Renfro Valley KOA Holiday General Information

Golf carts are not allowed on Renfro Valley KOA Holiday property.  Please leave your golf cart on its trailer while you are here.  Thanks!

From November 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, our store will be open from 10 am to 12 pm and again from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Beginning November 1, 2024 our office hours are 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Check-In Time is 12:00pm for RV's and Tent sites. Cabin check-in 3pm. If you arrive earlier than 12pm, your reservation may be subject to an early check-in fee.  Please call our office with any questions regarding these hours.  
Check Out Time is 11:00 am for campsites and Cabins. If you would like additional nights, please re-register by 9:30am.

Cancellation for Tent and RV sites require a 7 day notice.
Cancellation for Camping Cabins require a 14 day notice.
The administrative fee for cancelling is $20.
From May 1 through October 31, any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night is non-refundable.
Any reservations over Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day are non-refundable.

TENTS: Tents are allowed on RV sites for an additional cost. Only 1 tent per site.
FIRES: Firewood is for sale at the campground office.  Kentucky State laws do not permit campers bringing and burning their own wood.  Please see the office for specific rules.  
RESTROOM CLEANING: Between the hours of 10:30 am and 12:00 pm restrooms will be closed for cleaning.
SMOKING: Cigarette butts are one of the worst little problems.  Please make sure you are disposing of cigarette butts, or other tobacco items, appropriately.  A $50.00 fee may be charged for sites that need extra care and cleaning because of cigarette butts and other tobacco products.
TRASH: Curbside Valet Trash pick up will need to be at the curb by 11 AM.   Do not use fire rings for trash. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE AFTER 11 AM OR OUT OVERNIGHT.

Please accompany small children to the restrooms, playground, and pool.  For safety reasons, children must be on their site by dusk.  The playground and jumping pillow will close at dusk.  Please do not allow children to play on the entrance road/hill.

Guests and Visitors to your site are always welcome at the Renfro Valley KOA Holiday, however, there is a  $5 fee, per day, per person, per vehicle for visitors.  Visitors MUST check in at the main office and get a parking pass before they enter the campground.  Guests may not park on the grass or in another site.  They must park in overflow parking or on the black top.

The restrooms will be closed from 10:30am-12pm daily for cleaning.

Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and attended to at all times. Disposal bags are provided in the park for your convenience. No pets allowed in any buildings (with the exception of service animals), pool area, the mini-golf course, or on the playground. No aggressive pets. Pets may not be left outside during quiet hours.

Littering fine: $25 - Charged to your site without notice. Firepits are not trash cans or Cigarette butt cans. Check before departure.

Observe Quiet Time hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Keep music low and inside.

Please do not use the fire rings for trash cans. Curbside Valet Trash will be picked up at 11 AM. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE AFTER 11 AM.

Swim at your own risk. Pool is for registered guests only. Shower before entering pool. No glass, pets, running or rough playing in pool area. Only swimwear allowed in pool. Small children must wear swimming diapers. No children under 17 permitted without an adult per Commonwealth of Kentucky laws. No alcohol is allowed in the pool area.  Pool closes at 10pm.
