Stayed here for a few days in early October. Weather was great, RV sites clean, showers/restrooms nice and clean, great KOA for kids (lots to do), friendly/helpful staff.

We have stayed here numerous times in every cabin type. All have been great. We love how clean and well maintained the property is and how dog friendly the accommodations are. When our children were younger this was a safe haven, that has provided endless memories. We always leave -looking forward to our next return.

Loved the campground. Had fun with all amenities, sites were nice and staff was great. This was our second stay, did not like the site assignment, was next to a busy path and small. I Would like to pick my own spot instead of getting assigned.

Love the property. The pool was super warm. Playground was fun and so was the jumping pillow. Wish the bike rentals were open. Cabin 111 was a little worse for wear. Lots of broken cabinets. Bathroom door doesn't close or latch. Bbq was dirty was maintenence came quickly to remedy. Sheets on the queen bed look like they have foot prints on them and some hair. Super gross! Regardless we had fun!

Very nice rv park..great amenities..site well appointed, plenty of room..good location. Customer service could be improved..over 10 min wait at check-in, just standing there, NO acknowledgment..worker slowly dealt with another family...camper buying snacks asked if someone could come help.."no, she's on the phone". I let that person go before me. No problem at all waiting if acknowledged.

My niece loved the jumping pad and train ride. Bathrooms were clean and the staff were all kind.

Everyone working this weekend were so nice and helpful! We used to go to KOA multiple times a year, and always at the Halloween events since 2015. Two years ago we stopped due to negative employees and bad experiences. We’re so happy to have positive and kind KOA team members again!

Our stay was okay until our cooler and towel were stolen from our campsite. It soured the experience and left us feeling like we wouldn't return.

We used to love this KOA, however this visit there were multiple sites with extremely loud music with profanity and the staff did not address it effectively. Also, there is no enforcement on the speed limit. Several cars drove through at 25-30mph which will end up in someone getting run over. We’ll try somewhere else next time.

Always a great time in october for the halloween festivities. Clean campground and staff is awesome. Please switch to peoples choice for site decorating, pumpkins etc...also better communication around booking next years sites and cut off dates before check out as we almost lost our site due to innacurate info. The staff made it right so we are happy campers. Great job as always �

The showers in the bathroom were pretty disgusting. Hair and grime on the floors and in the corners. Other than that, everything was great.

I love the cabin. I love the amenities offered. All staff were friendly and helpful. Love the location. Perfect spot fir families with kids.

We love your KOA.. this was the first year with issues. My sons cabin air quit and they brought them a unit but it didn’t work great and my daughters airstream no air no tv and no WiFi!! Other than that we had a good time and love the staff..

This KOA is nice and well maintained. My issue was the streetlight that is mounted onto cabin and shines onto the entire fire pit area, lighting it up like daytime. Hard to stargaze. Or enjoy sitting by the fire. There were plenty of open cabins, all were nice and dark except mine. Idk why they put me in that one. Definately ruined the experience for me.

We come to be with our grandchildren and to watch them have fun. It looks like they are not planning on coming back for the Halloween events. It has gotten expensive enough that puts a dent in the decision. I don’t like all the text messages up until 10:30 at night Several groups were noises after ten and the sheriff had to come in to address the groups. We might visit again on a non busy ti

Grounds were clean, staff friendly. Trick or treating was lots of fun. Intermittent power outages were only drawback.

Our group of family friends had such a wonderful stay! It sold a few on getting memberships. This was the perfect short vacation from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Previous trip there have been very enjoyable. Out trip this past had been on the verge of terrible. We bring our families because it’s been a family atmosphere in the past. It was still enjoyable for kids but not us adults. A very few chose to not follow quiet time and calls to after hour number leave a message and no response. After the 3rd night we were glad to leave. You must deal with this!

My family and I have been coming to KOA Santa Cruz/Watsonville for almost 30 years. The new management has done an exceptional job with all the new amenities and improvements. It’s really a wonderful KOA! Our children and grandchildren are all grown up yet my husband and I still come here during the week because we enjoy the atmosphere, location and dog friendly park. Thank you for everything!!

Called and asked how far they were from Monterey Bay, was told 13 miles , booked the stay to find out they were 44 minutes away ! The road in takes you over very rough rr tracks , through a school parking lot , over a giant collection of bumps potholes and for some stupid reason speed bumps , pool area was ok

We had a great time during our stay. All of the Halloween activities for the kids were amazing. The only issue I saw was there were 3 campers that drove through during the hight of trick or treating when I thought traffic was supposed to be shut down.

Early fall on the coast offers perfect weather and our stay at the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA did not disappoint. The park is clean and well maintained. The fall and Halloween festivities were epic and the friendly staff made our stay especially enjoyable. Big shout out to Cody and Courtney for providing great service. I'd mention more but didn't get their names. We're booked for next year!

Our daughter loved the little loft in our cabin. She made friends at the pool and jumping pillow. It was great to have our gigs with us. Can’t wait to co e back!

The staff is wonderful, very hard working and friendly. The facilities unfortunately are not adequately maintained. The showers are very dirty and need to be deep cleaned and then cleaned throughout the day on busy weekends. The doggy parks are full of gophers and cannot be used. They should not be included on the list of amenities. The park itself is nicely designed and the big trees are great.

We were so impressed with this campground. Upgraded WiFi allowed us to watch all our football games for our guys weekend. Clean, organized, and even daily trash pick up. All the activities and events are a huge bonus and make the experience even more fun and enjoyable. Out of all the Campgrounds we have stayed at, this one is our favorite. Just made plans to go back again!

Clean, more spacious campsite options. Great amenities for kids! Excellent staff; especially Jeff, who found a hex tool to raise the seat on my granddaughter's bike!!
