Very nice heated pool and spa area. Close to a State Park to access the beach by car. Plenty of activities for the kids to play. Sites are clean and’s spacious. Definitely worth a visit any time of the year.

Everything very clean and as expected of KOA quality. I was a little shocked at the need for a wristband? No idea why we needed that. Also was put in an area of long term employees stay places which was then quite active with cars and motorcycles etc. not really a great relaxing stay but nothing terrible happened either.

What a great weekend! We were actually disappointed not to have the Halloween goings on on the last weekend in September like last year - but really enjoyed the time. The park staff is amazing!

Check in was fine & satff was friendly , but our cabin needs some upgrades/ repairs. Shower handle was tricky , as in you had to fiddle with it to keep it to have the right temp . pocket bedroom doors/ bathroom door do not lock. Recommendation : needs more lighting outside.only the 1 porch light available.

We liked everything about the park, except one issue - the bathroom next to the playground was not cleaned in the 2 days there. Worst part the floor had the same spot which looked like blood, and the same TP strewn on the floor the whole time, ick. Was surprised since the rest of the park was so clean.

We loved the foam party and all the activities for the kids. Loved petting/holding the reptiles. Staff was very kind and friendly.

We had a great time during our stay this weekend. This is our second visit and will definitely be returning again. Only note- the ramp leading up to our cabin (117) had a few loose boards. Not a huge deal, but made for some wobbly trips for my 2year old.

Very friendly staff and happy environment. Camp is clean and everyone seems to have a great time. Nice locations with a short drive to the beaches and Monterey and Santa Cruz. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the cabins and the service. It was nice that they delivered the heavier items we bought at the store (firewood and ice) so we didn’t have to walk it back to our cabin. Service was fast. There were different activities to do for all ages. The bathrooms were clean. We would come back and stay again.

It was nice. Unfortunately we were next to pot smokers. We realize that that is legal but it made for an unpleasant stay. I believe that they were long term/permanent sites. We stayed 4 out of our 5 nites--just decided to leave early on the 4th day as we were just tired of the pot smell.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed. loved the pool area - was nice and clean and refreshing. Used the laundry facilities and they were very clean, enough for multiple people to use. Very friendly desk people - very welcoming .

The staff from the manager down to the grounds keepers were friendly, capable and professional. We had a breakdown of my truck that cost us an extra day at the park. The manager was super nice and understanding of our situation. She let us stay an extra night at half price. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Loved all the dog amenities!! This is by far and away the best place we’ve stayed with the dogs. We will certainly be back!

All of the cooking items were not provided. The mattresses needed fitted sheets. The flat sheets did not stay on th ebeds if you moved.

We came and were completely surprised to be able to enjoy a little music festival. The local music was great and I got a nice back massage that took all the kinks out of my back from our long drive. The next morning I enjoyed Hatha/restorative yoga from a great instructor,outside with fantastic weather The swimming pool is very clean and warm. Looking forward to our next visit.

I would have given it a perfect score because it was really great but the shower head was broken in our cabin and the water would turn from ice cold to boiling hot so showers were not possible during our stay.

This is the second time I'm doing this, but my stay was great. We enjoyed the area and appreciate the staff. We are definitely coming back. That being said I do have one complaint. In site 46 there is a tree that dripped dirty stuff all night for two nights. I cannot clean this stuff off of my trailer. I'm going to have to pay someone to clean it. That's disappointing.

It was a nice clean campground, we had a nice camp spot but the campground lost power twice during our stay, which may have had something to do with the smell in the men’s bathroom (pretty bad). The pool & hot tub were packed with kids (the weekend), so for adults seeking a dip it was out of the question. Don’t get me wrong, nice place for kids but I’d prefer a weekday stay to avoid the crow

We had a great stay. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Doors in the bathrooms slam shut loudly and campers can hear it at night. Just add some padding to the edges or get soft close springs. 2. Campfire rings at the cabins are very low to the ground and are tripping hazards. Especially when placed so close to the tables. Most cabins had little to no room next to them 2

We love all the amenities at Santa Cruz/Monterey bay KOA! We love the sites. There was a power outage and I was happy to have to text updates.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great activities for our grandchildren. Sites were spacious and clean. Only complaint was power and water outage Saturday and Sunday, was supposed to stay till Monday but checked out on Sunday instead. The staff was kind enough to refund us the money just kept 30$ for late check out.

We absolutely loved our stay at KOA Santa Cruz! Everyone on site was so friendly, helpful and sweet. There were so many activities for kids, and the general store had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

There was a power outage for 3.5 hours which meant no running water and no electricity. We had to buy water at the general store - no free water or refunds were offered. When paying such a ridiculous amount for a deluxe cabin, it’s unacceptable.

We loved our time at KOA Santa Cruz! It was our first time at a KOA holiday and it was delightful! Lots of families with kids who made their own little "bike gang" and rode around the campgrounds loudly lol -- that mayyyy get old after awhile if you're there to unwind and get away, but since this time was just a spontaneous chill, we didn't mind too much. Solid location and amenities.

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
