Staff is always friendly and helpful. We come here often and each time can see the investment back into the campground. Campground is clean and maintained and has a ton of activities for kids!

Walked to the beach on old train tracks. Fun for us oldsters. Good workout in the warm pool. No changing room. Brrr.

Soooo much fun! Tons of activities for the kids! The whole team was wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and kind. They made us feel like they were truly excited about having us stay with them.. so sweet! From the bike rentals, great playground, jumping mats, complimentary s’mores by the fire pit to the pool party with ice cream cart..all so wonderful! It was a perfect getaway for the whole family

Best KOA we’ve stayed at to date. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The place was clean, big and had so much to do. I highly recommend making this a resort.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the grounds were immaculate, and the playground and pool/hottube were super clean and will definitely bring us back for another vacation!

Our site wasn't level enough for our jacks to get us level, changing sites to a longer site was easy without drama. The amenities and activities for our grandchildren were wonderful and fun. The Play areas were never cleaned (Trash) or swept (sand) our entire 5 day stay. Speeding electric bikes driven by unruly children is an accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. Add bike racks. Stellar staff �

Had 7nights here during June. Was able to explore Santa Cruz and Monterey bay with ease. Koa was very clean and people that worked there were super nice and friendly. Our neighbors on the other hand were not very quiet. The 10pm quiet time doesn’t really apply here. As there is no enforcement driving around in the evening like other campgrounds. They do however give you a number to call.

Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed all of the convenient amenities. Lack of a cafe/restaurant during the week was a big downside. Price of firewood and ice was astronomical compared to other KOAs we have visited. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Great KOA. We spent 4 nights in one of the patio sites. Plenty of space, grounds are super clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. Seems like all the staff are constantly working to keep the place clean and well taken care of. 5 star rating.

Incredible amenities, especially for the kids. Shady and the train ride was a highlight that my children looked forward to each day. KOA staff friendly and happy. Wish the sand shack had doors open for bathroom access all day, not just when The store was open. There were a couple of near misses with e-bikes going so fast on the paths that I had to have kids stay off of them. Overall enjoyed!

Always clean! Super friendly staff. Love the fact that they support local small businesses like Mariannes Ice Cream. Always a pleasure to stay and relax. Soo fun to watch the kids ride around and play.

WE waited for 12-15 minutes for the guys driving the golf carts to lead us to our spot. They were sooo busy TALKING to each other that I finally got out of the truck and walked over to them to tell them that we were waiting. They were apologetic, but there seems to be a lack of your employees paying attention. Maybe the registration desk didn't tell them that we had checked in. Not good.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This customer assumed we were chatting amongst ourselves as we were correcting an issue with another guest. She berated front desk prior to checking in and Yelled at the GM and AGM. Very aggressive and very upset prior to walk in reservation because of how expensive CA is. Waited 2 min for GG.

It was a very nice, clean, and well managed campgound. The location was amazing including proximity to the beach, Santa Cruz and Montery. The wristband rules were a little much and not necessary in my opion. They made our 3 year old wear one when we checked in even though he was fighting it. They never checked our wristbands once so we just took them off after our first night.

Her first camping trip in our new RV and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptional. The lady who checked us in her first day was amazing. She had a wonderful personality a great asset to your company. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

We understand the need to maximize your available space, but this particular KOA seems over crowded. When you can’t avoid hearing your neighbors campfire conversations because they are only 15 feet away it’s too close. Also, there were some confusing emails sent to me during our stay, one claiming we had cancelled and rescheduled. I called for clarification, but got voicemail and no return cal

Beautiful park, great staff and a wonderful camping experience.. I have been camping here for 37 years. Camped all over the USA..This KOA is the very best hands down. No other camp has malasadas home made on site..no one. Camp mgr wants everyone to have a great camping experience..this is a rarity in today's RV parks.. Andy is hands on mgr..you see him thru out the camp often..also a rarity..

There was so much to do in the surrounding area that we ran out of time! All the employees were amiable and helpful. They did a fantastic job of keeping the place absolutely spotless. We like to start our day with breakfast out and one can't go wrong with Cowboys Corner Cafe or Beach Street Cafe, both in Watsonville. Children and adults would both enjoy Roaring Camp's Redwood Forest Train!

We loved our stay here for 3 nights. The campground is very clean. We took our tent trailer and the site we got was very big. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful. Our kids loved the heated pool and playground area and all the activities going on. We’re already planning our next trip here! Can’t wait to come back! This place is the best!

A little rough, spot not level side to side. Activities didn’t start till after checkout time. Wouldn’t recommend for an overnight stop. Pool excellent but no policing of infants in hot tub, kids jumping in from pool to hot tub. Not a relaxing time. Sorry, we won’t be back�

We have been coming to this KOA every year for about 6 years. I am delighted with the improvements to the park. The staff has always been friendly but this time, when the occasion arose, they engaged in a short conversation. It feels better maintained, the bathrooms seem cleaner, the park has some nice little improvements, the weekend band was pleasant (Last year the band was too loud)

Just got back after a 5 night stay. We had a great time! Loved the pool party and music on Friday and Saturday.. We come there every summer, the tye dye shirts were a lot more expensive than last year and the pink color wasn’t working. Loved that the manager was out hanging with fellow campers too!

Loved it! The warm welcome from the staff is amazing! For how large the property is, you can still get away from all of the excitement and exuberance of youthful energy. We really enjoyed the consistent friendliness of the staff. Thank you!

What a fantastic facility, the staff was so friendly as soon as we arrived, the campground is spotless, and we loved all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone especially families.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
