Our cabin was clean, as were the restrooms and grounds. They were super accommodating with my oversized extra vehicle. Only complaint is that my cabin site didn’t have a picnic table and the store could have been open later.

I was in cabin K2. It was very clean, had heat and air conditioning which was already turned on for me when I arrived so cabin was at a comfortable temp. It had a small refrigerator AND decent size freezer! A Roku TV I didn’t use but I was surprised as I’d never had one in a KOA cabin that allows dogs before. Beds looked new and were firm. Bring foam top if needing softer bed. Clean campground

We stayed in a Camping Cabin with a real bed and it was GREAT!!! The restrooms were very clean and comfortable . We also used the laundry and it was clean and everything worked well. thanks for a great vacation

Found ROCHESTER/MARION KOA online, viewed pictures & booked same day for an overnight stay. Friendly staff, easy booking & check-in/out. Clean room and a very comfortable bed. This site is near the city so you can get a camping feel while still being in close proximity to daily comforts. As a solo traveler I appreciated the lock on the restrooms; it’s across the lot so plan accordingly. Thank yo

Staff is wonderful. Facilities Clean. Quite. Except cabins are TOO TOO close to each other! Especially when a quest has an unregistered guest show up for nightly entertainment all night. I would stay again with my camper.

Stayed in small cabin. Just fine for what we needed. Stayed 3 nights. Office needs longer hours and a huge upgrade but understand staffing issues these days. Bathrooms need a BIG DEEP CLEANING! Some Tilex mold and mildew remover would go a long way - be sure to bring your shower shoes! However- the hot water and water pressure was awesome. Pool is nice. Grounds are mowed and kept up. Mostly good.

Who is running this place? The showers are moldy. The toilet paper dispensers are broken. The "store" closes so early.. opens late. No check out options. No key drop. The pool is locked and you have to ask for it to be opened and then have some old lady be mad about it. You go to any KOA around the country and there are kids and tons of guests. Where is everyone?

We rented a cabin, the AC wasn’t on when we checked in & the refrigerator wasn’t working. At night there was an issue with campers being loud up until midnight. There was no after hours number to call so we couldn’t get in touch with management.

The cabins were excellent! Really appreciated the AC and fridge. The pool and bathrooms were well maintained. The recreational activities were not what was advertised. Our kids were disappointed in the RC track not being mowed or maintained. But other than that, we had a great stay and no complaints!

The Rochester/Mario Koa has welcoming friendly staff. Our couples cozy cabin was perfect. It has a queen size bed, pet friendly, clean, linens and towels included in the price. The property is well kept. Large areas to walk and in a nice quiet little town. It was perfect for us.

Playground needs to be updated. Cabins need to be updated also- bigger fire rings. Bathrooms were very clean! Staff was beyond friendly! Just an older camp ground that needs some updating is all.

Cute Kouples Kabin that had a broken AC when we arrived, they had told us about this prior. We had a fun two night stay. They had provided a fan the first night and it was cool enough. When told we'd need to stay in that room again they went and bought a portable ac unit. Kept us mostly comfortable. Not a lot of amenities and short office hours but we would stay here again. Louisa is a great host.

quiet campground, informational checkin, Louisa at the front desk was very nice, guided us to our camper cabin in a golf cart, delivered our wood and was just very friendly. Pool was wonderful, a minor confusion but a text from the owner cleared things up. Cabin was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin itself was great! While I didn’t expect or need much in the way of amenities it was more than a little disappointing that the playground was in such a state of disarray and seemed to have been that way for some time. It would have been nice to been able to offer the playground as an option for my five-year-old. Overall, the stay was fine for our needs though.

The crew was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did find that it was very unkept. The ramp steps to for were very loose, the door would get stuck half way open from raise in floor. There was no heat. The bathrooms were very old. Parking was in the grass behind the cabin which was weird. I think that it will need a lot of money put into it to bring it up to any KOA standard your used to.

Stayed in a kamping kabin, no bed linens were provided and tv was mounted in an odd spot, making it difficult to view. Otherwise, bathrooms were very clean and updated nicely. Hosts were pleasant and helpful.

All was good. We search out KOAs that have cabins that allow our dog. Internet was good. The cabin had tv with many channels. Clean and well kept. Nice dog park. Friendly staff and campers.

Loved our cabin and loved the setting! The KOA staff was fabulous (lucky to be there for a pancake breakfast--yum!). The only down side was having to walk to the bathroom (and showers) especially in the middle of the night (which includes crossing a street to the KOA Office and Facilities)...not convenient.

We loved our weekend at KOA! The cabin was clean and homey, and a great way to get out of the heat if needed. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience store had the handful of items from home that we had forgotten. We will be back!

Pool was closed several ours before store and didn’t open again til late morning the next day. The playground was very old and didn’t quite suit younger children.

Great stay until Sunday morning (our departure day). Bathrooms backed up and we had no where to go. Kids crying. A real gross mess. Tainted the whole stay.

Small campground- fine for an overnight stay. We rented a cabin which was clean and comfortable. I suggest pavers or gravel path from parking space to front of cabin. Staff was very friendly.

Having a color TV in our cabin was an unexpected bonus. That allowed us to watch the Sunday evening Packer game in our cabin instead of heading in to town someplace. The campground owner was very helpful getting the TV to work.
