Loved our stay here. Great amenities for kids (bounce pad & play sets & gem mining). We had a beautiful patio site with a great view. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Wish the sites were a little more level and wish you could get firewood after hours. Otherwise no complaints! Great campground

Lots of Extened stay campers. We got in about 430 pm. They wouldn't fill our rv propane till 9 am the next day. We were heading out before that. Grounds had not been mowed. One of the extended stay campers sewer was draining on the ground. Not the quality and service we normally get from a KOA.

This is my favorite campground. The grounds are beautiful there really isn't a bad view. The staff are also incredibly nice and kind. We may not live far from this koa but it's our go to for a nice and relaxing time.

I had a lovely, quiet site near the Brandywine River. Staff were very helpful. Dogs welcome. This KOA was a pleasant surprise all around.

We had a wonderful stay at the Philadelphia/ West Chester KOA . The staff were wonderful and very helpful about places to visit in the area.

The KOA is very nice. When we got there I needed to leave a day earlier than planned. The KOA was very accommodating.

Very nice place. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue was the internet was spotty. Will definitely be back for sure.

Nice walking trails, looked like a nice pool although it wasn’t open yet, really nice patio sites. Clean laundry room, didn’t use any other facility and fully stocked store. Very nice and friendly staff. Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here as our travels take us in this area.

Very nice location on the river. Nice walking area. The road to get to the site is a bit narrow and winding. Close when passing other vehicles.

It was very nice, clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. The dog yard was clean. We were down by the river it was so quiet and beautiful!

We have stayed at several KOAs. This one was found by my husband and the people here are just awesome. We love the cooler temps when camping and the first weekend suited us just fine. Peopl are friendly and will help in every way. See you in November!

Clean campsites and great daily staff support. Only problem was white particles found in water after boiling it but we still drank it. Beautiful scenery landscaped with a river below for canoeing.

Great time had with family and friends. My only issue was not knowing that the bathrooms were not available. Most likely it said it somewhere, but I missed that. Some people were boondocking near us and borrowed our bathroom. All was well. Thank you

We have been coming to your campground for years. Always enjoyed it. I was a little disappointed last weekend that there wasn't at least one bath house open. It was a debatable time of year temperature wise and i didnt want to de-winterize our unit. I had called ahead and received a message about store hours and presumed that if the store was going to be open , they must have bath houses open.

I wish they had told us there was a burn ban when we booked our stay. We didn't find out until we arrived for check in. Had we known we would have brought a propane fire pit, which was allowed. It was cold and we were unable to have a fire. It definitely made the experience less fun. Overall the KOA was nice, clean and the scenery is beautiful down by the river.

All personnel are friendly and helpful. Most sites are good places to have an enjoyable stay. The only complaint I have is for two years now the cable has not worked at all. Not a big deal since we can stream with good connectivity.

The office staff were friendly, helpful and great to deal with!! Campground was well maintained! We had an issue with our electric and they came right away to repair it! Would definitely stay again!!

The office was hard to get ahold of. I called four different times and no one answered. Last minute I was send a text that had a simple photo that said "Fire Ban in effect, no fires permitted". It would have been helpful to provide a little more context and information on what was prohibited and what was still okay. For example, turns out that LP fires are allowed. Also, the store was very lacking

We come here the same week every year...we love it here! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Store is well stocked. Our dog loves to walk there; I think he knows the campground as well as we do! See you next year!

Nice are with trees, terraces, a creek (no swimming,why?), friendly people, hot water for showers. What do you need more? Price-wise in the upper region.

This was our first time out in our new RV. � Everyone at the campground was so helpful! Arlene at the front desk who was so pleasant. Marianne helped us with a waste dumping issue. And the gentlemen who filled our propane tank, sorry I didn’t get his name, was eager to get us what we needed. The campground is well maintained and the facilities were all in good working order.

Very nice campground with great amenities. Great play area for the kids, nice store with a little bit of everything, and a beautiful area along the Brandywine creek.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
