This is a Huge park with many cabins, sites very close and backing in very difficult. It is quite a distance to restaurants, gas, shopping etc. Of coarse the traffic is horrible; 2 hours to Carmel car show.

I cannot recommend the Manresa KOA enough! My daughter loved it especially the pool and the train. I loved the pool and the cleanliness of the place. The train conductor Granny was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the size of the tables for camping were not big enough. Yall should put picnic tables there instead of the small round ones. Thanks so much ! 5 stars

The staff was very helpful. Helped you find your site and guided you in to the site. Trash pick up was great. All day long, if you put trash out, it was picked up very quickly. The park texted you with activities and reminders that were helpful. Landscape was near perfect as we have been coming to this park for 6 years and this was the best groomed park yet!

The Santa Cruz KOA is clean and orderly, but privacy is lacking with sites packed close and very few trees. Wristbands are required in camp but can’t be removed, which is frustrating when going out to dinner or a party. It’s great for kids with activities and family focus, but less appealing for adults without children. Breakfast was overpriced at $15, low quality, and not worth the cost.

One of the best KOA's we have stayed at. So much for kids to do and keep them busy all day and just a short stroll to the beach.

Hello, enjoy staying at the KOA. Team is very courteous and very helpful. My only comment for improvement is bathhouse #1 building needed more cleaning in the men’s restroom. Everything else was great about my stay and plan on staying here in 2026.

Definitely a step down from the last time we visited. Our site had something wrong with the cable. Ended up not having working cable for the first day until they decided to splice to another spot. Many of the staff have attitude and they always say they are understaffed. Will definitely think twice before coming back

It was a great camping experience! Great place for the family. We had a spot by the jumping pillow, that spot worked out well for us.

At this location, I paid the most I've ever paid for a cabin with no bathroom. Yet, it had no porch lightbulb, no air conditioner that worked and no chair to sit in, as other cabins typically have. The woman's bathroom was in the shower room/building with the door wide open for men to come into (one did). And the showers had no bench to put clothes. Very basics offered, outrageously priced.

The staff at KOA Santa Cruz/Monterey was super nice and helpful. The property is very clean and cared for. All the public spaces were really nice. We rented a super cabin. I felt the finishes were a bit worn inside. The outside space was excellent, but the inside had a lot of wear. The kitchen area was bare bones. Our one other issue was the light fixture right over the head of the bed.

Clean grounds, but sites are too close together and I was assigned a cabin with a parking spot that no car can fit into and was right in between two fire rings, so I had to park in the overflow parking.

Was very impressed with the amazing customer service(firewood and ice delivered) and friendly staff. Facility was so nice, showers excellent, and everything was so clean. Incredible stay; thank you!

Great location between Santa Cruz and Monterey, and two public beaches nearby. Large campground, with easily accessible sites, well-stocked store, and friendly/helpful staff.

Easy check, quiet hrs were well observed, dog parks were clean and well kept, public bathroom is clean, our site was easy in/out, and security measures were safe but not overbearing.

For the first time in 4 years, our stay was at times unpleasant. One evening we had a barking dog at the adjacent site for 1.5 hours. Two sites away thay had a constantly barking great dane puppy for 2 days. We did register a complaint for the barking puppy. one would think, with all the employees driving around in carts that they would notice the barking dogs. An outdoor TV was a nuisance adjacen

I was with the Santa Cruz Ukulele 'Burning Uke' group this weekend (8/9/25) and had a great time staying at your campground. The stage worked great for us and the grove added a nice extra space for secondary group meetings. We appreciated the variety of accommodations that worked well for our diverse group and many came from out of the area to attend. I think the guests liked it also. Thanks.

We only stayed one night. Everything was great except the lady across the way from us kept her music playing way past 10 pm. We had to ask her to please turn it down at 11 pm.

We had a wonderful time with our Grandbabies. There were so many things for them to do and they had an absolute blast. The camp ground was clean and staff were friendly. We def will be back.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
