4/7/23-4/9/23 The new managers were AMAZING! SUPER NICE staff as well. The cabin was clean the grounds were well kept as well. The bathhouse was spotless. All in all me and my family give the team and campground a 10 out of 10. We drove 4hrs just to do a weekend get away, and even though there are many more around and between us and here we have talked about coming back to this particular KOA.

We booked with another family and were told we could not assign our spot, so when we arrived we were surprised we were at both ends of the campground. Note they have the most buddy sites I have ever stayed at and we were the furthest away as we have ever been and we camp 50-60 nights a year. Campground should be a Journey not a Holiday, most people only stayed a night. It was clean and friendly

We were not able to find our full hookup campsite and when we got ahold of someone to help us, it was hard to get into and out of. Very unlevel! Pull throughs are expected to be fairly level. The guy next to us had it worse. Mud and ruts! The roads are not paved and are very bumpy and narrow.

Our cabin was very nice and clean. The campground was nice too. Managers were friendly. Definitely coming back with our camper!

Very friendly staff, although the campgrounds and sites need some attention. Asphalt pads are extremely rippled. Playground in decent shape, but jumping pillow out of service. Septic leach field near mini golf was over flowed and smelled of raw sewage. Mini golf in very rough shape. Most likely will not return in the future unless significant improvements are made.

The roads are the worst I have ever seen. Steep, uneven and narrow Deep ditches. the camp sites are not level in any direction. large drop-offs from the concrete and asphalt. the site we were in #2 very narrow. Rear jacks hit the ground when we left the site. there was a fire ring five feet from our 5th wheel the man in that site lit a huge fire filled our new 5th wheel with smoke not safe!!

We would have rated it allot higher if it wasn't for the very LOW water pressure. Our RV pump gives more pressure. The campground and staff are great. the entrance roads are narrow with deep gullies on the sides, Wider would be allot better.

It was absolute the best KOA we've ever stayed at. We had the deluxe cabin.

Reserved a pull through full hook up ate in order to stay hooked to the truck for the night. The sites were very undeveloped. Pads were very narrow and surrounding area was rock and dirt. We always look for KOA campgrounds when traveling because we know what to expect. This facility does not measure up to KOA standards. We will not be back. We have told family not to go there.

no one in office as it was closed...went to sight 35 which was assigned to us..terribly unlevel sight..could not level from side to side.even boards...called after hours line,, talked to Jason, said choose another site. we chose site 30... it was just about the same level...Water didnt work on this site.Then on leaving drive was blocked at dump station and had to wait 20 minutes so we could leave

We are snowbirds from Canada and will continue to stay at Renfro on our way to and from Florida. We appreciate the service and a good nights rest but our site went up by $20.00 April 1st to 77.00 without a Value card. We would probably not stay there again in April.

The campground was quiet and the kids play area looked nice. Overall, it was clean. However, sites just seemed older (potholes, unlevel ground) and very narrow. Forced to walk in the mud when walk out door because motorhome just fit on the asphalt at the site.

Stayed for just one night on our travels south. Very quiet since it was off-season. Restrooms very clean and camp owners/employees very accommodating. There is a Buccee’s 20 mins north from this location if you’ve never been to one. It’s insane what they have there. :)

Loved our stay. The campground personnel are and always are outstanding. We're first time rvers and we are having a fantastic time thanks to KOA.

Very sloped uneven site. Need lots of blocks to get camper level and raise steps out of camper. Nice hot showers. Restrooms clean. Thank you.

Entry and exit road are somewhat precarious. Self check in at early afternoon time. ???? Easy and long pull through. Wi fi was good. Low water pressure was annoying. OK for a stop over -but still low water pressure.

Only negative is that I wish the site was a little more level. Other than that everything was great.

There was a considerable amount of rain which I understand but dressing the road after the first bout of rain caused all the loose mud to wash down all around our hook up sight needles to say causing a muddy mess to deal with while in hooking utilities more stone around hook up areas would go a long way to correct the issue

The park was nice. The only thing that would keep us from coming back is the water pressure was horrible. We had to fill our tank and that’s not what we come to KOA’s to do we like hooking up to water, sewer and electric without issues, they had many lots open they could’ve put us on a different lot because they knew they had problems with the water pressure

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
