So very nice!! Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. The cabin was home away from home! Our first camping trip and we'll definitely being doing another KOA!

Cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Location to Kings Dominion can’t be beat. Staff was very nice and friendly during entire stay.

Exceptionally clean cabin. Friendly check in staff. Perfect place to stay for King Dominion for a family given the “loft” area and then the first floor bedroom with 2! full bathrooms.

The campground was nice but the cabin was not cleaned properly. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, broken toys in the loft area, and the counters had dried up mustard. I had to clean the whole cabin with disinfectant i bought with me. The door has a opening that allowed bugs to enter all weekend.

On line it I believe it state there are utensils in the cabins but there are none. No sign with fire wood price. No notice on how they expect you to leave the cabin I.e. towels in the tub or by the door large trash bag etc. there should be pictures of the interior it really is tight for 8 people . The fridge was not very cold. The place was clean the staff awsome

We had a great time as usual. Linens and towels were clean. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe with the lighting and safety patrol. Love that there is a playground, pool, and basketball hoop. The only negative thing we noticed was slight mold in the bathrooms along the caulk on the outside of the bathtub. Understandable, but hopefully treated soon!

Very clean cabin but only one shuttle that seats 14, needs more on big nights like New Years Eve. Love KD But too many problems, not renewing.

Everything was clean. Check in is easy. It is a great place to stay and it is easy to get to King's Dominion by driving (5 minutes) or taking the shuttle they provide.

We stayed in a 10peraon cabin. It’s adorable! Perfect amount of space for our family of 7. Kids are begging us to bring them back again asap!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check in and out was a breeze. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an inviting family friendly place to visit.

Suggestions - too much air coming through the bottom of the front door. Had to use blankets yo hold off the breeze. Also need to clean the exhaust vet covers. I love this place and do not want to see it get run down. Staff is amazing.

We rented 4 cabins for one night with the intention to go to Kings Dominion on the second night. However Kings Dominion doesn’t open until 5p. I asked for a late checkout, but there is no late checkout for the cabins. Even if it is an extra cost, it would be beneficial to add something like that on nights you arent sold out that KD opens later.

We stayed in a cabin and it was wonderful. Plenty of room. Hot water. Small refrigerator. 4 TV's. People that worked at camp store were very friendly.

2 adults & 2 teens used the shuttle to enjoy KD open till midnight for Halloween. 3pm check-in. Beds were comfy. Place was clean. Check in staff were polite & welcoming, offered goodie bags to the kids and ice cream treats. C17 is set up 2 full bathrooms on a common hall area. Queen bed in a bedroom, 2 queen beds in 4ft tall loft area, 2 futons in living space. I wish we had brought 2 more kids.

We had a very easy check in and check out process. The cabin was clean and well stocked with what we needed for the night. Everything was comfortable and very nice. The staff is always friendly and we usually have a good time. We will be back!

Good experience at this campground with our 33'. We had a full hook-up site. We wanted a concrete pad but I guess none were available. The gravel back-in site was not even close to level, so be prepared with your leveling blocks. Mature hardwoods and evergreens. Plenty of shade where we were, though some parts aren't shaded. Best perk: free shuttle bus to and from Kings Dominion, which is only a few minutes away. Tickets are sold at the reservation desk, making it super easy and convenient to go, even if you didn't initially plan to. Bathhouses are great, too. Though I don't usually need one, I do go check them out. One word of note is there is a section of the campground - seems to be water and electric only - that appears to have culvert draining issues, as there's some standing water in ditches. Be sure to have bug spray and citronella if you're there. On the map, it's the section directly across from the store's front door. “Dominator Drive” is one of the roads there.

To clarify, the 'rooms' for me are the campground RV sites. Very well maintained campground, awesome staff! Great rates! Free shuttle to Kings Dominion Theme Park. I would highly recommend!!
