We have always enjoyed our stay here. This is our favorite campground and we really look forward to our stays. Clean facilities and very friendly staff every time.

Pleasant stop over for a few days. Staff was great. Had to put up with a neighboring campsite being rather un-ruly and bouncing frisbies off our camper but that is not the fault of the campsite. Entitled childrenbeing raised by entitled parnets seems to be the norm these days. Laundry was dirty, the bathrooms were clean.

All the staff was amazing and so accommodating for any needs we had. This was our first time at this location and we will be back in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Everything was nice except for the bed on the main floor. That had to be the worse bed I had ever slept on. My husband slept on the couch in the living room it was so bad. The middle of the mattress had a hill in it. So, you could roll over because the hill stopped you from moving. I was up all night both nights because I couldn't get comfortable. If they replace the bed in cabin C7 it will nice.

This is a regular stop for us when going North or South on 95. Padded site are large enough for our 37ft. Class A and towed. Staff is friendly and helpful. CS is extremely clean. Fresh water spigot is insulated and heated in winter. Only Knock is Kamp K9 is too remote for us

We tent camped and it was very pleasant. We very much enjoyed the shuttle service to Kings Dominion. My family is going to make this a yearly Christmas tradition!

Quick little Christmas getaway to enjoy winterfest at Kings Dominion. Staff was very friendly and cabins were very clean and accommodating..will definitely be staying with Koa again soon.

Place is beautiful with all the trees, very well kept and the staff is amazing! One of the workers came and sat with us while we were having a fire. I'm part owner in a campground and our staff is just like this. That's what truly makes a campground!

Stopped overnight traveling from FLA to OH. After 10 hr drive mostly through rain, with a 9-10hr drive planned for the next day, we really wanted to sleep in before starting out. Around 8am, 6 guys fired up industrial sized leaf blowers right outside our RV. They did not let up for hours. Around 10am they were still at it but farther away in a wooded area. I get maintenance but this is just rude.

The stay is wonderful and very knowledgeable from the people in the office ( they are great) to the gentleman who refilled my propane. The campground itself from the restrooms to the property was immaculate. The only complaint NOTHING to do with staff or property is the laundry room payment hardware the contractor that handles this is terrible doesn’t work properly a lot of the time Jim

We actually left after the first night. I totally understand that staying at places like this there will be noise. There will be kids. But partying adults who stay up till well past midnight hooting and hollering…no thank you.

My stay was really special because of the people at the front office.... they allowed me to go in early to put up birthday decorations for my fiance to make the stay even more special...thank you to the guys at the front office

I have stated here quite a bit. The campground and bathrooms are always clean. the staff is great ( very helpful and eager to help). Most of the camp sites are good size ( for my 43' 5th wheel). If you are staying to go to Kings Dominion the shuttle is a great amenity.

Our camp neighbor played loud vulgar music throughout the day and the KOA management didn't do anything about it. Perhaps they didn't do anything is because all the KOA employees left at 18:00. Also, the cable tv advertised did not work at my site, I was told it would be taken care of but it wasn't. I have stayed at various KOAs and this one was by far the worst.

We just stayed the one night to take our granddaughter to Kings Dominion this time. We’ve stayed here a few times before. Always polite and professional. Quiet evenings and clean bath houses.

Our pull thru patio was a tight space. If we had another camper on the other our slides would have been. Campground is very clean and staff was helpful.

Our stay was great. The cabin was great and everyone working was extremely friendly. Having 2 bathrooms is very helpful. The only drawback is that the cabin does not have a kitchen, only a small frig and microwave.

We stayed in a cabin. The camp was clean. We missed the camp store, but from what I saw, they have EVERYTHING! The cabin was beautiful and so nice, more than I expected. The theme in the campground was family and we saw everyone walking, playing, or enjoying a bonfire.. 10/10 will DEFINITELY stay again I didn't take pictures, I only made a video of our cabin and can't upload, sorry... But you should rent a cabin! 😁

We just spent the weekend here and overall had a nice experience. This review is based on our stay in the 30 amp back in sites at the front of the campground. PROS: Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, trash pick up at site Nice woodsy feel in parts of the campground Pool and playground looked nice Fenced in dog area and "dog bath" at shower house Close proximity to I95 and Kings Dominion (with free shuttle) CONS: Some gravel RV sites very uneven, we were fortunate to have a decent site although hard to back in due to all the trees, narrow drive, other sites around us were not as good. Super bright lights are turned on at night toward front of campground which takes away from the "camping" feel. Lack of hot water in shower! Another unusual thing is that there was a huge event going on at the campground over the weekend with LOUD music blaring until 11 PM - I doubt this is a regular thing but would have been nice to know about ahead of time. In a nutshell - if you want a convenient place to stop overnight off 95 or want a family friendly place to stay to enjoy Kings Dominion, this is the place for you. I would stay here again if I was in the area for something specific.

If you get a chance rent KOA cabin was very pleased. Went to Rodeo. This is a camp 🏕 ground.
