Santa Cruz Koa is AMAZING! It is one of our favorite places and family traditions we love to go every year . We have been staying there since 2016 for 10 years now. The owner and staff are awesome! Wish we could go more often, Can’t wait until next time!

We stay every year and it never disappoints! The staff are friendly and prompt with all of our needs. The grounds are meticulous. I tell everyone I know to stay here!

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and engaging! The cabin we stayed in was clean and frankly adorable. The "dive in" movie was genius. My kiddo had an absolute blast watching a movie while swimming. The only bad part about our stay was having to leave...wish we booked a full week!

Beautiful campground with the friendliest staff we have ever encountered! We highly recommend the patio sites. They are spacious and so clean and comfortable.

Beautiful campground and so well cared for, with lots of fun things to do. We enjoyed the bocci ball court. Great areas for dogs. The staff was very kind and helpful. Site are ver clean and easily accessible. One of the best KOAs we've stayed at.

My family and I enjoyed our first stay at this KOA. It was beautiful all the trees and activities. Also staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back!

All of your staff so friendly and kind, oh, did I mention happy? I can't tell you what it means to see happy workers �. We had the best time so relaxing and the camp grounds are so clean as are the facilities. I absolutely would come back. Beyond a 10. Thanks again �ϋ�

This stay as amazing stay. The office staff helped us change our reservation when we arrived so we didn't have to set up our tent in the pouring down rain.. thanks to all that helped us it was greatly appreciated. The cabin put us within 90 minutes of all the places we really wanted to see.. played the pebble beach golf course.. did the 17 mile tour.. santa cruz and a day in san franscico

It would be nice to have more activities for the kids to participate in- most were only 30 minutes long and we either made it or missed it.

When we arrived we were pretty late. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. All staff on grounds were so nice and friendly very welcoming. The cabins were very clean . Grounds are well maintained all the facilities were open and well cared for. Thanks

It was Good!! However, We went there to regroup, watch , TV, & hear the rain. The TV didn’t or wouldn’t connect. 2 workers worked at it . The 1st guy over an hour the 2nd guy ended up putting in His Own Personal Info so we could have TV. That was kind of him. But, of course we lost that info after the power went back on. KOA is Great, but please make it easier for anyone to use the TVS.

Out in santa cruz area aquarium fun in montereyn we try to stay at KOA camps wearever we go Great staff from the gate to grounds keepers. Didnt book in time for in caben restroom but it was just fine walking to restroom at all & any time felt safe, very clean, great lighting. Heated pool was a rare treat, was raining off and on during our stay having that pool was awesome � see u soon santa cru

This was the first time in over 10 stays at this location that I found staff to be unfriendly and even confrontational at times during the check in process. I also found different staff I knowledgeable about rebooking for the same cabin the following year at the time of check out.

Staff nice, camp grounds well kept and clean. Lots of things to do. My only complaint is the mold and ants in cabins. The mold is visible and caused lots of coughing. We stayed in delux cabin 83. The cabins are not cheap, please address mold issues.

We usually try to stay at State or County Parks and stay away from “resorts,” but this was our first time in the area and we opted for convenience. This place has SO much to do, and the kids were constantly entertained. The price is, well, ridiculous, but unlike other “resorts” I’ve been to I felt like my money actually went toward more than manicured lawns and grumpy security guards.

Beautiful campground with friendly staff! Cabin bed was comfy, everything was clean, the food was delightful, and live music was fantastic! So many things for kids and families to do here. Great location near the beach. Highly recommend this camping experience! 10/10!

We did not realize all that the KOA had to offer and will likely return with our children and some friends. With as many people there were it was quite and peaceful in our area. It was extremely clean as well.

We've only stayed at around 20 KOAs yet, BUT this one is by far the best!!!! Great location, property, facility, camp store, amenities, etc.. However, we usually try and remember KOA staff members that stand out, and unfortunately we can't identify one.....because they were all EXCEPTIONAL! We didn't want to leave, we will come back soon, and thank each and every KOA staff member.

We took our 4 year old granddaughter for 4 days and had such a great time! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, and there were tons of activities for kids. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you definitely get what you paid for. We already have reservations for our return.

Everything was perfect except the beds. My wife , Kidd and I thought the beds need to have new wood planks they bow in the middle. Other then that perfect stay!

Lots of fun for kids and adults of all ages! We really appreciated the line up on events each day, how safe the campground is, and the opportunity to get away from it all without ever being too far from “it all”! Thanks for a great Spring Break!

Birdie (our cat) had an amazing stay in the new cabin! So did her people, too! She enjoyed strolls through the campground early in the morning and watching the campfire and all the pets and people that strolled by the cabin.Thank you so much for allowing us to have this experience (she is our family) and we will be back to meet again up again next spring. ♥�� Have a happy, fun summer! �

We enjoyed 3 good sites next to each other and it was easy to get to the walkways, the shop and dog park. The staff were very friendly and the park is kept clean and welcoming.

With >10 stays here- the staff just keeps getting more and more wonderful! When our boys were little there were endless activities to keep them busy- now that they are teens and one even 18, there is still so much to do (bikes, basketball, volleyball, swim etc.). We also go to the state beach down the road and it is truly magical at sunset. Seascape Village up the road has any extras you need.

This is the best KOA we've stay with. The staff is awesome; the camp is well maintained; our kids are beyond safe playing on the campus. Thank you to everyone involved with keeping KOA Santa Cruz so "come back-able!" Only wish we have is that it was a less expensive. We'd be back more often!!

Amazing stay. The most comfortable cabin ive slept in. Everything is clean and well kept. Its our first time staying in a KOA and im glad I chose this location. We love it so much we're already booked for next year.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
