Enjoyed camp tenting on the river with family and friends. Staff was very friendly and escorted us to our campsite, delivered ice and firewood, and the ice cream was delicious! Older children enjoyed the volleyball court and paddle boarding/fishing on the river.

I was thankful but frustrated about not being able to get through by phone easily; esp. when my map was not there, I called 4 times and it said to text but no-one responded to the texts; finally, I realized there was an afterhours number. Maria helped me. On the hilly site I fell setting up and when breaking camp. The restroom corners had cobwebs and dead bugs, so I felt right at home. Thank you!

We had the best time! The campground was lovely and well-maintained, there were so many fun activities for my daughter to participate in, and the view from our creekside site was unbeatable. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

View is spectacular. Staff is so sweet & friendly. Bathrooms could use some maintenance. Only 1 working sink/sopa dispenser. Not a big deal when it's not crowded, but will b a prob when you're busy.

Les sites de camping sont grands et offrent un bon ombrage. Les installations sont propres. Il y a habituellement plus d'activités dans un Koa Holiday, c'était très tranquille une fois le samedi soir passé.

So peacfeul and relaxing!! Each staff member we met was so friendly and helpful, and our daughter LOVED the pool! We will absolutely be back!!

Good service and many activities, just the restroom to far from tent site, it's like you climbing mountain every time you go to restroom, but you got a nice view and nature

The staff was amazing. So friendly. Smile on everyone's faces. I even witnessed them helping out a neighbor to the campground in major need of help.

Loved the place. Bathrooms need some updates. Our spot was on a hill so our stuff kept rolling down, I wish there was a platform or something. Otherwise very clean and everyone was very kind.

I greatly appreciated the last minute opportunity to stay here. Holiday weekend and all. However, I was really disappointed with the tent spaces. They were on the side of the hill right in the middle of all of the RVs. I didn't sleep well and, in fact, left the campground early, in part because of the accomodations, in part due to the impending bad weather.

The staff was awesome but unfortunately we had an extremely large group just across from us that was watching a movie/tv on a projector screen at full blast. This started around 8am and was going to 11pm. The quiet hours should start earlier because 11pm is way too late. On our second day we actually left because we couldn’t take the noise of them.

I stayed in one of the tent sites with water and electric service, both of which worked well. It was a pleasantly picturesque site, with a little creek separating the campground from a farm with horses and geese. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities were well maintained and clean. And gold star for the staff here - every one I talked with was friendly and welcoming!

I was a tent camper. My site was not level and there wasn't close by water points. All the public facilities were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

Great time, love being on the river, but I think the quiet time should start at 10:00 p.m., but I'm old.

Love it. The only thing I would say is to fix the broken faucet that made our site really muddy. Other than that, it was great!

We were i8n a bind and needed a campground quick - Amy was so pleasant on the phone, and once we arrived, the entire staff was wonderful. The sites are very well maintained and the hospitality was excellent.

Great campground, easy in and out, the park staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful while we were there. Will be going back for a month and looking forward to it! Plenty of things to do for children, canoe rentals for paddling up the Brandywine River

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable.The camp store had everything you'll need. Bathrooms were very clean and working. We tented along the Brandywine River. What a nice, peaceful stay. The grounds were clean and everything had a place. One suggestion would be, is to put a potty on the spot down near the river.

2nd time here. Camp and facilities VERY clean and inviting. Arrived 15 mins after office closed - confusion as to site assigned via email vs what was listed in my registration packet. Quick call to the after-hours number sorted it out. Other suggestion is to create an option to order firewood bundles in advance or on a self serve basis.Overall - Nice stay along the Brandywine Creek!

The riverfront tent sites were beautiful. The only downfall were the huge falling walnuts that were attacking us from the tree above, lol.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
