We enjoyed our stay. We rented a cabin. The campground was quiet and peaceful in January. We heard a owl in the evening. We used the pool and Hot tub. The staff was friendly.

It was ok but the room it was dirty and the cabin did not have a stove, and we have to ask for towels. The pool it was dirty and the jacuzzi too.

Awesome dedicated staff who take pride in their work!! Everyone was friendly with smiles on their faces. The campground was beautifully maintained. This is the best KOA that we’ve visited!

You get charged for a full day but you don’t get to use the facilities for a full day

So lovely! We got a last minute reservation to avoid a more remote stay in the rain. The pool and hot tub were amazing for us and our kids. We spent the entire day at the pool while we used the laundry facilities. The store is well stocked. Would love to stay here again!

Everyone was so friendly. The campground is very nice and clean. I don’t like that you charge to lock in a site or for early check in. We purchase bikes and food in addition to your extra fees.

I’m not really happy that I booked my reservation at $82 per night. When I checked in I was charged extra $104 I had to go to front desk to get my price adjusted. Also I was charge by KOA $39 membership when I ready have a membership. I don’t think they give me the 10% discount.

First time camping here. Stayed in one of the cabins. It was New Year's. Lots of things for the children to do. Nice heated pool and Jacuzzi. Not one thing to complain about!

Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities. It was so expensive too. I don’t think we’ll return based on the price. The location didn’t warrant the price we paid.

Staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the nightly entertainment and can’t forget the amazing grilled cheese sandwiches!!! �ϋ��ϋ��ϋ�

Everything was great except for when it rained the center of the site became a deep puddle that made it almost impossible to enter or exit the rv without stepping in a couple inches of water. I moved the rv a couple feet to make it better but there was no avoiding it.we were in spot 230

Staff was super friendly. We stayed for four days and they have a lot of activities for kids. Despite the rain- we all had a blast.

Very friendly, nice cabin amd facilities, goid location. Additional k cups and creamer should be free- seems like a weird way to nickle and dime guests. Otherwise very nice and fun.

The drain pipe on 186 needs to be cut to ground level. We called and requested 185 after last year but apparently it didn’t get changed, so we were in the same spot this year. Not a big deal, we spent most of our time at our friends campsite as it was. We had a great time, our kids love it, our daughter had a small cabin with some friends for a couple nights while we were there. See you next yea

The KOA is beautiful. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing maybe because of the rain was the sewer when I was dumping was backing up and had to go really slow or it overflowed. Other than that highly recommend and will go back!

We had a great time at this KOA campground. It’s the second time we have stayed here and the people that work there are very nice and polite, campground is keeped clean.

We had a great stay. Super kid friendly and my daughter had the time of her life. We will definitely be back.My only complaint would be the cabin we stayed in, number 232, smelled strongly of sewage. It was fine if we kept the bathroom door shut, but if we didn’t, it was pretty bad. So some plumbing upgrades may be needed..

Grounds are beautiful, love the on-site options and variety, ideal location near the beach, staff were amazing, cabin was clean, front area was spacious and overall very peaceful all around. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable with a mattress that felt like it had holes and the linens were too stiff and airy.

This place is very busy park. Lots of Cabins and lots of people. Very loud even at night so if you're looking for a quiet place this is not it. Loylts of amenities for kids though. Showers were pretty dirty, hair and grime all over. Two of three toilets someone had just dumped all the toilet paper in. Again it's not terrible but I prefer smaller quieter KOA's.

We had a great time! The park was quiet at our site but still exciting for kids around the central hub area. It felt safe. Staff was welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to check in and create fun. We appreciated the staff on golf carts regularly helping the environment feel safe for our kids to ride scooters around the park. We will be back!

Very clean and orderly KOA. Very family oriented. The workers are very professional and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Very well maintained location. They make sure it is quiet during the quiet times. The beach is very close.

The Santa Cruz/ Monterey Bay KOA was such a fun stay for my family. There are many amenities such as WiFi, laundry, a heated pool open year round, bike rentals, and a park. This KOA is especially dog friendly, so our two dogs were able to join and enjoy our stay as well. We will definitely be back again!

Second time staying here! Great place, kind and hard working staff. We love having the fire ring at our campsite (so many campgrounds don’t allow actual fires anymore). Super clean site and so much for our 2 and 3 year old to do here! We will be back!

First time ever at a koa. We were in a deluxe cabin and it worked out well. A little tight for basically 5 adults but it worked. Also out first time taking our dog on vacation and while he was annoying, the dog centric facilities were good. The runs had a lot of holes though. The location was great and the manesa? Beach was perfect. I'll also add that the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except on Sunday I had my grandsons wait til after the 11 am checkout traffic cleared to rent some bikes. We went to the bike store which was open but said they couldn’t rent any bikes because they were closing! Employee said they close because Sundays are slow but he was turning away customers. Really? It was a sunny day and kids are out for winter break. Disappointed boys!

The pool was very enjoyable. We used it every day. We had a great time. The one thing we’d change or thought could be better was the floor in the cabin. It felt dirty when walked on I. Bear feet or socks. Having a swifter and cleaning pad would have been great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and were happy. We had a great visit.

We love it! Stayed Wednesday-Sunday! Love the decorations, the cleanliness, the proximity to the coast as well as Monterey, Santa Cruz and Capitola! Everyone was friendly and welcoming too!!

Nice place to camp. Lots of kids focused activities. The showers were not cleaned often enough and was missing some shelves in some. Close to 2 state beaches if you want to leave the campground and explore. Monterey and Santa Cruz are short drives.

Always a great place to celebrate our annual Memorial Day weekend with grandkids. There are plenty of activities for kids. If you just want to get away for a weekend or a week its a campground I will continue to go to.

Rooms? They have cabins here. And campgrounds for RVs and tents. Everything is clean and well- maintained. Service? They didn't wait on me, but they sure know how to provide a great family environment! Train rides for kids, activities, heated swimming pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows!! They do specials on the weekends for meals, but we didn't take advantage of that. Location? Closer to Santa Cruz than Monterey, but it's the bike riding accessibility that mattered most to me. Nice country road by the campground, leads into towns either direction. Took the Pacific Coast bike trail in two directions on two different days. Very nice!( I had to get used to California drivers and designated bike paths, though.) Lots of places to ride a bike from this KOA!! I'd come back to California from Pennsylvania just to stay here again. 😊
