Very awesome stay. The location of this KOA is unbeatable. Staff were extremely helpful. The doors of the cabin need little maintenance, but overall the cabin was really good.

It wasn't an enjoyable trip because the staff doesn't do anything about poorly acting kids. We were driven crazy by a teenager staying at site 151 with his RC car and then my young son was injured on the jumping pad by two teenagers doing flips while young kids were there including my son. Both incidents staff did nothing about it and black female attendant saw my son get injured and never helped.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love all the activities and our grandkids cannot wait to go again. The camp is very organized and the campers are respectful. We always enjoy our stay.

We were suprised that we got there an hour earlier than checkin and was charged $22 for early checkin. Most campgrounds have let us come in with no charge if we are close to check in time (it took us less time to get therre than Google Maps stated).....plus the campground was pretty empty at the time and our sites were available.

The staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Watching the movie from the pool was super fun!

Very clean. Lots of extras. Dog parks, train ride, for kids, face painting, band,10 out of ten play area for kids. All was great and look forward for another visit.

Thus KOA stop was one of our favorite. The camp is beautifully kept. We only wish we had our grandchildren with us! What fun it was to watch the kids have so much fun!

We really enjoyed our cabin. We are more "glampers" than campers so we loved having beds to sleep on and appreciated that the snack bar was open for dinner and breakfast so that we didn't need to cook. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and being able to play corn hole. We also appreciate how dog friendly the place is.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in process for RV park. Trees are well maintained so they don't scratch up my RV.

Our only complaint is that the camping grounds are starting to get overrun by personal electric vehicles (bikes, scooters, golf carts, etc.) The roads are starting to get congested and those vehicles are dangerously fast. We were walking once in a crowded space and one of our kids almost got run over by a teenager on his electric bike! They should all be banned!

Unsupervised teens blasting explicit rap on golf carts needs to be addressed. I was very saddened that you now allow carts/motorized bikes. It was the one reason we choose here over Cava Robles/Jellystone

Poison oak growing into our site so we kept our dog chained far from it. Only 3 pods of coffee for 2 people for 3 days. No sponge to wash dishes so we just used a paper towel and 1 towel to dry dishes for 3 days. Water. Came out of shower so I wiped it up with a bath towel that was filthy after use like no one had washed the floor in weeks. Dead bushes around our site. Quite disappointing.

We have always enjoyed this campground for the last 15 years. There have been alot of changes. We enjoyed our stay but when we arrived 1.5 hours early and our cabin was clean, we were told we would have to pay $25 to check in early and we could not sit in the pool area to wait. We had already paid $20 to choose our cabin site. It seems to be becoming more about making money then memories.

The campground is clean, the cabin was in perfect condition, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. There are tons of activities and I felt safe letting the kids ride bikes and play on their own. The food at the Kitchen is not great, but next time we’ll bring our own so not a deal breaker.

Best KOA we've ever stayed at. The entire property is so we'll maintained, amazing staff, love how big each sites were, very dog friendly and great amenities. We've been trying to stay here for over 2 years but never able to book 5 sites together for our friends too. We finally just booked for weekdays abd it worked out perfectly. Only improvement would be the prices.

They escort you to your site and don’t take into consideration which side/ direction is easier for you to back your trailer in. The also make you wear a wrist band. They say the have to physically out wrist bands on everyone. My two kids (under 2) were sleeping in the car and they wanted to out the wrist bands on them. I refused and finally they said that’s okay, they didn’t need them.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Staff we're excellent. Pool was very nice and heated to perfect temp. Loved how quiet it was, everyone respected quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Store was nicely stocked and laundry mat superb. Last but not least, bathroom and showers were very clean and morning shower was refreshing. Loved everything there. I would highly recommend it. Had a great stay with my dog. Love the amenities and everyone is super friendly. We went to Manresa Beach, Palm State Beach and Forest of Nisene Marks for a great hike during our stay! We will be back!

The campground is very well maintained, lots of great activities for kids and families. We stayed in a “deluxe” Cabin, which was OK, quite overpriced for the condition of the cabin. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The park was very clean and well organized. I was traveling alone for a retreat but still had a great time using the pool and hot tub ! I enjoyed the selection in the store … yummy stuff!! First timer and it was great!

Best KOA campground I’ve ever stayed at. First time camping in my new Tesla with a tent attached. Love the nice fresh bark ground cover, clean site, and electric and water hookups. Staff were awesome and friendly. Definitely coming back soon.

I had the best time here. The staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. I want to especially give a shout out to Shay… she helped me with my booking originally, and then was so helpful and kind whenever I needed help. The campground is beautiful, tons of activities for all ages ( especially kids!) I highly recommend this KOA and cannot wait to return. Thanks to the entire staff!

We absolutely love our local KOA. The staff are all very friendly, especially the manager Andy. There are so many fun activities that our toddler is never bored. We will be back soon!

THIS is how you do family camping! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA during our family trip down the California coast, and what a wonderful experience! Traveling with kids and a large RV can be an adventure all on its own, so finding a campground that genuinely makes families feel welcome is worth its weight in gold. From the friendly communication to the fun, family-oriented atmosphere, this KOA reminded us exactly why we love traveling this way. The Halloween activities were such a fun addition to our trip, and we appreciated the thoughtful text communication that helped us feel informed and welcome. What really makes a campground special isn't just the location or amenities. It's the people, the atmosphere, and those little details that turn an ordinary overnight stay into a family memory. We travel because we want our kids to experience new places, have adventures, and make memories together.
