All of the KOA team members were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time. Our cabin was clean inside and out. My kids loved the blob, bounce pad, playground and pool. My only complaint was the e-bikes and e-scooters not respecting the 5 mile per hour speed limit- we were almost run over by them on more than one occasion.

Loved the glamping cabin. It was cozy and comfortable and really pleasant to stay in - like an outdoor hotel room, for those of us who like our creature comforts. :)

We just purchased our first MotorHome. This was the first time I had driven it or my wife and I had used it. Everyone of the KOA employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. The campgrounds were clean neat. Just a little worried about the many children (as young as ten years old) and adults zipping around the grounds at way more than the posted speed of 5mph riding electric vehicles. Scary!

We had the BEST time!! The campgrounds were well maintained and the staff was friendly and welcoming! It was VERY obvious that each member of the staff LOVE what they do!! We cannot wait to book our next stay!!

Our stay at Santa Cruz KOA exceeded my expectations! The accommodations were great, there was so much fun stuff to do. Everything was clean and organized. Also, the staff are all exceptional and so friendly! Can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had an accident when dumping and the night shift employee was so nice and helpful. He cleaned it up quickly and we were able to move to another spot and enjoy our night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities for kids and grown ups, we especially liked the live music. We felt very safe staying there as well.

It was nice but the bike hours were very limited so we didn’t get to use them and we really wanted too. Also our cabin floor was very, very dirty!!! I don’t think it gets mopped often if ever. It felt extremely uncomfortable to be barefoot.

Our stay was great. A ton of activities for my kids to enjoy. It was just a little crowded at times but we still had a great stay. Staff was amazing!

We have visited KOA's for the past 25 years-never this one- and by far this is the best of them all! Every single employee acknowledged us from beginning to end of stay with a wave or hello- coming from a business owner myself this location rates a 10 + on our scale - we will return again �

This isn’t families favorite place to go. So may things for us to partake in. Manresa beach is so close and easily accessible. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rules seem to have gotten a little stricter, which in my opinion are for the better (when it comes to check in times and visitors). We are already planning our future trips.

The staff was great. But our room was messy when we got there dog food dog hair on the ground. The bunk bed room smelt like dog. The toilet was dirty. Underneath the bed an old shoe was left with dog hair everywhere. When we pulled out the bed from the couch it was wet. We did get reimbursed $105. Other than that everything was great.

It was perfect! Everything was ready for us at our cabin. The staff was kind and helpful, very hard working. The amenities are well maintained and available for use during most hours of the day so you feel you're getting access to what you paid for. We'll come back for sure.

Stay was decent, the bathrooms need work on the set up for safety of your guests. On Monday night, I was in the bathroom with my 11 year old daughter, and a male walked in the bathroom. The women’s bathroom should be on the outside, not hidden in the showers

Campground was really good, clean and a lot of things to do for the kids. My only complaint is that I kept smelling weed at my campsite, it was really bad and my kids were smelling it. I confronted the guy the next day and he said he was leaving so I shouldn't smell it anymore. My mistake...next time as soon as I smell it I'm gonna say some right then instead of being uncomfortable.

The couch bed in our cabin #157 was broken. Our tv didn’t work well ether. We reported it to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance. I don’t think maintenance came because the bed was still broken and the TV still didn’t work. We have stayed here several times in the past and I’ve never had any problems. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was very nice.

We absolutely love this place! It’s perfect for kids, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. The store is so cute and fully stocked with everything you need, plus the pool is awesome. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. The only thing that was not pleasant was a dog 2 spots down from us consistently barked and whined. Even after one of the staff spoke with them it continued. They needed to take care of their dog as to not bother others. They should of been asked to leave if they couldnt control the barking.

We come here every March for my son’s birthday and everyone has a blast. We stay in the Deluxe cabin and it is comfortable and cozy. My only suggestion is stocking the kitchen with more essentials such as a cutting board, colander and more cooking utensils. However, we always rate our experience 10/10 because the entire family has an epic time here!

Loved this campsite. All the employees were friendly lots to do for the kids. The only con is there was a lot of dogs off leash and we had 1 dog attack another close by and it’s concerning with kids running around. Also they barked all night.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
