We enjoyed our stay and the campground is nice. I We wish the fire ring had a grill top on seeing there were no grill on site. Overall we had a nice stay.

The KOA is great, great dog park, well maintained and clean. Salt Lake, great food but lots of traffic. KOA is next to great public transportation

Campground was well kept and clean, however, this is a terrible place to tent camp. The tent sites back up to a busy road that where buses run all night long as well as people walking by. The front desk staff was also not welcoming upon check-in. Did not make us feel welcome and I would not go back to this location.

Stayed in deluxe cabin. Very nice. Well stocked. The park is very well kept up. Hard surface roads throughout. My only complaint is I would like a real fire pit.

The stay was one night. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the reservation but was cleared up in a short time. There have been some changes to the KOA that I think were for the better.

An overnight stop in both directions on our trip. The staff was friendly and the park is very nice especially with all the trees. The morning pancakes are a nice touch.

Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. Better Wi-Fi would be a good improvement

Little concerned that a homeless person came in the campground on the last night of my stay and tried opening the door of my van. I’ve stayed several times and this was a first. Other than that great place. clean restroom and overall awesome!

We loved the central location for us to see the area. Homeless made us a bit nervous on our way in. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking.

Clean, nice grounds, pleasant staff - it was all good until the end when after spending over $1500 at the campground and telling the staff I needed a couple of extra hours to depart - they added on more charges - this in a campground that was half empty. My experience with KOA went from very pleasant to pissed off in a matter of minutes.

Top Kampground! The only one thing is the loudnes: plains, helis, trucks, cars. It was terrible noisy.

wasn't happy with the spot we were given, the campground was not even half full and we were stuck on a small end site, not very close to the washroom. Just have been nice to have a better spot without having to ask.

Always a pleasure to stay at this KOA. Staff is most accommodating and helpful. This trip we forgot a pressure regulator and was informed by staff of high water pressure and suggested that we can rent or purchase a regulator. Purchased one because it would be useful throughout our trip

Last minute stay. For being in the middle of the city it was surprisingly tree’d and quiet. Stop by for sure.

I stayed here for a show at the Delta Center. It was a convenient camp within the city and was able to take the rail from across the street from the KOA up to the DC, avoiding the high cost of parking and worrying about my vehicle in an unknown area to me. Check out the Mexican place on the corner of the lot and PNR book-map store. If I had a reason to be back in SLC, Id stay here again.

There was one person I talked to on the phone who was quite rude. Everyone else was pleasant. You need to put more updated info on your website. We didn't know you were closing tent sites for season and were only told once we went to renew over the phone. Online we could have still made the reservation.

After hours checkin, I met the overnight security and he helped me change to a spot further back away from the entrance. He was awesome. Helpful and super friendly. He made the experience great.

This is a great place to gather our group then head into downtown via the light rail just outside the campground. We chose the companion sites and opted to pay the $20 to choose our own sites which was worth it to us. Matthew was VERY cheerful and helpful filling propane even offering to take our tanks back to our RV. Matthew is a great ambassador for your KOA!
