Very accommodating. Nice and quiet with nice features

We stayed only one night. The information sheet was poorly printed so all of the instructions weren’t visible. No bathroom code was provided. The Wi-Fi network was useless at the end of the campground where we stayed. We expect better from a KOA, where we pay higher prices than other campgrounds.

It has the potential to be a nice campground but needs some ground maintenance. Shrubs are overgrown and look neglected. Weeds are prominent in the landscaping. It just looks tired. Trees need trimming. Roads need grading. This suggestion may be petty but we’ve stayed at many koa’s that have a Snack Bar and they always deliver. Not so here and I couldn’t find any evidence publication.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I have to give a big shout out to Tina, she went above and beyond for us. The bathrooms were extremely nice and clean, the games were tons of fun, we loved the pool, and the swing attached to our spot was so nice. We can’t say enough good things about this campground and the staff!

Very nice. Wish the concrete patio would have been blown of leaves and dead grass. Not much of a complaint. Pool was well maintained.

This was our stop between Florida and Ohio. Having stayed there several times. During Covid they upgraded including 5G WiFi which was the best WiFi at any KOA. This visit was one of the worst. First someone was parked in our site. The site was an expensive patio site. It was filthy. I asked for another site and they refused to accommodate me. Other sites were open all night! Will not return!

I cannot remember a time we "refused" to accommodate someone in a different site. Unfortunately there are times there is a RV breakdown delaying a departure but we work with everyone to ensure they have the best spot available.

Sewer connection was higher than where trailer sat. Had to go to dump station to empty tanks. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Worst site we have ever used at a KOA. Poorly paved and extremely unlevel. We will never return to this KOA even though we frequently travel through this area.

The campground was beautifully kept. There was a lot of things to do. My only negative observation was that they need more signs. There was no sign for the road to my site. They need more signs directing people on exiting the campground.

We needed a place to stay for one night so we popped open the KOA app to see what was available on our rout and found Renfro Velley KOA. Pull-through anf full hook ups is what we like and the service provided by the KOA staff is top notch.

Sites are not for big rigs as suggested. We were in site 1 with a 43 ft 5th wheel and a large truck. We had no room. Could not put our awnings out do to no space. A very large party place was right beside us. The mountain to go up was 8 degrees high as well as going down the other side. We stayed our time there but left on our day to go and went 3 miles down the road to a wide open space.

Everyone working there was awesome. They need to get a few things fixed. A washer and dryer were out if order and fix the propane filling station. Very nice campground.

participated in Friday margaritas and Sunday pancakes both would have been better experiences if they were more organized. only one person cooking, and he got way behind no one greeting guests and taking their orders. looked like not all the materials were in place to make meals. food was good but took a long time to get served. very nice quiet park one of my favorites to date. Staff very friendly

First site nearly electrocuted by an incorrectly wired 50 amp. Not cool. Staff acted quickly to move me to another site. Both sites were difficult to level the RV. Second was worse than the first. Was only there overnight so I lived with it.

All the stuff for the kids to do is great! Most staff was really nice. Sites are a bit underwhelming compared to other KOA’s we have stayed at for the price. Water pressure is pretty low and the taste is terrible.

Reserved a patio site, fountain at the site is in disrepair. The electric box did not work. Robert assisted and we got set up only to be sprayed by a water hose by the children at the site beside us with no parental supervision. We were moved to another site where the water wasn’t working properly and again Robert assisted and was a tremendous help. Several dogs were running loose unleashed. Poo

Stayed 6 nights,very good Verizon, well maintained grounds, pool perfectly chemical adjustment, easy access of main highway. Well spaced, water pressure lacking. Grand Old operate of Kentucky down the street. Great shopping within 18 miles. Definitely gone back if in with in 100 miles.

I stopped saying at Kia campgrounds 10 years ago due to the standards. This time it was a last minute stop on the way home. You all knocked our socks off! The facilities and staff were top notch. Robert went above and beyond our expections! Well done!

This park has so many nice amenities, lots of fun yard games and pool. There is a very friendly & helpful staff. Upon first impressions, it appears a little “rough” with weeds in graveled sites with no real borders to make everything a bit more clean. But it was definitely a fun stay.

Excellent campground, gas BBQ at most sites, lots for kids to do, excellent wifi, friendly, helpful staff. Very nice showers and bathrooms.

Camp sites were clean & free of debree. Concrete patio are very nice. We & grandkids enjoyed the pool, & play ground equipment. We held our family reunion meal in the Gazebo( also very nice. It would b nice to have some infant/toddler swings, & also the option to bring our golf cart due to me tearing my ACL. Walking to play ground was a challenge. Missed my golf cart.

Stayed over night. It's clean and everyone makes you comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Water was warm.

Honest review as we’re business owners & knowing how clients experience our services is the only way to improve. Park model trailer was a shock. Fabuloso and glade used to cover the mustiness was overpowering. Toilet had crusty drips down the bowl, base and floor. Floors weren’t mopped. Left it cleaner than found using my own cleaner. ����pricey.Many extra fees felt low. Clean linens, Nice

Two day minimum was required . Paid for two nights only stayed for one. The sight was not conducive for a 40ft motorhome very broken old slab which level was not possible . Extreme hill to get in and down to office and sight. I would not ever recommend for a 40ft motorhome. Kid friendly for small pull campers only.

We were traveling through so we started just the one night.The office staff was friendly and helpful.Out site was not level but we are prepared for those situations. It would not take much effort to add gravel.The concrete pad had lots of sand in need of removal. Also,the furniture had bird poop on it.The rate was also high Just one night so all was fine. Over all the park look a little run down.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
