If you come with your RV or stay in accommodations with shower/restrooms, I would highly recommend. I will discourage all others as some on site restrooms with showers attached are all genders. Very inappropriate and uncomfortable for all genders!

I honestly love what you offer but I was very disappointed. Last year when we came with three groups of friendly we were split and if we wanted to be closer we had to to pay. This year I booked it all under my name so that we were all be. Heck in together and be closer. The person I book said great you will be at 154 and the other two cabin of four is closed by it. When we arrived we were informed

First time here. We were really impressed. All staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back with our family.

It took me quite a while to actually find the location but once I did, I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the campground and the exceptional professionalism of your staff. After hours check-in was a breeze. I definitely would stay there again.

Short wait wait in line and then an awesome customer service rep checked me in. Upon opening the airstream the air inside was hot and muggy. A slight odor as well. Attempting to turn on the AC was futile. It did work and the knob for adjusting the heating and cooling was removed. I opened all the windows to discover rips in the screen which allowed bugs in. The campground is nice, but as it’s a bit tight, I do think they need to remind people of morning quiet hours when checking in. Both mornings our neighbors were literally yelling at 6:45am, so we did not sleep well. Of course, I know that these people don’t represent everyone but having a reminder at check in might be helpful! Thank you.

Overall this KOA was nice but our cabin smelled like sewage the entire time we stayed there. Yuck. I didn’t love that the activities were limited Sunday to Tuesday. Also at one point we were “reminded” that the store was closing early but we never actually were told this information ahead of time. Not sure we would stay again for the price. We have stayed there many times, it’s one of our favorite parks for the amenities and being so close to the boardwalk in the beach! Our only complaint was that our camping cabin had a bathroom that smelled strongly of urine. If that had been fixed everything would’ve been perfect!

Checkin staff was TERRIBLE. Zero customer service skills or any effort made to make us feel welcome. Though there were 4 people at the desk not a single one acknowledged our presence when we arrived as they were to busy having personal conversations. After a long drive we ran to the bathrooms only to find all toilets backed up. When I asked were the closest bathroom was I was ignored...

My son and I had a great couple of days at this Kia. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- my son made friends right away and loved all the activities offered. We will be back again soon!

All of your staff members were completely wonderful polite professional and helpful my only just dissatisfaction is the cabins are very expensive for your average family and also the 4 PM check-in is horrible you don’t even get 24 hours for an expensive price other than that we love the park we had a wonderful time

The deluxe cabin was.very pricey. I was disappointed that obtaining the KOA card did not give me a 10% discount like I thought it would. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin with the grand kids. Lots of activities and the kids were thrilled. We will definitely be back next year.

As Always it was Amazing! My family had so much fun! Everything was amazing!!! From start to finish! Tho I must suggest that your store should have a few more employees, at one point the line was about a 15- 20 min wait because both cashiers were helping in reservation's. But other than that it was awesome!!! Thank you for making our camping an amazing experience!!!

Always an awesome place to stay with our kids. Adriana is amazing!! The only thing we get annoyed with is being charged for little things like K cups in our glamping cabins past the first day. Things like this should be included.

We really loved our stay! The effort that was put into the campground amenities was great! Would have liked more info about hiking trail and the fact that that road construction on the road affected our way. Also, because of distance to grocery store maybe more food selections. However, overall it was good trip.

The staff was amazing and the campground was family friendly. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. Toilet was filthy. This is our second stay with the same bathroom issue.

Very family friendly and a great place to stay. Loved the activities, rentals, & locations to play. Overall it had a great vibe and felt safe & welcoming. Only complaint is that on the day we were checking out, we also were excited to try out the bike rentals. However, rentals open at 11am, the same time as checkout, so we had to spend an extra $30 on late checkout fee. That felt unnecessary.

Wonderful activities for my 2.5 and 4 year olds. They loved the bouncy pillow most of all. The staff were happy to help and cheerful. We stayed in an airstream, it was excellent to have a stove, gas BBQ and fire pit, however, the airstream windows didn't close all the way causing cold nights and the smoke from our neighbors campfire to stream in. Broken can opener, TV.

Everything was great, especially the activities for kids, except the cleanliness of our cabin. There was animal hair, dust bunnies, food in the microwave, etc, and the nonstick pots provided were all scratched up—not safe to cook on.

Our first KOA experience. Overall was a good experience except for the water cut off on Saturday evening. The staff and the facilities at the site were very good. The camp sites were very close to each other(at least the bigger cabins), contrary to my expectation. The common toilets too would be better kept with a bit more frequent cleaning.

It was a great central location to stay, great weather, quiet overnight. Wish we'd known how to request a cabin on another loop - being right at the main driveway meant constant traffic and near accidents with people and kids on bikes and scooters zipping up and down the hill.

Good for families with kids 5-15, clean bathrooms and showers. Loud for a campsite, with one camper using an air wrench to do auto repairs and another camper using a bullhorn throughout the day and early in the morning. Also, a very bright light was on in the evening, making it bright in the cabin and around the fire pit, so difficult to sleep. However, very friendly staff.

The staff was so friendly and customer focused which added to our enjoyment. All areas were so clean-cabins, the community showers and restrooms, etc. very comfortable. Pizza was so good and breakfast made it easy with our kids.

Activities staff was very nice, but communications were not timely or followed up on. Movie text arrived 1 hour after the movie started, missing person text with no update they were found (they were), & water line repair text with no notice left us w/o water for 2.5 hours. The entire campground lost power/water also while we were there. For spending over $900 I’d expect some kind of credit/refun

Power outage, fire were disruptive. We had to throw out a lot of food. The movie night was kind of a flop ( could not see the screen). Very hight prices in the store.

Stayed in cabin 110, skunk almost ran us off. Came out while we were sitting around the camp fire. Floors were very dirty in the cabin. Thought for $400 a night the cabin would’ve been clean and no skunks. A little disappointed, been visiting this KOA for over 15 years and was the worst experience yet. Hopefully it’ll be a better experience next time.

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
