Basically the cabin was my base camp to sleep at night with my 2 dogs. I was visiting my friends & family after having moved out of the area a year ago. I love that the campground allows dogs in the cabin. We did get to walk around the campground trail and down near the water. . The campground staff was friendly. I look forward to returning for another visit.

This location is always great. Staff is friendly and campground is clean. The only thing that I would have liked is the hot water option in the bathroom sinks to wash my hands/face/brush teeth. The showers have only one handle and even with it at max hot it's still not really hot. In a large drafty bathroom that makes the shower a little uncomfortable. I would stay again though as I love this site

The roads leading into the campground were quite interesting and narrow. Only certain ones seem to accommodate RV traffic. We stayed in a cabin this time, parking is located down a side road, and can be very difficult to see if arrival after dark. Staff was fantastic and addressed an issue we had with lighting in cabin.

First family trip with our 2 year old son. Everything was fantastic from the cabin to the surrounding area. Great swingsets and he could have jumped on that giant bounce pad all day. Already thinking about booking next years visit and bringing some more family along!

It was fine, the map was deceiving, the property should have golf carts for rent due to all the hills and how far bathrooms are. They also told us several times over the phone about arts and crafts, movie night, etc so we got there early for the activities, but when we arrived, they said there were no activities.

We stayed for the tail end of LDW for a great rate! It was our first cabin experience, sooo worth not tenting to stay dry or warm. Dog friendly spaces were inviting for our Weimaraner! The bathrooms were left needing daily attention and some bleach is my only complaint. Great gift shop, greater drive up decide on their golf carts! We’ll be back and with friends!

We love the location but this time around the bathrooms were dirty, not stocked up with TP and overall just disappointing. I always saw that all KOA were not modern but clean- not this time. I hope this changes but the likelihood of us returning is slim.

This is our 4th time camping here! We always have a great time. The staff is always accommodating, polite and friendly. The facility is always clean. We will be back next year.

Everything was great- staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. Grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. Nice variety of amenities- enjoyed the pillow, pool, mining and more. My granddaughter especially liked our cabin's resident porch toad. Good communication about a storm in area.

This is a positive message from me.we stayed at Cabin 11 it is one of the original cabin. It has my respect. But you may think about giving it a little TLC .fixing the light on the porch, update the steps and path along side of the cabin , difficult to make to the bathroom in the dark. A stone porch the front would make it easier to use the table and fire pit But l LOVE are stay at UV KOA

We really enjoyed the camping experience and the staff was SO helpful. The camp was clean and if we had any questions, we were able to get answers in a quick manner. My dad wanted to see the creek below and had trouble walking and the staff took him down on the golf cart. They definitely went the extra mile!

We’ve been coming to KOA this location since 1982! We’ve had some really great times! Last weekend was fun. I just feel like it’s going downhill a bit…. Bathrooms were not clean. Cabins all have holes in the screens which they’ve had for the past few years. I think it needs a little sprucing up.

Bathroom knob & outdoor chair broken. Bathroom was a little moldy and pool had a ton of bugs in the morning. Grill was missing so we couldn’t cook certain food. Told the front desk, and all they did was apologize. Propane grill was a little dangerous when first started, have to take cover every time when igniting. Also saw a roach twice in the kitchen. Also wished they at least had pillows

We come to this KOA every year to continue a tradition that our father started over 40 years ago. We rent approximately 10-12 cabins each year. (In the early year we rented tent sights.). The last couple of years we couldn’t help but notice that things are not as maintained as they have been in the past. Many family members are looking into other campgrounds for next year. It’s heartbreakin

We have been going to this KOA for many years and unfortunately it really started going downhill. The pool was dirty, the bathrooms were never cleaned the small trash cans in the women’s stalls were over flowing with trash. When I was trying to check in there was only 1 person working while 2 others just stood there.

We were disappointed with our experience. Mini golf in shambles, pool need to be skimmed, had to ask multiple times about activities, had to ask the about the movie 5 minutes after it was supposed start. Had to ask about wood that was supposed to be delivered 2x. Had to ask about hornets nest to be handle 2x. Microwave dirty. Ants all over the porch. So much potential, but underutilized.

The cabin needs some tlc! The back porch was not swept- bugs were eating away at siding. The floor did jot appear to be swept, and cabin had a weird smell to it. Location was nice. Campground could use some care.

The West Chester KOA is very nice and clean. We rented Deluxe Cabin L5 and we were pleased with our accommodations but several of the window shades were broken and couldn't be raised. Other than that, it was very nice and I'm sure we'll go back again.

We had a very nice stay. We did canoe. It was very hard getting the canoes in and out of the water. If there was a concrete ramp it would’ve been a lot easier. I don’t think we will be canoeing next year. Also the prices for the ice cream was a little steep for the amount of ice cream that you got.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
