It was only a brief stay. We didn't get to use any of the amenities. I did zip into the restrooms upon leaving. Immaculate. The park is well maintained which is why we heard a lot of that happening. Staff was wonderful. We have arrived at another camp further south. Run by the government. They could use a lesson or two from KOA.

We were stranded e with a bad van starter and stayed an extra day. Staff was so helpful and kind and very flexible. Thanks for removing some of the stress of the situation!!

The people here are very friendly! The sales person asked if I wanted to up graded to a site which had sewage which was so nice of her. I appreciated that.I but opted out due to the price increase I have to say I love going to KOAS's but with the new policy change I don't think I will use them much . Especially when another park is close by with same ammenties with sewer hook up for same rate.

The grounds are emmaculate and beautiful and so much for children and families. We stayed with two other adult couples in rv's and used the community room for playing games, etc. This is such a first class park and the finest KOA we have found after traveling all over the US. We will definitely recommend and return ourselves.

This is a very beautiful, clean & has a great staff that’s always visible as well as helpful. The food is really good & reasonably priced. We’ve stayed here twice & intend to stay here again.

Site was not adopted for large bus….the car parking space was beside the bus + the services were exactly were you would site outside ( water, electricity and dump…. We ask for a better site but apparently all sites were taken! Most lager sites were unoccupied for the duration of are visite.

This KOA is very beautiful. However they need to do something about the sewer smell. The Patio cafe has great food and is affordable.

The park is well kept and lots to offer. Loved the Patio Cafe. Weather was rainy and cold the Saturday that we were there, so we didn't get much of an opportunity to walk around. Was disappointed that they ran out of tickets for the Thanksgiving lunch since we had made reservations long ago. Would have expected for them to have had enough tickets for everyone who had reservations.

The staff were extremely helpful and the grounds were impeccable! We were fortunate to spend Thanksgiving with several hundred of our fellow campers and the meal and fellowship were great. Keep up the good work, it’s noticed!

Well kept, friendly staff. RV sites are nice with lots of trees. The thing that keeps me from a five star review is on Thanksgiving day, my family was trying to enjoy some fishing. The owner decided that it would be a good day to have a company come in and trim trees around the pond. On Thanksgiving. We also had a sewage truck next to our site several of the days we stayed including the smell.

Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Cabins were dirty and in ill repair. The cabin with a 10 mo. old crawling baby had no heat and wasn't repaired the entire time we were there (7 days). Instead they brought space heaters. $200/night is outrageous for dirty accommodations that needed much attention.

This KOA is extremely well run. The staff is super friendly, and it was amazing that the groundskeeping crew were trying very hard to keep up given the crazy weather conditions. It is convenient to everything in San Antonio. We will definitely return!

It has been many years since I could return because of my husband's battle with PSP, a rare brain disorder. He passed away in 2019 and I wanted to stay where we had experienced safe and enjoyable stays when our kids were still young. The changes were amazing. I particularly loved the additional hike and bike trail running alongside plus the fact you have deluxe cabins! Your kind staff remains #1!

Right from the moment we were greeted at the gate by the friendly young lady the stress of the long drive began to melt away. The park is kept in immaculate shape, clean sites, well maintained buildings and seemingly non-stop work on the common grounds. Our site had lots of room for our 32 foot fifth wheel and tow vehicle. Public transit right at the gate. I give it a 10 out of 10!!

Nice park. Wonderful staff, very helpful. We only spent 1 night on our way east, but wish we could have stayed longer. Grass and trees, and a nice pool!

I can see why you rated so highly because you were a great campsite to visit. It was 43 years ago when I was in the service. My first liberty was too San Antonio Riverwalk and the memories were great. Okay that's not good. Thank you. We hope that you stay with us again. What's that saying the red? Yes I understand it

Really nice KOA right next to a walking/biking trail. City bus to The Alamo/Riverwalk pick you up right outside their gates. They do have a security and security code if you're getting home after hours. Very clean facilities and a very convenient cafe. They serve pizza and hot wings after 4 pm and breakfast from Thursday to Sunday, I believe

Can totally tell why this location won KOA Campground of the year. Truly top notch - super friendly staff, immaculately kept grounds, clean restrooms, great amenities.
