Richmond North / Kings Dominion KOA Holiday General Information

Campsites: Check-in 2:00 pm; Check-out 12:00 noon. 
Cabins: Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 11:00 am.
Early Check-In fees and Late Check-Out fees apply at the discretion of the property and are based on occupancy.

Only 2 vehicles allowed per site and cabin.  Additional vehicles will incur a $5 fee and must park at the Lodge.

We are a CASHLESS facility.  We only accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google pay.  It's fast and always secure.  No card?  No problem! We will have a Cash-to-Card kiosk in the lodge that can transfer cash to a card - no fees - which can be used anywhere, not just at the campground.  

High water pressure.  Please use water regulators.

No gas powered golf carts or ATV's are allowed.  All drivers must have a valid driver's license.

Our campground provides shuttle service to and from Kings Dominion & Soak City throughout the day at no charge to our guests.  Pets are not allowed on the shuttle.  Please see the front desk for information on pet parking passes.

Firearms are NOT allowed on property.  No fireworks or any type of explosives are to be discharged at any time.

If you will be arriving after our Store/Registration Desk closes, please stop by our building labeled "Night Registration" located adjacent to our store.  

If you have a reservation:  Please look in the box attached to the building to find your check-in packet, which includes your site map and site number,  Report to your assigned site and return to the front desk in the morning to register.

If you DO NOT have a reservation:  Please choose a blank check-in packet from the box attached to the building, which includes a site map and a price list.  Choose an available site from the board above and report to your site.  Return to the front desk in the morning to register.  If you leave prior to opening, fill out the envelope from the packet and drop it into the drop slot on the night registration building.

Pets are required to be on a leash at all times and in such a manner as to not constitute a danger or nuisance to other guests.  Please clean up after your pet immediately (clean up charges may apply).  Pets are not allowed in the store, cabins or swimming pool area.  Pets should not be allowed to disturb other guests,  Pets are not allowed to be left on site unattended.  There is a kennel at the Theme Park for a nominal fee.  Parking passes are available at the store for vehicles with pets.
