Very quiet and peaceful Smaller campground Level sites They need to remove rc track from their website as they dont up keep it. They probably shouldn't be a koa anymore as they dont do any activities Very clean bathrooms though. Needs a light by dog park

We came late and had to leave early so we didn't have any interaction with the staff. But they had the late check in process set up so it was very easy. We were able to find our paperwork and navigate to our site with ease. We will definitely be back on our next time through.

Very quiet. Loved our campsite. Easy to back into and it was level. Staff very friendly. This was our 4th stay at this campground. Will definitely stay again at this koa if our travels take us through Rochester.

Lovely little campground. Didn't use the restrooms, self contained. Staff was very friendly. Will be great when they're exit is fixed, but were helpful with the detour. Close to Rochester. Great stop over for us heading out west on I 90.

Absolutely loved our site with patio, chairs and solo type fire pit! This is now going to be one of our favorite go-to spots. We will definitely be back and will bring friends with us. Employees were super friendly and very helpful.

Nice RV park. Quiet, nice level sites. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have additional garbage drops rather than just one by the office.

Loved the brand new site, especially the patio, chairs, table and Solo Stove fire pit! The grounds are well kept and the campground attendant was great! I appreciated being escorted directly to my site and getting firewood delivered to my site!

We stayed in the older sites by the bathroom. Across the street are newer sites. Bathrooms were clean..Had a detour due to roadwork. Will hopefully be easy on easy off before next year. Close to Mayos Clinic.

Everyone on staff was so helpful! Louisa and Ed helped me with a couple things on my arrival, and Mitchell solved a huge problem for me when I was departing. They went above and beyond the call of duty and helped make my stay better!! Really appreciated their assistance; appreciate them. Lovely grounds.

Stayed in small cabin. Just fine for what we needed. Stayed 3 nights. Office needs longer hours and a huge upgrade but understand staffing issues these days. Bathrooms need a BIG DEEP CLEANING! Some Tilex mold and mildew remover would go a long way - be sure to bring your shower shoes! However- the hot water and water pressure was awesome. Pool is nice. Grounds are mowed and kept up. Mostly good.

Staff and ownership was very attentive. Campers needs and expectations were not only met but exceeded my wife and I had an amazing time.

The stay was fine. I needed to fill propane and both the staff and equipment are poor. No way to measure how much was added, and the attendant asked me how much I think was added. One of my tanks didn't even feel like it got full because the attendant guessed at when it was full. It's not posted or clear about the cost, and basis for cost (weight or volume). I just paid and left.

Lovely country setting & most staff members were very friendly & helpful. The sewer hookup was a distance from the RV (please note: 30' of sewer line is needed for site #72). KOA advertised Wi-Fi, but it was not usable. The campground was mostly quiet, w/ traffic from I-90 faintly in the distance. However, when the HWY52 exit is completed, nearby traffic noise from HWY52 will resume.

The gentleman that was working was very nice and helpful but was the only one working. The property in general was very unkempt and while rain is unavoidable, tile work and/or gravel would be extremely helpful. There was also an altercation behind one of the cabins that got very heated and uncomfortable. This property is probably the worst KOA we've visited and we are VIP members.

Unless you really are desperate for a place to camp overnight, don’t go to this KOA. We just did an overnight and the grounds are not well maintained, the pool was in poor condition, the bathrooms were so bad my wife and I would not use them. I have never seen a KOA in this condition before.

Sorry your stay fell short. As new owners, we know the park needs work and we are investing to bring it up to KOA standards. Many guests already love staying here, but we recognize there’s room to improve and hope you’ll see the progress on a future visit.

Who is running this place? The showers are moldy. The toilet paper dispensers are broken. The "store" closes so early.. opens late. No check out options. No key drop. The pool is locked and you have to ask for it to be opened and then have some old lady be mad about it. You go to any KOA around the country and there are kids and tons of guests. Where is everyone?

The KOA is fine -- small, quiet. But the construction is a real issue coming from the East. It added about 15 extra minutes to our journey. I would likely stay somewhere else until the road work is sorted out.

Sorry for the inconvenience with the road detour. The construction near the I-90/52 interchange has added extra travel time, but it’s temporary and expected to be done before the 2026 season. We’re glad you found the park quiet and peaceful!

We rented a cabin, the AC wasn’t on when we checked in & the refrigerator wasn’t working. At night there was an issue with campers being loud up until midnight. There was no after hours number to call so we couldn’t get in touch with management.

Really off the beaten path. I’d consider it somewhat overpriced. For that kind of money, I would expect something like a resort.

Management was excellent. Helped park, asked if needed any directions around the area. Drive ways are a little narrow in the corners. Easy to hit one of the large rocks.

We encountered friendly staff that led us to our site. The spaces are tight to get into with a big rig because of right angle turns into the pull thru site. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We did not have an occasion to visit the store, restrooms, showers or laundry so can’t comment on those amenities. Grass has overgrown the parking pads, but they were level. Hookups were great. Thank you

The cabins were excellent! Really appreciated the AC and fridge. The pool and bathrooms were well maintained. The recreational activities were not what was advertised. Our kids were disappointed in the RC track not being mowed or maintained. But other than that, we had a great stay and no complaints!

Tree limbs are hanging too low. the sewer connection was too far to hook up. The water connection was at the road. The whole set up for a motor home is ridiculous. There is only one KOA campground that was descent. That one is near Chicago, IL. I Think your prices are outrages for the amenities that you provide.
