None the kids activities were running. This happens every year if you guys could please start the kids stuff, the fun train, climbing Palm tree and fun shack a week earlier that would be great.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The grounds were wonderfully kept. Bathrooms were clean and our site was perfect. Thank you wish we will be back again.

We had a blast! The staff were all friendly and helpful, there were plenty of fun activities for guests and a great selection at the store. On days we didn't feel like cooking, we could purchase from their kitchen. Family friendly, including dogs! We will be back! :)

I have been coming here for well Over 30 years (since I was 6 months old). We do an annual family trip every year and it is so much fun!!! So many kids friendly activities, themed weekends, and the staff anre always so welcoming and kind. We typically stay in the deluxe cabins but have stayed elsewhere. If any issues were to arise they respond efficiently and thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

We would definitely recommend this place to friends and families with kids. Not so much for those looking to escape to nature. Staff and the facilities were amazing. Thanks to all!

Always a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive. I have a serious safety concern which I have expressed at my last stay. The sharp corners of the cabin roofs should have either soft bumpers or be bright colored. My partner, my neighbor & I all hit our heads this past trip. Last trip my partner bumped her head & had go to emergency for stitches

The facility and staff are great. Well maintained grounds. We would have preferred that someone get the children on bikes under control. We walked every evening but encountered undisciplined and screaming children on bikes. They would swarm around us to the point I almost got hit. They displayed no respect for cars. Guidelines and biking etiquette would be helpful.

I have stayed at this KOA about 7 or 8 times, and normally I love it, but this visit was below par. The biggest issue was that the heater in our cabin, 116, was not working at all. I thought it was the first night, but it did not. Our cabin was very cold in the morning and it made getting sleep very hard. Second, there was an RV across from us that was a magnet for teenagers and they were lo

We enjoyed our stay very much. We our site as a staging area for a dinner and wedding on Friday/Saturday. It was close enough that one of the wedding party could pick us up without a problem (except for Southbound traffic). We will definitely stay again. Friendly respectful staff.

It was a lovely site despite a minor disruption with the water The only downside was due to loads of schoolchildren on a school trip. Very noisy and completely took over the swimming pool, but otherwise a nice site, but out of the way

No Cell phones no video games. I don't have kids but i completely enjoyed being transported back to a simpler time when kids played and enjoyed just being kids. I made a last chance to go camping and really enjoyed being there.

I used to come here as a kid and it was a blast then, but to be able to bring my kids and see all the effort put towards sheer joy here - it was amazing. Every staff member was so kind, so helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Every activity, every area was so well thought out. We will be coming here as often as we can. Thank you so much!

I love KOA camping, but I was highly disappointed by the visitor policy. I was hoping to have my brother and his kids over to visit for a few hours before they left the boardwalk to show them around/try and convince them to stay with us next time. I would have gladly paid for a day pass for them if that was an option even. I suggest selling day passes for guests to purchase to allow for visitors.

We love camping at the Santa Cruz/Monterey KOA. During the week it's not as busy as on the weekend. We are retired and prefer the weekdays. For families there is a lot for the children to do. The Sand Shack has activities during the day, there are jumping pillows, a train that circles the park, playground etc. The beach is a short ride away. Highly recommend.

We were disappointed that you no longer provide cable TV; we still have Verizon FIOS TV and rarely stream anything, so we are not subscribed to hardly any streaming services. That left us with 4 evenings with very little in the way of entertainment.

It was so nice and clean , staff was friendly and helpful. Guided us on a golf cart to our site . They are dog friendly and accommodate with pet stations. Didn’t get a chance to swim or use hot tub but it looked very inviting . Bathrooms and showers very clean .

We have been coming here in Memorial Day weekend for more than 10 years. We love the park, so clean, lots of fun for our grandchildren. The employees are super nice especially Koi, who took the time to listen to me about your rules of only 6 per stay per campsite. We are local from Monterey and often had friends come up for the day for a bbq. We probably will not return because of this rule.

We have been coming to this campsite for 9 yrs now, it has become my grandchildrens best vacation spot they look forward meeting up with friends they have met thru the years, us as grown ups as well, I would also like to thank the staff for their hospitality, thank you! Hope to see you again soon!

Very well run camp. Staff very friendly helpful. Grounds well kept we had a great time. It’s been 3 to 4 years that it’s been under either new ownership or management. Since the transition in during that time the camp facilities have improved dramatically. So kudos to the new owner/management.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
