly and working hard. I tried to purchase snacks and beverages on Friday night and the line was all the way to the back of the store so I came back later and the line was longer! I would recommend a place to purchase items from the store that is not the same line as the check-in lobby.

It was ok. Bathrooms were not very clean, men's had no soap, for 2 days. Having the picnic table near your neighbor's sewer hose not very appealing. Should have more bushes to block the view. Too far to walk to beach. Lots of poison oak.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
