We arrived on a Wed afternoon, and I’m so thankful I called before we got there because Jason told me to stop at the two yellow signs and not turn right as the sign instructs - get out of RV and go into office to check in so Rob could direct us to our site. Giving a shout out to Rob who stayed very late on Friday night as people were coming in for holiday addressing electrical issues

Very nice park. Location is on hillside but there was plenty of level area to get out and walk my dog. Staff was attentive and common areas are well maintained.

real low water pressure. lost electricity at 9:00 at night and could not fine any one in office until the next day after 12:00 to tell them so we could move. they didn't even answer the phone.we left a lot of messages.

Super clean campground, with plenty of large shade trees, very pet friendly, lots of games for kids, pool and playground. We stayed on a site with a concrete patio and lawn furniture. It also had a gas grill and a fire ring. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Overpriced. Cabins were not cleaned, was told they were short staffed. Office/store stated that they opened at 9am. Nobody showed up to unlock the door until 1030am, and wevwere checking out!

Roads are dirt/gravel and narrow. However, they’re doable. Excellent staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Love the campground. The pool is beautiful, minigolf, playground and the cabin we stayed in was great. Loved the location & the feeling of being far out but being close to a store if needed. The staff are very friendly. The only thing that could have been better was the beds are super hard and the jump pad is completely worn out and needs to be blown off/sprayed off every once in awhile.

I stayed 8 nights/9 days and rented a cabin that slept 4 but was upgraded due to my insulin with no extra charge. The owner Jason was such a gentleman and accommodated all my wants and needs. I would definitely recommend anyone of my family or friends to stay here. Thanks again Jason.

Very small.....BUT, well maintained KOA. Many thanks to the KOA Staff for the clean facilities!!! We enjoyed our stay even though the weather was not cooperating with us.

Everywhere you looked there were signs saying “no” or “don’t” or “you must.” It gave a very unwelcome and unfriendly vibe. The staff didn’t seem to care if you were there or not. The speed bumps were huge!

What few signs we have are for the safety of all guests and employees. We also have the speed bumps in place for safety, we want everyone to have a safe enjoyable stay!

A very nice park, but the hills were tough for the 43 ft motorcoach. We had a luxury space with grill and patio set. The view and countryside was lovely. Smaller trailers and fifth wheels will love it! The staff were awesome.

Doubt I would come back, campgrounds very difficult to get in and out of, from the entrance road off the highway, to the pull through site and the road out. It was a nerve racking experience..

Renfro Valley KOA exceeded our expectations in every way. The park is stunning, and the owners and team were equally exceptional — welcoming us like family! Additionally, we arrived with two rig issues, and they referred us to local experts who took excellent care of us. We look forward to returning. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very WATER PRESSURE (18 psi). Easy online reservation, clean but needs updates. When I asked about the low water pressure they blamed the city. Was told most people fill their water tanks and use their pump which is fine but for $90.00 a night we expected a little more water.

I have been stopping at the Renfro KOA for several years. It is nicely kept and plenty of activities for children. Also like the large fenced campsite areas for pets. I have neither children or pets but its a nice touch.

Most expensive KOA we stayed at on our trip.!! Water pressure was very low. Bath house was clean but not warm in there at 6:00. Couldn’t even take a show in my own trailer and nearly enough to flush toilet!! The staff was friendly.

Staff very helpful great location. Property issue: The sewer connection was way too tall on our site 62 unable to drain properly.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
