The owners were very helpful. Responded quickly to issues. Campground is an older one but the new owners are working to get it in order. Would definitely stay there again.

$60 per night, $74 if you have 2 kids, for that kinda money you would expect good service! But we where there 5 days and the pool was closed for no reason, then when I called the number that was left on the door because the actual store was closed as well. On the 3rd try someone finally answered and then refused to open the pool and when I asked why they hung up on me! Just terrible!!! Terrible!!!

For the price we paid a hotel would have been nicer. We weren’t able to use the pool as it was locked for the duration of our stay. Paying extra to having a family of four was ridiculous. The front desk staff even hung up on our friends that were staying in another site when they asked about why the pool was closed when there had been guests previously swimming in there. Unprofessional!

Need coin machine for laundry. Very friendly staff. Would like to see some TLC to the playground. Nice general store. Not sure if the quick rain reflects flooding areas of some of the RV sites. Overall nice Journey KOA.

The park is very run down. Scaled back office hours. It is a convenient location for an annual trip we take, if at all possible we will not stay here again.

Great campground for overnight and extended stays. The Staff is very nice and accommodating and it is apparent they are working hard on daily management. A few upgrades would be great such as replacing the wood on picnic tables, replacing shower curtains monthly, daily shower cleaning and mold mitigation, and putting in large multi roll (5 roll) toilet paper holders in the stalls.

We appreciated the golf court escort to our assigned spot to be sure we were navigating the property correctly. The showers and bathroom were clean. We visited the store/office once with a question and again the staff was friendly and helpful. One suggestion - a "back in a minute" sign for the counter when the staff step away; we arrived to an empty desk and were confused about how to get rolling.

My husband counted 15 dead trees. The other trees were in bad need of trimming, lots of branches hanging over the roads thru the campground. The website say’s your office stays open until 7, we arrived at 6 and they were closing. They mowed across from our camper and thru rocks that hit our camper.

Arrived 8:20pm, but office & pool were already closed. No swimming for the kids & no campfire since couldn't buy fire wood. Sign on door said they needed their rest so they could serve guests. Thought kids could swim in the morning, but pool doesn't open until noon & unless temp is above 72 degrees. Checkout is 11am, so we didn't use anything. Tried to checkout at 10:44am, but office was closed.

The spaces behind the KOA office are not what we expected. It felt more like a place to store our rv for 2 nights. So that's what we did.

We stayed at the KOA for a week in mid-June 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The owners and employees are friendly and helpful, toilets and showers are clean and kept that way, and the grounds were lush and quiet, despite the campground's proximity to I-90. We were using the Mayo medical facilities in Rochester, that can be easily reached from the campground.

My wife and I enjoyed the sight. The fawn walking threw was very cute. Only drawback was the little wasp nest built under the electrical service box. Found that after I was stung on the arm.

We enjoyed the campground which was quiet and a good getaway. The sites are nice but not level. This campground is out of town so a car is needed if you want to go see the sites or grab a bite to eat. Very family friendly.

Pool was closed several ours before store and didn’t open again til late morning the next day. The playground was very old and didn’t quite suit younger children.

We were on site #78 very difficult to back in a 25’ trailer with an almost 25’ truck! Best to book a pull through site.

I loved the friendly hosts! Very easy to find the camp site. The sites were very clean and well kept. It would be good to plant more trees between individual sites in the center of the camp.

The campground was nice and clean however it is close to the freeway so you hear traffic all night. The staff was very friendly when the office was open but the hours were short and not the same as the hours listed on the office door. I guess I'd say if you can find another campground in the area, try them first.

Nice clean quiet campground. Just off interstate, very convenient but quiet! Saw a fawn run through the campground in the morning. Picnic tables need some TLC. The store is quite nice with a little bit of everything. Staff is cordial and professional too.

OWNER - Rude, swore on the phone, Lied about fees. charged me a fee without my consent once we left. Speaking loud about political view. Allowed family/friends to light fireworks next to our camper.
