Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament is open to adults or children – and equally challenging for both visitors and locals, with multiple categories to be contested in this largest trout tournament in the Smokies.
This 26.2 mile march starts in downtown Gatlinburg as a challenging tribute to our men and women in uniform, with military heavy, military light and civilian entry categories. The course includes highway and rural road stretches in addition to rugged terrain and mountain slopes.

This event will take place May 9th through the 13th, and as always it is free and open to the public.Wilderness Wildlife Week has a variety of programs for all ages and different interests, ranging from programs specifically for the youngsters to guided hikes for the more adventurous folks. The programs will be offered from around 8:00 AM until around 7:30 PM daily.
