Had an amazing time. The cabin and outside was clean. We enjoyed every moment. Most of our rime was spent outside. We only stayed in the cabin to sleep. We will definitely be back.

The glamping cabin was very nice but the temperature dropped to 45 degrees so we were freezing during the night. I was surprised to find there is no heater or a/c. I feel that should be clearly stated in the description along with the fact that one has to shlep their belongings UPHILL in small wagons.

There are not enough restrooms for the amount of people and were not clean. Ran out of toilet paper. I do realize that camping bathrooms are not spotless but the shower stalls were moldy and scummy. I've stayed at several different KOA's and these were the worst restrooms. The people in the shop were nice .Area very nice. Quiet time was respected. Really cleaning is my only complaint.

It had great things for the kids all weekend. The only thing i would suggest is more bathroom stalls and showers. For the amount of people using them many times I needed them and they were occupied. The cleaning times were very late on weekends making the bathrooms dirty fir long periods of tines.

We stayed in a cabin. It was clean and had a cool glider bench instead of the usual swing. The glider was a great touch. The wifi was in and out during our stay. Overall the campground was well-kept. Everyone was friendly and the pool looked clean. We enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the men's bathroom was a disaster from about 5 pm until about 8 am.

The bathrooms were gross only two sinks were working and the soap was out in most of the dispensers. The store doesn’t open till 9 am which is late for campers who may need coffee & other items and the fridge was not well stocked in the store either.

This is my 8th or 9th year in a row coming here. I tolerated the power outages because it happens, but our main concern were the public bathrooms. Never have I ever seen KOA with such dirty and wet bathrooms. Usually once in the middle of the day the bathrooms will be closed as an employee is in there cleaning them. But not this weekend, I miss Lori and Gary, best owners ever. Sheryl can eat it!

We have been coming for 12 years but used to come in the 80’s & early 90’s as well. It brings back fond memories every visit. Would love for the bathrooms to be cleaned a little more frequently. And the cabin floors too. Also, we were told to stop playing volleyball since it was starting to get dark but there was still a good 20-30 minutes left of some light. Would have loved to continue playi

This KOA was absolutely amazing! We rolled in and a thunderstorm and they were able to get us in a cabin for the night, and when we got trapped in another thunderstorm they were even thoughtful enough to go and close up our tent for us. They were helpful, welcoming, and kind! We will definitely be coming again

We had a great stay at our deluxe cabin at the C 1 cabin. . Thanks to the hospitality of Arlene and all the help and questions she answered for us. We had a great experience. My kids loved the stay and enjoyed the pool, the playground, the chess , the mini golf. Thank you for a good stay Arlene

Better than expected! Facilities were very clean and of great size, and all activities are very close by. Great for kids. Our son loved the playground, jump pad and mini golf!

The staff is always so great and friendly! They worked especially hard for us this time to make our stay possible. We always have a relaxing time there! Highly recommend. Only downside is the dog is extremely upset to be home! :)

The campground was lovely and the cabin was perfect! I really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, the cabin didn’t have a bathroom or any amenities so I feel it is over priced.

It was awesome, the two women in the store when I checked in on July 11th were the BEST and made me so excited for this trip. I had so much fun and so did my partner. I cannot name one thing I would change.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Just be forewarned that the location is hilly. The walk up to the bath house was a steep climb.

The location, staff, & amenities were great. However I rented a cabin that had an old air conditioner. I don’t remember the number, but it was called The Longwood. The last 2 nights we were there the temps were in the 90’s & there was no air conditioning. Very disappointing!

loge was wonderful. plenty cool enough. lots of room for four adults. we noticed a few ants walking around the kitchen sink, so we sealed all the opened food or put in frig. no problem. pool was warm enough to enjoy, no need to get used to the usual cold water.

We enjoyed the cabin but not so much the lot…… our only complaint would be the hill ( but I know you can’t fix that ) …other than that it was perfect location…the West Chester KOA is a nice getaway when you don’t want to travel far ….i give the KOA employees 10 stars also …extremely friendly AND helpful….

Campground is clean & tidy, store is better stocked this time. Cabin door lock needs to be fixed, as its a pain messing around trying to lock and unlock the door, ppl shouldnt have to waste 10mins trying to open and close a door??

We come here yearly and love it every time. We have stayed in several different cabins. This year we were in cabin 12 and really appreciated the softer mattresses and the nightlight. We were hoping they’ve been added to all the cabins! We noticed the bathrooms were not as clean as in previous years, but otherwise our stay was fantastic as always!

We always enjoy the crafts and community fun things to do. The putt putt is in poor repair and should be maintained better. Some canoes missing crossbar pieces which is an easy fix. (its a piece of wood) Outside of that, just providing some feedback and information which can be used to improve the customer experience. I love the property and the staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed in a camping cabin and used this as our base to visit Valley Forge and Amish Country. It was a great location and easy to get to both places. The campground was quiet and peaceful, with many trees to shield us from the sun. We always look for a KOA when we are traveling because we know they will be clean and well kept.

The staff at the Philadelphia/West Chester KOA have hosted Audenried High School's annual Life Skills camping trip for three years. Their team has been outstanding in accommodating us and providing us with a fantastic experience each year. The grounds are clean, inviting, and peaceful. They give our young people the memorable outdoors experience they look forward to all year long.

Beautiful place, clean and lots of things to do ! Just be mindful of the people you put in the front desk. There are some super nice, but there was a teenager that was not too friendly and a little sarcastic when I asked her some questions. Just a suggestion since everyone else was super helpful and kind !

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
