Great campground, easy in and out, the park staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful while we were there. Will be going back for a month and looking forward to it! Plenty of things to do for children, canoe rentals for paddling up the Brandywine River

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable.The camp store had everything you'll need. Bathrooms were very clean and working. We tented along the Brandywine River. What a nice, peaceful stay. The grounds were clean and everything had a place. One suggestion would be, is to put a potty on the spot down near the river.

2nd time here. Camp and facilities VERY clean and inviting. Arrived 15 mins after office closed - confusion as to site assigned via email vs what was listed in my registration packet. Quick call to the after-hours number sorted it out. Other suggestion is to create an option to order firewood bundles in advance or on a self serve basis.Overall - Nice stay along the Brandywine Creek!

The riverfront tent sites were beautiful. The only downfall were the huge falling walnuts that were attacking us from the tree above, lol.

We had a great weekend, the weather was exceptional and site 125 was everything I wanted although there was little grass on the grass pad The only blemish was the men’s doom being closed all weekend.

Great tent site by the river . It was fun to just chill. Stayed just a night but would definitely want to come back.

Facilities were nicely maintained, but people were a problem. Two owners with off-leash dogs, roaming other campsites. One campsite played techno constantly outside of quiet hours, sharing bass across the campground. An employee entered our campsite without alerting us, never explained why, and complained that our tethered dog ran barking at him, when he was walking up behind me with no warning.

The kids had a blast! We loved our river tent site ! So much wildlife! We saw turtles, frogs, fish, geese, and other birds. The kids loved gem mining and the playground! Can’t wait to come back !

Tent camping on site 117 along the brandywine creek. Fished all day place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay at Kia.

As a whole, we really liked this KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful and all the amenities were well taking care of. What was immensely disappointment was the nearby group of 20+ campers that played loud rave music throughout the day and night. They literally had a large speaker set-up and the base emanated throughout the campground. It was excessively loud and nothing was done about it.

I love this campground. Unfortunately, it was a very busy weekend, campsites were PACKED full. It definitely was a party weekend, there was loud hooting, hollering, music until well after 11pm. And then at that time people started walking through our campsite!? Three groups came through with flashlights and chatting. A sign below the site could be helpful to show its a campsite. We didn't sleep :(

I will never stay here again and possibly at a KOA ever again. The space next to us, checked in at 10:15 at night and kept their headlights on until after midnight. The site next to ours stole the water jugs. The entire lower area near the river was a party until well after 1:30 am. I told the staff when I checked out. They said they can’t do anything about it. They don’t have the power. No q

Tent sites down by the river are excellent. Bring your kayaks to launch at the ramp. Mostly shaded and not on top of each other. Facilities are good but up the hill, not super convenient. If you prefer a quiet experience come during the off-season or during the week as it was noisy at 6am on the weekends when quiet hours end. Lots of children roaming and unsupervised.

Had a great time. During the week so it was quiet. Lots of things to do. Quite expensive though. $60 for tent site with no water or electricity. Price was only downside.

We had a great Father / Daughter weekend at this KOA location. we selected a campsite down by the river for our tent and could not have been happier with the location! it was peaceful and beautiful. The playground was in good condition along with the volleyball court and jump pad. the only recommendation is to replace cornhole boards and think about a generator for the bathroom facility.

Our site was covered in thick oozing mud and water like a pigsty. We had to wear rubber muck boots the entire time which was hot in 90 degree weather. It wasn’t just one part of our camp site- there was not any dry path we could take to get to our tent, RV, or car. After I asked a 3rd time for staff to fix the mud problem, they dumped a little bit of woodchips but our site was still very gros

We rented two cabins and two camp site for our three adult children and their young families. Everyone had a blast. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful amenities and activities.

We had a great time. Kids enjoyed fishing from our tent site and we caught a beautiful sunset. It was nice little nature recharge. We’ll visit again.

Very clean, nice sites on the water. Quiet and peaceful during the week. Would like more recreational activities for the kids. Splash pad. Open restaurant back up. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Lots to do, the kids loved it (even with the rainy weekend)! Friendly staff, nice campsites, well-stocked store, great clubhouse. Plus it's an ideal location if you want to do local hiking or get out on Brandywine Creek or do some fishing.

We enjoyed our stay, as always, but this is getting pretty expensive for tent camping. $325 for two nights is getting unaffordable.

Our extended family had a great time. We were excited about the amenities and activities the camp had to offer and just hanging out around a campfire at night. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the most neat and friendly KOA. It’s a bit hilly. We rented a cabin for our elderly parents next to the office building and restrooms and a tent site for us. Staff was really accommodating. Nice pool, play ground, canoe rental on site, very close to natural preserve trails and several decent restaurants. We were lucky with weather and had fantastic stay.

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
