We were camping out of necessity rather than pleasure. Stress of moving may have alot to do with it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It did seem that the campground was very crowded.

Site 52 (i believe) Nice site with the cement patio, chairs and a moveable fire pit. As it was a bit cold, rainy with snow showers, we could not enjoy most of what the park had to offer. However, i look very nice and nice kept. Looking forward to coming back when the weather is a bit more cooperative. All in all, a nice place for a weekend get-away.

We usually love this campground and have come here for years in the beginning of November. This time was quite a disappointment. Most of the campground was empty, but for a cluster of about eight campers. We were placed right in the middle of that cluster. When you are traveling it is hard to get sleep that way. When my husband asked to be placed by ourselves, he was denied.

We did not stay. We arrived at 6:00 in the evening. It was pitch black. I called and asked if someone could please guide us to our campsite. They said they were closed, and going through TSA at an airport. We are older, and cannot see in the dark well at all. We made the decision to leave. I told this to the person I spoke with on the phone. I was supposed to call when we left. He was in TSA.

We arrived for a one night stay. Staff was friendly. Propane was not available due leak in system. Water pressure was inadequate due to "the city turned it down". We have a dog and religiously pick up waste. Camp K9 had mounds of dog waste in the fenced area. The staff had started a burn pile and it smoldered all night. Copperhead issue was not addressed when we asked about wildlife concerns.Sorry

We were just passing thru and this was the perfect spot to stop! Putt putt was fun and dogs loved the dog park! Would definitely stay again!

Water pressure very low. Need more lanes for check in during peak days. Entrance blocked for entry and exit of park guests.

Did not meet the usual high KOA standards. Office closed early, map had our campsite circled with no directions as to the best way to get there, the bathroom code was not written on the map, gravel pad was not swept of leaves making centering camper difficult.

Not impressed with camping cabin. No amenities (no mini fridge, no tv) but still priced higher than other Others with amenities. Parking on rather steep incline next to cabin. Outside light not working so had to prepare early breakfast & load car by flashlight, & on a wet, slippery slope. Not fun. Campers kitchen a plus. And for all of this luxury I had to pay a $50 dollar deposit!

It was a spur of the moment ideal. I was very impressed with the complete experience. Clean friendly, up to date. I will be staying again asap.

Staff is very friendly and they do have a decent pool and a small putt-putt course which is fun. This campground is good for an overnight, but I personally wouldn’t stay multiple nights. Many sites need to be redone as they are very unlevel. Speed bumps on the way in are excessive, even when taken super slow.

It was just an overnight stay but was very disappointed with the low water pressure. I called after hours to inquire about it and was told that they were aware of the issue. Barely enough pressure to wash hands and not enough to take a much needed shower after a long day of driving.

Would not stay again. Sites right on top of one another. Another camper asked my father to move his camper, so they wouldn’t be facing one another. The other camper started cursing my father when he refused and his brother on the other side of my father started cursing him too. My father opted to leave, as it was not going to be a safe situation. Management was no help. NEVER will stay here agai

Honestly, I unusually really enjoy my stay. I did not get the cabin I reserved over a year ago. I was also charged a balance that was not owed. It was refunded. I was supposed to be camping near my family members that were also camping. Because I was not where I reserved it pretty much messed up everything.

We were a little disappointed this year in the Halloween activities there wasn’t as much going on. I also do not like that you can’t pay extra and pick your site anymore, I purchased 2 sites and they were across the park from each other. There were also a lot of people being loud way past midnight and a car drove by blasting music at like 2am. Not as happy with this stay as previous years.

It was a super busy weekend with all the Halloween activities. We were grateful for a tent spot and the friendliness and kindness from all the staff. This is one of the best family oriented KOA campgrounds with many activities for the kids. PUTT-PUTT, soccer billards, a jumping pillow, and much more. The dog play yards were clean and shaded. We will certainly be back ! Thanks Paul &Lesa.

The grounds and the bathrooms are IMMACULATE , the staff are wonderful. We had a great stay, some early snow ���. The cabins are very close together and on the main road, wish they were in the back. We would def stay there again.

Renfro is halfway between Ga and we we go to in Ohio.we have stayed many times. Up until this last stay everything has been good.This past Friday was not so good. The site was terrible. I just fit into the site. The trailer next to me I think was pulled in wrong. They were using the table. Tree was 3ft from motor home. The site just was not what we expected. Maybe better next time John C

Not even enough water pressure to take a shower in my camper. Office Hours were terrible. Closed at 2pm due to staff shortage. Hire some people

Staff seemed nice but the sites are small. When we initially booked it was because the website listed the pool open until 10/31. We understand not being able to cancel but as we got close to coming down we saw the pool was closed on 9/11. Wish we could have cancelled because we chose the location because the pool was open until 10/31.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
