It was a tiny cabin that nice, but kind of pricey for what it was!

Customer service was excellent, the cabin was spotless and the campground was beautiful. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the pictures in the photo album need to be updated. We rented the L4 cabin and it had a picture of an oven so we brought items to bake. When we got there, we realized it was just a stove top only.

The outlet just inside the door in cabin K8 was not working. I notified a worker inside the store, so I'm saying it here again in hopes that it will get addressed for the next renter. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, as I always do.

We had a wonderful time, the staff is very friendly and the campground is very clean and well run. There are lots of things to do in the local area.

We had a nice stay. Check-in was fast and friendly. The cabin was clean. They had some short activities for the kids. My only complaint was the bathrooms were not cleaned and stocked. They were clean in the morning, but should have been done again later in the day. Mud was all over the floor and the paper towel dispenser was empty. Minor issues, but that would have made the stay 5 stars.

Stayed in one of the Deluxe cabins (handicapped) with my mother. Everything was wonderful. My only glitch was the parking area in front of the cabin was large gravel, and was very hard for my mother to navigate with her walker. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice and quiet. Just need to be a little bit better clean the cabins. Garbage bags could be provided more often.

I would like to say that we always enjoy staying at the West Chester KOA. I did notice that the bathrooms were not as clean as they normally are. I had to use the bathroom at 9/10pm and the floors were soaked, covered in hair and toilet paper. I know the scheduled cleaning time is during the day but I think someone checking through the day would be helpful

We had a good time, however are troop is very disappointed with the management . There was a mix up with the number of sites they told us we would need, and we had to pay for sites we didn't need. We tried to talk to them a few times about refunding the money but they would not. We are very disappointed with having to use troop money for something we didn't need .Due to there office mistake.

We had a great time. The sites by the river are beautiful. Only issue were the bathrooms were not well stocked or as clean as they typically are during past stays. It was a busy holiday weekend and I heard new ownership had just taken over, so I’m hoping it was just a snafu!

The camp ground was so CLEAN that was a Winner for me and my family. A must stay and we are coming back. The Pool was nice also.

We had a great time. We enjoyed canoeing, the games, and staying in a deluxe cabin. We are already looking at coming back before the season ends! Rachel was very kind and helpful to us during our stay. She is the best!!!

Pool, campground activities and cabin were great. Bathrooms were dirty, smelly, overcrowded, cold showers, and broken sinks. The setting was gorgeous and the creek a joy to paddle on!

We had a wonderful time at this campground. The cabin was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the pool was clean, and the events for the kids were well organized. We definitely plan on returning! Thank you, KOA :)

Far from the road so quiet. Mattresses in the camping cabin are a bit too hard. Easy to get to Philadelphia from there. Staff very helpful.

It was amazing! We rented all but one cabin for our students and staff and everything was clean and well tended. The students enjoyed all of the activities that the campground had to offer. We already booked for next year!

This is the second time we have stayed at your KOA. It is a great location and generally speaking, the staff is very warm and welcoming and helpful.

My only complaint would be, the cabin. I paid for 2 nights, not cheap and the cabin was filthy. The cob webs, and dust were awful. They need to be cleaned

Enjoyed our stay at this location, beautiful campground. Very clean and lots of ammenities. I would like to add a suggestion - put ice cream hours on front door, assumption is that you are scooping until the store closes, never would have thought to look at the actual ice cream case to see hours, dissapointed family of 7 at 8:05 when we realized that it closed at 8pm not 9pm when store closed.

Campsite and campgrounds are beautiful, perfectly maintained and clean. The cabin was great for my kids and I. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience, this was my second year in a row I came to this campgrounds with my family.

We had a really lovely stay! The cabin was quaint and clean - just the right size for a quick weekend getaway! The facilities were great. Everything was well tended to! The playground, gaga ball, jump pad, butterfly garden, mini golf, and pool were awesome for our 5 year old! The general store was well stocked. Everyone was friendly!

We were always tent people but this was the first time in a cabin. It was super clean. It was well stocked. It was comfortable sleeping. We really enjoyed it and plan, along with our friends, to come back soon.

We had a great time, staff was friendly and campground was clean. River access and canoes were a nice amenity. Mini golf left a bit to be desired but Gaga ball, playground, jumping pad, basketball hoop, corn hole made up for that. Well stocked store and nice size pool. Wish the liberty lodge was open that looked like it would have been nice. Overall great trip for our family of six.

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.
