Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but wish the tent sites were a little bit more private. There wasn't much of a barrier between us and our neighbors.

Thank you for terrific experience! Cabins were clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our group of twelve teenage boys enjoyed basketball, volleyball, swimming and the nearby Manresa Beach. Perfect vacation for new and seasoned campers alike!

It was great! We’ve stayed here before. Friendly and helpful staff. Love all the kids amenities. Nice heated pool and hot tub, open year round.

You know your niche is families with children and it shows. Overall our stay was great. The kids enjoyed all of the activities including ceramics and outdoor movie night. Our site 23 was weird (hard to figure out our space with no one else in the area when we arrived), small, and the only area where we could have an RV and a tent. I think this & cost will keep us from coming back in the future

Beautiful campground with lots of things for children and families to do. We appreciated the dog wash area and the store was nicely stocked. They also served food on the weekend which was delicious. The staff made sure quiet time was followed as well. Overall very nice experience.

You guys run, literally, the best organization around. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Place is clean. A ton of things for kids to do. And all the adults are very friendly and it’s just a great experience! I cannot think of anything I would change. This is literally one of the best rum places I’ve ever gone to thank you for everything!

This campground is incredible! It is a short drive to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and the beach. We really enjoyed all the amenities and many fun activities! It was easy for my kids to find something to do all the time. We were in a cabin and the bathrooms were really close. One problem, though... There were skunks around our cabin in the evenings. That was the only downer. Overall we loved it though

Positives: clean facilities, convenient restrooms, and showers, friendly staff, lots of activities for young kids to do, relatively spacious campsites, easy to park a truck, curbside trash, pick up every morning. Negatives: the hook-ups need repairing or replacing, unreasonably expensive to rent bikes (I think they should be included), very few recycling bins.

We had an AMAZING time. Many things for the kids to do, and we loved the pool! The Recreational team was amazing too! Our kids participated in several of the activities/events planned and the rec team went above and beyond every time! We will definitely be back.

Ryan had the airstream very clean when we arrived he was also helpful when we had questions (his trailer was directly behind the airstream we stayed in However the stove only had 1 working burner and the grill was very low on propane

It was a really pleasure to stay with KOA Team! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The kids loved the activities they offer like Gem-Washing and Tie Shirt. We were closed to the jumping pillow, so kids get in touch with other kids quite quick! Perfect family time!

Loved it. Our kids loved it. We tent camped and then last night stayed in a cabin and it was a great way to end our camping trip. Very clean showers and bathrooms. The staff was nice! Love this KOA

the campground is great for families.. But maybe you should have a policy that does not allow a camper to come in at 4:30 in the morning and be setting up his rv with flashlights right next door and ruining or nights sleep!

Nice family friendly park. Lots of kids activities. Very helpful staff. Very dog friendly. I think next stay we may get a spot with its own dog run. Park is very clean, employees can be seen cleaning all day and night. Multiple dog poo bag dispensers around park incase you forget to bring a bag when walking your dog. As soon as someone departs their site an employee is there picking up the trash.

We only stayed one night but it was great. Check in was amazing, we arrived early, the staff called to see if our site was ready and since it was we were able to setup. The site was very clean as was the entire park. We plan on coming back and staying multiple days to utilize all the amenities available.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious site. However the site had a sewer smell the whole time we stayed that was very unpleasant.

Just a one night stay but check-in was easy and efficient. Park is well-maintained and attractive, quiet at night. Park is actually in Watsonville but only 11 miles to Santa Cruz so a good place to be out of the hustle and bustle but close to the attractions of the city. Pretty rough narrow road off Highway 1 to the park.

I learned the park was under new management and it shows, hard to believe that in one year our happy place could look so run down. Weeds in all the campsites, sprinklers broken running into sites, paint faded, the public restrooms smelled. The staff was okay and the staff for the events were awesome, but the park itself looked run down. We’ll try again but I hope this new manager gets a plan!

Clean, more spacious campsite options. Great amenities for kids! Excellent staff; especially Jeff, who found a hex tool to raise the seat on my granddaughter's bike!!
