Interesting site sandwiches between two cabins. Traffic flow was strange. Hard to take a walk through the campground. Very kid friendly though play equipment was in poor shape. It worked well for us since we spent very little time at the campsite.

Pleasant people but sites were very unlevel. The water pressure was terrible, the cable did not work, and the weekend prices went up to $85 a day.

Park is nicely maintained. All the family activities were excellent! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great clean campground. Staff are INCREDIBLY nice and helpful! Even convinced our daughter to go on the haunted trail- which she loved! Great Halloween weekend :)

Based on the price, I would have expected a much nicer campground, The grounds and utilities are not maintained. Sites are in need of repair very close together. Simply mowing the grass (starting at entrance to campground) throughout would improve the appearance. I understand this is an older campground. But, upkeep is the key to repeat business.

I have been to 100s of campgrounds and I can honestly say that I have never felt more welcome than I did at The Renfro KOA! I regret that I didn’t get the woman’s name who checked us in, but she was so warm and kind. I will highly recommend Renfro KOA!

Only complaint is low water pressure. Good pressure for your showers and they always clean.

This KOA was very nice and well kept up. The restrooms and showers were clean and modern. We were there the second week of October and the park was decorated nicely for Halloween. The dog park was also very good.

We had a wonderful stay!! I booked our Halloween trip and then my granddaughter broke her leg. She is 7 and the staff was absolutely fantastic to her. Another great weekend filled with great memories!!

I’m sure this is a fine park for small rv’s. We were too big to maneuver through the hills, trees and small spaces. So if you have a big rig, we would not recommend it.

The sites were well maintained. The staff were great. My only comment is about the site we were in. I looked like a new topping of blacktop was added to the old now there is large step from grass to first step.

Absolutely do not recommend staying here. Price are outrageous. The manager was very unprofessional and used foul language with my wife. When asking why they would move the mail box so the mail could get delivered and not have to wait for a personal to pick mail up from the post office they told us because we can’t. After speaking with the post office this wasn’t the case. Find other places!!

You are gone because your wife refused to stop driving at excessive speeds through the campground with your very young child on top of the car. Also, as she was told, the day we got the all clear from the utility company is the day we moved our mailbox.

Great dog parks. Roads in and out are not for large rvs. Park is hard to maneuver .Lots are close together. Okay for an overnight stay.

We were surprised that the office was closed when we arrived at 3:30 p.m. and there wasn't any phone number listed for urgent situations. The site we were in was a bit tight and we watched as an older gentleman was at the office looking for help because his electric wasn't working. It was very hot and humid and we were glad to see someone finally coming to assist them. It is a pretty park.

We are sorry you didn't have the best experience. I am very surprised to hear the office was closed, we typically do not close early. For future reference, the phone number is listed right outside the front door and on your map.

Our site was not very nice and they were trimming and chipping up stuff from trees from 8:00 - 5:00.

It was very hard to get up and into this park due to the tight roads leading up to the KOA. And the rows in a 38’ travel trailer is very tight to get out of. Other wise, nice park and facilities. It’s very hilly and more conducive for a smaller trailer.

It was easy in.Perfect for a one night stay. The exit was a little scary especially the steep down hill just before the main road.

Campground itself was great. The site we were on was so I level that I had a hard time keeping my balance sometimes. I get that this is a challenge for the owners but it can and should be done.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
