Property is rather long in the tooth. Needs bathroom upgrade. Lodge should be open for use. Lots of ill behaved dogs. Needs a community room.

Clean campground. Nice store and pool. Surrounding area is beautiful. I don’t see much reinvestment in the campground. Mulch is cheap but not used. Roads are in need of repair. Still would recommend.

We have a 23ft long travel trailer and and the site was cramped and on a hill other ther than that our stay was Great. People were friendly and accommodating

Everything is great, but the Cable is terrible. Very friendly and helpful. Will return but with our 3 year-old grand daughter.

EVEN THOUGH WE DEALT WITH SOME RAIN DURING OUR STAY WE HAD A LOVELY TIME. THE CAMPGROUND IS WELL CARED FOR AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY!

Our stay was nice because we were there with cousins who rented a deluxe cabin so we could camp with our travel trailer and we could all be together. But 130 dollars a night for a stay is steep for a campsite. Even with a concrete patio and fire pit.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are helpful, friendly and treat you so well. I love the layout of this campground specifically and am a return visitor. The riverview setting is incredibly peaceful and the other campers are very friendly. All kinda of cool stuff in the store and they are specifically doggo friendly. I always recommend this site to others and I'll be back!

Camp sites need more maintenance. Roads and sites need more direction. Dog park is muddy. Pool is nice, entry is very nice but nothing pretty about the camping area

The KOA was nice. The staff was incredibly friendly. My complaint or concern was the roads getting to the KOA, they were frightening. We won't be back.

We have been to many different KOA's and this was HANDS DOWN our favorite now. Every employee we spoke to was so friendly and nice!! That really makes a difference! Very clean, and beautiful.

Campground was great. Staff was super great! We wanted to go into Philly and one of the staff told us where to go and what to see. Also where NOT too go to certain areas. The roads into and out of the park were difficult and rough for us, but we did it.

Super friendly and helpful. I didn’t participate in any of the group activities, but there seems to be so much going on there. You guys are good communicators, and you even took my empty propane tank and brought it back full. :)

This is my favorite KOA in the Country! Friendly staff that goes above and beyond! Laundry room is spotless and easy to use, bathrooms are clean and spacious Sites are great, easy hook up’s and beautiful surroundings! Beautiful drive to the campground along the Brandywine river I will definitely be back

Hi Campground! Unfortunately, we got caught up in traffic due to numerous MV accidents on our way from Massachusetts and never and never made it to the Campground. I know you probably can not give a refund, but it would be greatly appreciated it that was possible. If not we will try and make your campground on our next outing to PA. We bought a new RV at West Chester General RV! Mark

The only thing that I felt could use improvement is the showers could have used a cleaning mid-weekend. It was a holiday weekend so it's possible there were more important things to address. The showers were not disgusting, just visible dirt on floors & walls. I loved my stay. Something tells me this wasn't the norm for this campground.

Clean, gravel sites, well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of things to do and see in the area and loads of great restaurants. Lots of campground activities and things to do for children and adults.

We were surprised at how green and wooded to campground was! Everything was very well taken care of and clean! We don’t like being lined up in a row when we “camp” so we’re happy with the several spots you had that offered some space! The road to get to you is a little narrow and winding for trailers and rvs but we made it in and out fine! � Thanks!

We found the staff there very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was slow and low signal. The cable TV was snowy we had better reception with our antenna. The mini golf could use some TLC. Location was good for getting to places to see.

What an awesome KOA, we had such a wonderful time. Such a beautiful atmosphere and friendly people. Every one that worked there was kind and friendly and so many smiling faces. The grounds were so clean and flowers beds were so beautiful. All the facilities were taking care of and all the activities were so great. Camp store had everything you need if you forgot anything.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
