I stopped saying at Kia campgrounds 10 years ago due to the standards. This time it was a last minute stop on the way home. You all knocked our socks off! The facilities and staff were top notch. Robert went above and beyond our expections! Well done!

This park has so many nice amenities, lots of fun yard games and pool. There is a very friendly & helpful staff. Upon first impressions, it appears a little “rough” with weeds in graveled sites with no real borders to make everything a bit more clean. But it was definitely a fun stay.

Excellent campground, gas BBQ at most sites, lots for kids to do, excellent wifi, friendly, helpful staff. Very nice showers and bathrooms.

Camp sites were clean & free of debree. Concrete patio are very nice. We & grandkids enjoyed the pool, & play ground equipment. We held our family reunion meal in the Gazebo( also very nice. It would b nice to have some infant/toddler swings, & also the option to bring our golf cart due to me tearing my ACL. Walking to play ground was a challenge. Missed my golf cart.

Stayed over night. It's clean and everyone makes you comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Water was warm.

Jason checked us in. He was friendly, helpful and funny. The bath facilities were very clean. Nice Kamp Kitchen area. Very well maintained camp. We would stay again

Two day minimum was required . Paid for two nights only stayed for one. The sight was not conducive for a 40ft motorhome very broken old slab which level was not possible . Extreme hill to get in and down to office and sight. I would not ever recommend for a 40ft motorhome. Kid friendly for small pull campers only.

We were traveling through so we started just the one night.The office staff was friendly and helpful.Out site was not level but we are prepared for those situations. It would not take much effort to add gravel.The concrete pad had lots of sand in need of removal. Also,the furniture had bird poop on it.The rate was also high Just one night so all was fine. Over all the park look a little run down.

The restrooms were clean. There were plenty of activities for the kids (gaga ball, shuffleboard, playground, pool, other games). The pool is pretty small, but the campground wasn't full, so it never got too crowded. Campsites are pretty close together, but again, it wasn't full so it didn't bother us.

I have to say this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in a KOA campground. I was put on a 50 amp site they knew they had trouble with then they moved us to a much lesser site while similar sites were open. Then, the refund wasn't the correct amount. Non-refundable period so I couldn't cancel and move to another campground. This review was left with the office as well, no response yet.

My only complaint was the low water pressure. I asked that someone check it and was told they doubted anything could be done. It was so low that showering was difficult.

In some premium sites when sitting outside of your camper relaxing, you face your neighbors. Great if neighbor is someone you know, but otherwise very awkward. We shared a black water port with our other neighbor. Our premium site had no patio; only grass. There’re are no lights atop power towers to alert you of an outage (of which we had three). Friendly staff and lots of activities for kids and adults. Loved the meals served and celebratory drinks when we didn't feel like cooking too! The 4th of July fireworks display was spectacular and nice way to end a great week of camping. :)

We were disappointed we did not get to see firworks, but the weather got in the way. That is one reason we book every year is because of your fireworks!

Very clean campground and friendly/helpful staff. On arrival our automatic levels would not work. The staff allowed us to use their drill to lower our stabilizers. They told us to come get the drill when we were ready to leave so we wouldn’t have to do it manually.

Hard to find a site to level our 44 foot coach that was 50 amp service that hadn’t been already assigned to someone else! The first site we tried had the tandem rear tires all 4 off the ground trying to level. Moved us to different site which was a little better but wasted well over 2 hours of time just trying to do a 5 minute set up. Other than that the KOA was acceptable for a weekend stay.

Nice campground en helpfull people, If it's busy on the kampground, the sites on Willie Nelson lane are not good foor privacy (crossed places)

Electric pedistal and cable connections needed work, 50amp box cover came apart while plugging in. Site was not advertised as a shared buddy site, other campers were using what should have been our table and fire pit. Had to drive across the cabin lawn in order to get MH into the site. Did seem to be alot of activities and staff was very friendly.

It was our 1st time out with our new RV, and our 1st time at Renfro Valley KOA. We stayed for a month. We had a great time and the staff were amazing. We can't wait to go back.

Stayed June 29; site 63. The site was fine although a slight slope from left to right as parked and the sewer connection was pretty high causing some minor drainage issues. The campground has a pretty setting and the potential for a great campground is available; just need to do some work on the site pads and roads to the sites. I would stop by again. Office personnel very nice; restrooms fine

Very nice park but can bottleneck in the entrance easily while waiting for rv’s to get checked in… outside of that, nice place.

Staff was friendly but the site they put us in first was awful, thankfully they had a site to move us to. Guess they have had a lot of rain and no way we would have enough boats to level us out. So I would call first and make sure they are not putting you at the bottom of the hill.

This is a nice campground - we’ve stayed in the past in our Airstream trailer. However, when we came in with our new big rig (43’ Newmar) we sustained damage to a door, couldn’t get level in a spot without a wheel off the ground so we left. It’s a very nice place but NOT for big rigs.

Very tight and steep road coming in. Would not recommend a large class A. Perfect for smaller campers or tents .pleasant staff .

The campground was nice- nothing fancy- everyone was very very nice but we thought your prices were extremely high- we live in our RV and travel full time- we always looked for KOA but now we feel their prices are getting higher and higher- so we are looking for other campgrounds first.

great staff, park very clean, but sign h on street hard to read covered with brush, spots need repaved, we could not get our coach level. road in is very rough to get up.

Pros: easy in/out; activities. Cons: <20% water pressure, uneven sites, only one person in office that knew what they were doing. Other gave poor instructions to site and charged us extra $5 for vehicle when it was included.

This is a great campground! It’s easily accessible off the highway and so convenient. There are so many amenities and activities for the kids, all within visibility from the campsite which is wonderful for both kids and parents. The park was quiet and provided a variety of campsites to choose from. The staff was very helpful and the store was very well stocked. I would definitely come back again

Not well kept up! Site was not clean and dog poop on it. Big ruts in the roads. Needs lots of TLC At miniature golf had weeds growing in it. Office was very clean and welcoming!

We arrived on Saturday evening. Our dog started having seizures. As complete strangers under much stress we didn’t know what to do. Robert searched, found a vet hospital open on a SATURDAY night!! Another staff (unnamed to protect her generosity) lent us her car so we didn’t have to unhook and drive our RV in the dark. Robert stayed long after his shift to ensure we were ok. AMAZING STAF

The staff is great very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have with the place is water pressure was a little low but grounds were kept up. They helped me with some last minute issues I had needing to stay longer. My nephew loved the jump pad and the play area. Customer service was an 11 out of 10

We changed destinations on this trip so we were worried about this campground being our first time there. We arrived after hours and experienced problem with the electric connection. We called and immediately Jason showed up, super nice and moved us to an ever better site and offered us a pizza! We had food so we declined but we will go back soon.
