This KOA has friendly staff, clean bathrooms, a great playground and jump pillow area and lots of fun activities for the kids.

As Always it was Amazing! My family had so much fun! Everything was amazing!!! From start to finish! Tho I must suggest that your store should have a few more employees, at one point the line was about a 15- 20 min wait because both cashiers were helping in reservation's. But other than that it was awesome!!! Thank you for making our camping an amazing experience!!!

Always an awesome place to stay with our kids. Adriana is amazing!! The only thing we get annoyed with is being charged for little things like K cups in our glamping cabins past the first day. Things like this should be included.

We really loved our stay! The effort that was put into the campground amenities was great! Would have liked more info about hiking trail and the fact that that road construction on the road affected our way. Also, because of distance to grocery store maybe more food selections. However, overall it was good trip.

The staff was amazing and the campground was family friendly. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. Toilet was filthy. This is our second stay with the same bathroom issue.

Very family friendly and a great place to stay. Loved the activities, rentals, & locations to play. Overall it had a great vibe and felt safe & welcoming. Only complaint is that on the day we were checking out, we also were excited to try out the bike rentals. However, rentals open at 11am, the same time as checkout, so we had to spend an extra $30 on late checkout fee. That felt unnecessary.

Wonderful activities for my 2.5 and 4 year olds. They loved the bouncy pillow most of all. The staff were happy to help and cheerful. We stayed in an airstream, it was excellent to have a stove, gas BBQ and fire pit, however, the airstream windows didn't close all the way causing cold nights and the smoke from our neighbors campfire to stream in. Broken can opener, TV.

Everything was great, especially the activities for kids, except the cleanliness of our cabin. There was animal hair, dust bunnies, food in the microwave, etc, and the nonstick pots provided were all scratched up—not safe to cook on.

It was great and the kids enjoyed everything you had for kids pool , arts and crafts , play ground , ballon , and best part the train . Would have liked more activities during our stay , for the airstream we r wanted it was nice few things could of been a little more cleaner no awning to keep the shade out, no linens were provided wish chk out would of been a bit later , great time we will be bac

Our first KOA experience. Overall was a good experience except for the water cut off on Saturday evening. The staff and the facilities at the site were very good. The camp sites were very close to each other(at least the bigger cabins), contrary to my expectation. The common toilets too would be better kept with a bit more frequent cleaning.

It was a great central location to stay, great weather, quiet overnight. Wish we'd known how to request a cabin on another loop - being right at the main driveway meant constant traffic and near accidents with people and kids on bikes and scooters zipping up and down the hill.

Good for families with kids 5-15, clean bathrooms and showers. Loud for a campsite, with one camper using an air wrench to do auto repairs and another camper using a bullhorn throughout the day and early in the morning. Also, a very bright light was on in the evening, making it bright in the cabin and around the fire pit, so difficult to sleep. However, very friendly staff.

The staff was so friendly and customer focused which added to our enjoyment. All areas were so clean-cabins, the community showers and restrooms, etc. very comfortable. Pizza was so good and breakfast made it easy with our kids.

Activities staff was very nice, but communications were not timely or followed up on. Movie text arrived 1 hour after the movie started, missing person text with no update they were found (they were), & water line repair text with no notice left us w/o water for 2.5 hours. The entire campground lost power/water also while we were there. For spending over $900 I’d expect some kind of credit/refun

Power outage, fire were disruptive. We had to throw out a lot of food. The movie night was kind of a flop ( could not see the screen). Very hight prices in the store.

Stayed in cabin 110, skunk almost ran us off. Came out while we were sitting around the camp fire. Floors were very dirty in the cabin. Thought for $400 a night the cabin would’ve been clean and no skunks. A little disappointed, been visiting this KOA for over 15 years and was the worst experience yet. Hopefully it’ll be a better experience next time.

To be fair we only stayed one night so there was really no way the staff could have accommodated us as I did not mention our problem until check out. The cabin was clean as was the entire property but there was a rancid Oder that hit you like a brick wall in our main room of the cabin. We were exhausted and the main office was closed by the time we got to our cabin.

The racoons and skunks had been bothering us the entire 2 nights we stayed at cabin 14. The skunks were so fearless and would just walk towards you as if they are willing to confront you. The 2nd morning the entire power was out and the bathrooms were shut making us hold ourselves for so long until we had to go to pay the beach parking e trance to use it’s bathrooms. Check out was still 11am

We stayed in a clamping cabin and it was great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! It was our second visit and even better then the first. Clean bathrooms and lots of activities.

We had a lovely visit although there are skunks living under several of the Deluxe 2-room cabins, including ours, and this definitely diminished the quality of the stay, considering the $400/night price tag. There was also a lot of light pollution from some of the big RVs. Maybe worth KOA member doing a loop at night to make sure the RVs have the exterior lights turned off/down after dark. Thx!

My 11yo old.son and I had an amazing time! There were event for both adults and kids to have fun. We made great new friends and even exchanged info to hang out in the future. We rented the 4 person cabin with fire ring for 3 nights. It was perfect for us and very helpful to receive text messages when events were happening. We'll be back again for our 3rd summer vacation next year. Happy Camping!

Thank you for terrific experience! Cabins were clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our group of twelve teenage boys enjoyed basketball, volleyball, swimming and the nearby Manresa Beach. Perfect vacation for new and seasoned campers alike!

You guys run, literally, the best organization around. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Place is clean. A ton of things for kids to do. And all the adults are very friendly and it’s just a great experience! I cannot think of anything I would change. This is literally one of the best rum places I’ve ever gone to thank you for everything!

This campground is incredible! It is a short drive to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and the beach. We really enjoyed all the amenities and many fun activities! It was easy for my kids to find something to do all the time. We were in a cabin and the bathrooms were really close. One problem, though... There were skunks around our cabin in the evenings. That was the only downer. Overall we loved it though

Ryan had the airstream very clean when we arrived he was also helpful when we had questions (his trailer was directly behind the airstream we stayed in However the stove only had 1 working burner and the grill was very low on propane

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
