Christmas decorations were a very, very nice addition to our stay.

My kids loved riding the Christmas train to eat s’mores at the Christmas village. They had wine and cheese for the adults. The grinch was there and a couple other Christmas characters that made it memorable. We ate breakfast both days of our stay and it was convenient and affordable. The showers are the best showers I’ve ever used at a KOA. The water pressure was amazing!

Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spacious slips with paver patio area. No road noise could hear wildlife going asleep (coyotes and Owls). Only advise is to bring cash if your doing laundry no atm nearby. Stayed a week and plan on returning soon.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful park with lots to do. If we had kids, they would never have been bored. Good location for us, near family and beaches.

It was beautiful. The weather was great! The campground had a few other campers and was very clean and well maintained! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!! Additionally, it was fantastic that the county fixed the road at the railroad tracks! �

Staff could not be any friendlier! They were so helpful and nice! KOA was clean, quiet and fun for the family. This is the best one we’ve stayed at and already have recommended it to several people. The location was perfect. The only complaint is the WiFi only worked the first 2 days of our visit.

We had a very nice experience. The campsite was very well maintained and easy to access. The KOA store was well supplied and the staff was excellent. And we enjoyed meeting Mrs. Claus.

We had a GREAT time this weekend at this KOA. There was hardly any people but the staff still participated in the christmas theme activites that my kids loved. The grounds are very clean and well kept, sites as well.

We had a wonderful time there.Everyone is really friendly and very Knowledgeable. I would recommend this place whether you have an RV or not to all my friends and family.

Our site was clean and very nice, great table and chairs, new and not damaged or run down, the patio area was nice and clean , when pulling up it was like wow this looks really nice, almost no dirt anywhere which was very nice with a toddler with us, a great spot and I will be back again

We love the close proximity to beaches and attractions, the well stocked market, the private dog pen, the open acreage in which to walk the dogs. One of our favorite places!

Getaway with the grandkids! Amazing place for kids. So much to do, lots of activities for the whole family. RV site was a little snug, therefore I'm paying the extra money to pick my site next trip. Looking forward to our next trip.

The staff are very friendly! There are lots of activities and socializing events. This is a great Kia for the kiddos with lots to do and a safe environment. The campground is well maintained and attractive.

We are longtime fans of this KOA. We rented 1 RV site and 1 lodge. We did have trouble with the lodge- a skunk was underneath the cabin. The bedroom was very stinky, and he kept our in-laws up all night, chewing, digging, fighting and spraying. We approached a camp host, but the issue was not resolved. We would have loved a move to a new cabin or more help for our second night of the stay.

Absolutely loved this KOA! We have stayed at quite a few and this one is AMAZING! We have two young kids and they could have been entertained for days. The staff was great! Would definitely come back again!

LOVE KOA!! It’s been amazing finding this. I have a partner who is new to camp life, but prefers glamping. LOL and I have 2 dogs that are unfortunately not allowed at state park campgrounds. So this has been the best investment to find! At KOA everyone’s needs are met with no compromise. We will be back FOR SURE! the doggos were huge fans!

Very nice campground. Lots of things to do. Convenient to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Set up for kiddo activities. Serve breakfast and dinner. Main road from Highway 1 is in need of repair. GO Slow.

We had cabin 183 over thanksgiving… our refrigerator froze EVERYTHING in the fringe (and there was a lot because of Thanksgiving). We were camping with a large family group. We noticed the office we lost all our food and refrigerator was never fixed. Definitely feel like we should have been compensated for the loss of a couple hundred dollars worth of food.

The only good thing was the pool/ hot tub. Power went out Thanksgiving night. We were freezing and had to walk across the park to shower. When we were late 29 minutes for check out because of these inconveniences they were rude and all the activities were expensive considering the price of the spot ( 120 off peak no sewer crazy rate) even the coffee $2.50 really you’re not Starbucks.

We stayed at this location twice and we love it! Check in should be earlier than 4pm. Please check the bbq grill to make sure it works and has enough propane. We only had 2 trash bags in the kitchen. The cabin was clean and cozy. They allow pets which is a huge plus!!! Highly recommend!!!

We had electrical issues in are site and got timely help. The bathrooms and showers were clean. We camped with family and had a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was the lady would not give me printed receipts for the 3 sites I paid for. Just told me she emailed to me.

Meet up with family for Thanksgiving. Spent a fabulous 5 days. Visited the beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Enjoyed all of the great activities. Planning our next camping trip already.

The place, the activities, the options and the appreciated rules…it was so pleasant because of all these things. The only problem: Airstream windows wouldn’t operate so they were cracked open and stayed in that position. In the night, it made things freezing. In the day, too hot — and the smoke from our neighbors’ fire pit seeped in. So a once-over on the Airstream maintenance would help.

I really enjoyed the cabin but Friday night electric went out and I had gone to buy a heater the night before I thought there were heaters in the cabin, I was told that, by someone but then the electric went out Friday night and we were very cold.. otherwise the park was in great shape very impressed by how well kept is.

Clean, more spacious campsite options. Great amenities for kids! Excellent staff; especially Jeff, who found a hex tool to raise the seat on my granddaughter's bike!!
