Always a great experience. Some opportunities: have more staff walkthroughs at the pool. Young kids (under 10) were at the pool without adult supervision, people brought dogs into the pool area. Cabins are great but would benefit from more storage or shelving to stay organized and a dedicated broom for outdoor cabin area would be helpful. Staff is friendly!

it’s always an incredible time at the KOA! the staff is super helpful and available yet not overbearing. the restrooms are always super clean. we love our stays at this KOA.

It was a fun experience for the entire family. All was wonderful although I do hope to see the playground sand better kept up as there was trash and debris in it during our 5 day stay. Aside from that it is a great park with lots of amenities and friendly and helpful staff.

Best KOA RV park and activities anywhere. Excellently operated, Cafe has excellent food. Staff friendly and willing to hellp, Always a staff person roaming the park very visible. Only logistic was the Wi-Fi which I understand with this many people. I was in the middle of the park and could barely make a Wi-Fi phone call connect TV. Used my Hotspot .

Everything was great about our stay from the awesome permanent tents, clean bathrooms and showers, dog friendly areas , fun swimming pool , really nice staff and activities for the kids!

Great experience- concerns: kabin needs some updates- like replacing old and not working appliances. Linen- blanket had a dingy smelll and needed to be replaced

Everything was great, we love this place. The firepit on our patio of poolside cabin had a loose brick on it and when my toddler leaned on it, it fell off and the whole thing fell on her foot. This needs to be replaced ASAP so that this doesn't happen to anybody else :(

My bunk blanket was dirty which was pretty gross and we didn’t notice till bedtime, , my electrical out in the bathroom didn’t work and the hot water knob in the sink needed repair which all was taken care of. Overall we enjoyed the stay

Beautiful, well maintained. Most staff welcoming. ANY adult-only pool time would have been nice. Shower/tub in cabin scary for seniors; no grab bars. cheap single ply toilet paper so wasteful. A queen size bed would have worked better in bedroom with a shelf/ledge on both sides. The king size bed swamped room. Cafe had limited hours but good food. Had a great time with our RVer friends!

There were some aggressive/angry bees by our cabin that really wanted our food. Also, I was told everywhere on the grounds could charge to our account. After going to the pool we walked to the shack and deciding on everyone’s order and actually ordering, we found out we could not charge food at the deli/shack. It was pretty annoying to walk back to the room all wet to grab money.

love the beautiful pool! we stayed in a cabin for the first time. it was lovely and clean. the only issue was the electric stove top. one burner didn't really work. i just used the microwave instead! overall, a very nice stay and definitely will repeat! thank you.

The cabins were nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, the pool and jacuzzi were the right temperature. Nothing but wonderful memories were made there. We’re going to make it an annual event for us.

It was a great experience, the cabin we stayed in was more than we expected as we upgraded from a tent site lot. The staff were more than helpful and although we didn't get to experience all the amenities it was still a great experience.

This place is like a family's dream! Our kids never want to leave to see the surrounding area because there is so much fun stuff to do at the KOA itself over a weekend. One of our favorites.

Cleaner than last year (dog poop was out of control last year). Love it that staff were visible at the pool area checking and monitoring drinks in the pool. Staff visible everywhere and more engaging love it. Bobbi's presence was known and made things more fun. My bedroom ac stopped working and staff brought in portable ac.... Thank you again.

Every Labor Day weekend we stayed it was a blast!! From our first time popping up a tent to renting a camping cabin and last two years renting a deluxe cabin can’t wait to see you guys next Labor Day weekend!!!

Bobbie and her team especially Leilua and Kimmy did such a fantastic job organizing all the events this weekend. We appreciate the extra effort you guys kept my kids entertained and most important provided a safe and fun environment! We live right up the street but we can't wait to come back to KOA!

My family had a great time while we stayed. My daughter loved all the activities throughout the day. Every employee I had an interaction with was so helpful. Paola at the front desk made my check-in/check-out very easy and fast. We will be returning!

Our deluxe cabin had a horrible wet, moldy rag smell that would not go away. The weekend was packed so not like we could change cabins. The smell did not get any better over time and it was Embarassing at times when people from other cabins visited. Very disappointed and it kinda ruined our trip.

Had a great time staying in the Deluxe Cabin. Loved the cabin, the linens provided and fully stocked kitchen. Only wished we were a little closer to our group who were staying at the glamping tents. Thanks!

The staff was wonderful from check-in to activities to engineering. friendly. helpful and there to answer any questions. loved staying in the deluxe cabin for my young family. had everything we needed! we are locals to san diego and it felt like we were worlds away. we will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and also the cabin was very clean. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. All we had to bring was our food, clothes, and some kids activities. I loved how they had activities throughout the day, such as the train riding, bouncers, kid friendly pool, a play ground, etc However, when we called for room service they didn't come so we had to go to front desk.

I always fill up our gas tanks here. They have great prices and friendly staff. Never actually stayed at their beautiful establishment but I plan to in the future.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.

We went to San Diego Metro KOA for the first time in October 2023. We had an amazing time with Bobbi leading the Halloween activities. The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. We saw Alicia cleaning repeatedly and she always had a smile on her face. Thank you!!!
