We rented the deluxe cabin which was nice, but, the interior floors needed to be mopped you could see the dirt as you walked in, the carpet rug had pet hair all over and the outside entry rug also had pet hair all over it! The refrigerator needed to be defrosted and the people who rented it before us left food in the freezer and in the frig,the microwave had a bowl of food in it as well.

Loved all of the amenities and our lodge was fantastic! All of the staff was so helpful and friendly, but a special shout out to Kate and Lucy for making our stay the absolute best it could be.

We had a great time. The location is great. The staff were all super friendly. Our tent cabin was nice but there was no space for our car. The people across from us in an rv spot were blasting music so unbelievably loud it was upsetting that no staff were around to notice and say something so I had to call security. The kids crafts were cute but then charging 5$ for them to make a little bracelet?

Cabin 181 smelled bad in the cabin. Thought it was the cabin but the camper rv next to us smelled like sewage so it made our cabin smell and every time we passed the side of the cabin in between the camper it smelled bad. Our other family members said it smelled bad too. Also the shower was super hard to adjust from very hot to very cold. My kids had a hard time making it work

YOUR STAFF IS THE BEST EVER. EVERYONE WE SPOKE WITH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HAPPY TO HELP WITH ANYTHING WE ASKED. THE FACILITIES ARE VERY GOOD. OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT AND WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING. ONLY COMPLIMENTS.

The showers could use a major clean up and up-grade. They were not very clean considering we had empty cabins on either side of us. There was no toilet paper in one stall. Would def want to avoid it when at full occupancy

Friendly staff. We had a great time. Kid friendly place, nice kid’s playground. Nice warm showers. Only request if restrooms can be cleaned often. We will definitely go back. Thank you.

I loved it so much I actually set up an account to join the KOA Team! It was great! I cannot say enough nice things about it! So many unique activities for kids and adults, everything was clean and so comfy. The ocean was close, the staff was amazing!! Thank you, we will definitely be back!!

Glamping cabin has no walking room only decaf was offered plus the TV isn't visible because ab oversized canopy bed bar doesn't make any sense to have a canopy bed in such a small room

It was an ok stay. The first night the men’s restroom ran out of toilet paper by 8:30pm and it wasn’t restocked until the next day around 9am. This is my first time staying at a KOA. I wasn’t really fond of how close all the spots are to each other. Some of the staff wasn’t friendly

We paid for blankets, and they were not there upon arrival. Sent a text to which “they were so slammed they couldn’t respond sooner.” Then the neighbors decided to party until 5am and there was no security or anything checking on the sites. It was the worst stay that we have ever experienced at a KOA

Workers were great!! So helpful and accommodating. The only 2 things I would complain about are that the shower leaked and that the window in the bathroom was broken. The Koa is not cheap and I would think they'd be better taken care of

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well maintained. The cabin i stayed in was in need of a serious cleaning! Spider webs everywhere and the floor were awful animal fur balls and dust, which tells me it was not swept or mopped recently.

Fantastic stay, this is our 2nd year in a row doing a cabin stay with our kids and we had so much fun! The location is fantastic the team offers so many activities for the kids. The best part is how free and independent the kids can be here, in a safe environment!

The staff were so friendly! I felt like we were on a cruise ship on land! Our very expensive deluxe cabin was pretty beat up, run down. Needs some love. Would have stayed another night if it weren't for that.

The thing I love most about this park is that it is incredibly clean. The layout is inclusive great for the kids in the bikes. It feels safe inviting and the weather never disappoints. We often don’t even leave the park because we are so happy to be part of the community that is built to their period 1000% recommend

A beautiful KOA!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The hot water wasn’t working in our cabin and the staff immediately came over and fixed it. We had very hot showers for the rest of our stay!! Great place for family fun�

I’ve been coming to this KOA for over 25 years. Every time I come here it’s always exciting, it’s always joyful, it’s always fun, and it’s always relaxing. The staff has always been very professional, respectful and personable. The activities that my kids used to do are now the activities that my grandkids do here. It’s a great day(s) at KOA.

We loved this place! We stayed here last October for sons bday and decided to stay here for the graduation trip. Grateful that because their was an issue with our RV right before we left home, we were able to rent a cabin instead. The cabin was nice, but way out of our price range ($1200 for 4 nights).

We love Santa Cruz KOA! It’s so much fun! Lots of fun activities and amenities. The pool Is nice and warm and the hot tub is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always helpful!

We had an amazing time at Santa Cruz KOA. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we checked in. I really felt like the kids were safe riding their bikes around the campsite. The cabins were well maintained and clean. Also the community showers and bathrooms were well kept and maintained. Everyone in the shop was friendly and accommodating and it seemed like people really enjoyed working there.

This was our first time here. We loved our little cabin and we slept very well. The room was well ventilated and we brought our own sheets, pillows and blankets so we were very comfy. The wifi was great. Our daughter had a great time meeting up with friends and we went to the boardwalk. There is so much to do for kids which allowed me and my husband to relax and chill. We will be back!

We had a blast! The staff were all friendly and helpful, there were plenty of fun activities for guests and a great selection at the store. On days we didn't feel like cooking, we could purchase from their kitchen. Family friendly, including dogs! We will be back! :)

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
