This place is a kid paradise! Also so clean, beautiful grounds & very friendly & accommodating staff. They go above & beyond to ensure we had a good stay & that my daughter’s birthday was special. We had such a good experience last year, we had to come back again for her birthday this year. The pool is so nice & all the extra amenities make for an effortless stay.

It was a wonderful stay all around perfect location, atmosphere, and amenities!! Only thing was it seemed the showers could be cleaned more often.

The have a very welcoming staff and a very clean campground. There's variety for everyone and the pool is warm!!! I love the ping pong table and jumping playground. If you want to bring at tent or glamp it, they have every option.

A great stay overall! Very quiet at night even though it was a weekend - slept very well. I arrived after dark and had some trouble finding the cabin and the path to the restroom in the dark, but after that, I knew where to go. The cabin was in great shape. Did not want to wear the wristband all the time so I did not return to the store to avoid getting in trouble for not wearing it.

We LOVE it here! We tell everyone what a great time we have, the one MAJOR issue we deal with every time is w/ an employee by the name of TJ/ DJ; not sure cuz he won’t give his name or has the incorrect name tag on. He yells at the kids, he follows people around, almost to the point of harassment & makes the kids/adults feel uncomfortable. Many other campers we’ve met also share the same feeli

This was one of the cleanest and best run KOA Resorts we have been to. Personnel always available to help and always around to clean, trim greenery, or give a friendly wave. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. There are so many fun things for families to do right at the camp, it could easily be a vacation destination!

We had a good time. However the bathroom was dirty and the shower had mole. So we basically didn't really used the shower. The conditioner was stucked therefore we we unable to use the conditioner as well.

This was my first time here. Everyone is so friendly which makes the camping experience great. Loved the security and the workers always keeping the place clean. I have been to many campgrounds where there are long term tenants which is great. But they kept the sites a mess. Here everything was so clean. Also loved the play for the kids. We will be back.

The staff are great and they keep a nice clean campground. However, the internet is extremely spotty in the long term area....which is very frustrating as that should be where it is the strongest since people are living there/working from there. Otherwise it was a nice two month stay.

Staff was excellent. Unfortunately, campsite 10 has a large street light directly above it. This really shouldn't be a campsite at all.

An overall great place to stay. Between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Not far from Big Sur. The spots are big and the park is clean. Looking forward to coming back in the summer with the kids’!

4.5 Great location, great amenties, clean and organized. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 is that during my stay I was asked to move cabins for no reason. As a well paying client, it was unnessary to ask me to move to another cabin at a higher rate when there were clearly several of the same type of cabins available. Overall great stay. I simply recommend more customer centric practices.

We loved our stay in the Deluxe Cabin this February. It was close enough to the activities that we wanted to enjoy and had plenty to do on site including the heated pool!

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so very friendly & helpful. When the electricity was out; 1. it wasn't for very long 2. the person I stopped on the road got answers for me very quickly 3. my laundry was in the dryer & they restarted the load so my laundry would be dry at the end of the cycle. Bathrooms were clean & it just seemed that everyone working there enjoyed their job.

Had a great time, only complaint was that kids were still yelling and running around well after 11:00 pm . Husband went out to ask them to please keep the noise down, shortly after that security was out, someone must have called to complain about the kids. We wish that security would drive around after curfew to enforce the rules so we wouldn’t have to.

We enjoyed our stay, the kids especially liked the bouncing pillow. The adults did not care for wearing the bracelets and I wish I had know our site was going to back up to the pump for the pillow as it was noisy. That said, we're talking about coming back during the summer activities when the weather is better!

We have been coming to the Santa Cruz KOA for 9 years now and always have a wonderful time. Even though it was raining most of our visit, my son and his friends still had a great time swimming in the rain since the pool was heated. They were even able to ride the go-carts when the rain subsided for a bit. The KOA staff was very friendly and helpful, as always.

We have been going for President's Weekend for the last few years. Last year we encountered some unpleasant staff & their unruly child. This year the staff was truly amazing. Everyone was very friendly & respectful. The camp looked very clean & well taken care of. Our trash was picked up constantly which we really appreciated. The campers were all pleasant to be around. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. This is one of the best KOAS we have stayed at and can’t wait to stay again. The staff were friendly and kind and always seemed to have a smile on their face. The park was well maintained and overall just a fantastic experience. Being immersed in nature was the icing on the cake. We heard and saw all sorts of animals and felt like we were apart of nature truly. Wonderful

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
