Probably some of the nicest, most helpful staff we've ever had. Quiet area. Interior roads and some turning points are very difficult to maneuver. A bus w/tow got hung up on a corner boulder. (ouch) Time to paint the picnic tables!

Arrived around 4:30 and store was closed, found our site only to discover the pull-through site had a sewer hookup that was so close to the road we had to use all the server hose we had (30’) and my truck was still slightly blocking the road. If someone had been in the office, would have requested a different site.

Felt welcomed by the hosts! Everything is well cared for and clean. Only minor situation this time was a poor wifi signal. But that won't stop me from coming back. Love this campground!

Lot 19 is small and difficult to park camper with trees and fire pits in way. We had to wait 6-7 hours to get wood delivered (not an option to take it). Otherwise seemed to be a nice spot.

We have stayed at this KOA for several years now. The owners are kind, friendly and accommodating. It’s a quiet spot to relax. And very close to Rochester and Mayo Clinic is within ten minutes. Can’t go wrong staying there.

Host was extremely accommodating, sites were level and clean. Restroom/showers were also clean. Very quiet and serene location.

We had a short one night stay in route home from South Dakota but all was very nice. The camp site was very level and clean. I did use the shower which was very clean and spacious. When asked the manager was very helpful in directing us to a perfect place for dinner nearby on a nice lake.

Stayed in site # 41 which had a concrete patio. In some of the sides of the concrete patio where it met the ground, there was quite a difference in the height of the patio and the ground. It is a definite trip hazard for a sprained ankle. There was a transformer on an electric pole on site 39 with the electric wire going over the top of our rv hung low enough that we didn't dare put up tv antenna

We needed to extend our stay by two nights and they were able to accommodate us. It was a nice quiet campground - except for a family that partied loud until 12:30 am on the Labor Day Weekend.

The campground was a nice small campground, which for this experience was ok. We had younger children with us, so didn't need a lot of 'extras', but that said, there were some key items that needed attention. The kids playground was run down, the pool was very cold, and it would have been nice to have a place to recycle. Overall, I would still suggest it for a quick getaway or a stopover location.

There is apparently a new couple running this who is related to the previous couple. They do not seem very interested in the KOA vision, mission or values. There was at multiple point no toilet paper in the restrooms and their response was we will eventually get to it. The firepit grill had plastic metled on it should have been noticed prior to check in. I dont know about the new owners.

The campground facility is great and the bathrooms are super clean . My only comment is that the playground is a little run down and dated . The pool doesn’t seem heated and was very refreshing with the hot temps, but probably feels cooler on a cooler day. I would stay again. I love that KOAs are fairly consistent and reliable though some are getting quite dated .

This is a small well kept campground. We were greeted by a very kind young woman.She assigned us to a site that was easy in and out for us.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us this way

Katie was so accomodating for our stsy during my treatment at Mayo clinic. She is so delightful and helpful. We will be staying here for future followups and treatments if necessary. Great location and country setti g. Very nice young owners......

We had the pleasure of staying at the Rochester / Marion KOA Journey for 13 days while visiting family. Katie, the park manager is the best. Not only is she extremely pleasant, but she is super-efficient as well. She helped us set up a family reunion in a beautiful corner of the park on the first weekend of our visit. Nice, flat site with some shade. Pool was perfectly refreshing for a 100 degree day. Only question is when I put in book it directed me to full hook up sites and only 2 sites available for the night. We only needed water and electric. When we got there campground was completely open. Maybe they only have full hook ups. Great location.

Beautiful setting in the country with lots of trees and grass. Sorta didn't like having to pay for full hook-up when all we needed was electric but we would go back for sure. The staff was helpful and made us feel welcome.

I thought it is a good place and quiet, but a little rough around the edges and the pool was to cold to swim in.

They charged me full hookups when all I needed was electric. I have no water or any holdings tanks. I paid the same as the big rvs and campers that have electric water and sewer. I don't think that is fair.

Due to a medical procedure at Mayo, we just spent almost a month. The owners were so kind and accommodating. You can tell they work hard to treat their guests accordingly. We highly recommend this campground!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and cheerful. The campground was clean, well-kept, and had lots of green space for us to enjoy with our dogs. Not our first stay, and won't be our last!

The campground was very outdated. There were a lot of dead trees and the picnic tables had peeling paint and we feared getting paint slivers. There were old unsightly unused trucks parked in some of the camping spots. The pool itself was pretty good, however many of the pool chairs were ripped and/or broken (very unsafe). The park needs a lot of updating! Stay at the state park nearby instead.

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone. The staff was so friendly and accommodating we came back to stay on our journey back to ny!

The owners were very helpful. Responded quickly to issues. Campground is an older one but the new owners are working to get it in order. Would definitely stay there again.

$60 per night, $74 if you have 2 kids, for that kinda money you would expect good service! But we where there 5 days and the pool was closed for no reason, then when I called the number that was left on the door because the actual store was closed as well. On the 3rd try someone finally answered and then refused to open the pool and when I asked why they hung up on me! Just terrible!!! Terrible!!!

For the price we paid a hotel would have been nicer. We weren’t able to use the pool as it was locked for the duration of our stay. Paying extra to having a family of four was ridiculous. The front desk staff even hung up on our friends that were staying in another site when they asked about why the pool was closed when there had been guests previously swimming in there. Unprofessional!

Need coin machine for laundry. Very friendly staff. Would like to see some TLC to the playground. Nice general store. Not sure if the quick rain reflects flooding areas of some of the RV sites. Overall nice Journey KOA.

The park is very run down. Scaled back office hours. It is a convenient location for an annual trip we take, if at all possible we will not stay here again.

Great campground for overnight and extended stays. The Staff is very nice and accommodating and it is apparent they are working hard on daily management. A few upgrades would be great such as replacing the wood on picnic tables, replacing shower curtains monthly, daily shower cleaning and mold mitigation, and putting in large multi roll (5 roll) toilet paper holders in the stalls.

Great location. Very well kept grounds. Very friendly hosts. Concrete pad was great, stamped concrete. Solo stove provided! Would stay again

Cabin description exceeds our expectations. The managers were great and helped with anything we needed. The pool was very clean. We had a surprise bonus of a refrigerator which we didn't expect.bathrooms were clean. Hot showers.
