I have been coming to this campsite for a while. It is enjoyable. However, I do long for the days when they would invite local talent to perform outside on the stage. It was a time when everyone came together. They had many more opportunities for various arts and crafts products for the children. They had fun activities like squar dancing for the adults.

KOA West Chester is fantastic! The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. I stayed in a pet friendly, rustic Kamper Kabin (no amenities, just beds and a counter and stools) that was immaculate. It had no smell in the cabin or on the window curtains of previous pets and no musty or moldy odors. The A/C worked well and was quiet. Recommend highly!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The basic cabin was larger than expected plenty of sleeping room. The proximity to the Brandywine River was excellent the kids love the pool the playground. The only bummer was the jumping pillow was in direct sunlight so it was very hot and the kids couldn't use it. Best koa we’ve ever stayed at. The cabin itself we beautiful, the land it’s on is stunning, and there were so many activities for the kids to do. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend taking a walk down to the water where you can canoe. The view is gorgeous. We will absolutely be back!

Clamping tent was very nice. Activities left a lot to be desired especially none planned on actual fathers day. Mini golf which while cheap did cost money, was not maintained at all. At least blow off the derby with a leaf blower and pull the weeds from the holes.

Prior stays had been nice. This stay had mice continually sneaking into the cabin. Cabin & porch smelled like mice pee. Roaches spotted outside cabin but not inside.

Only amazing things. We arrived on a day that was suppose to be flood like rain for two days. Arlene looked into our stay and made sure we had the best accommodation and she was nothing but WONDERFUL. We got to chat it up with Amy from Jersey about going to Jersey and she was such an angel and gave us all the ins and outs and made amazing recommend. Loved this so much hoping to be back in Dec.

I have stayed at many KOAs and the reason I do is the high quality of stay that I have. The cabin is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great time there and would stay again as well as recommend a stay to others. I'm glad to be a KOA member as well.

It was ok. clean bathroom. Friendly staff! Wonderful shop with plenty to offer. The cabins are such a great idea. Negatives? don’t think the cabin floors have been cleaned in a year. They feel nasty and I took a before and after picture after wiping a part of it clean. We camp quite a bit, typically in state parks - this place was noisy. All accommodations are close, so hope for good neighbors

Very old and a lot of Things are broken. the bathhouse only partly clean. Maybe bester when you dont stay in a Casino or a tent. But it was very quiet and the personel was very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised on how cute this KOA is. I was traveling and just needed one nights stay but it is so cozy and cute, not to mention clean well kept, I WILL be looking to have a longer visit! I also apricated the text. I was driving so it was really helpful to have communication about my stay as I was arriving after office hours.

Awesome stay as always! Staff always go above and beyond! I could always feel comfortable letting my daughter run around and have fun around the campground cause I knew if I wasn't watching Amy was always looking out for her! Truly feels like everyone there is family! This will always be my campground close to home! Thank you for being so awesome!!!

It was awesome stayed at the glamping site for the first time and it was good the weather didn’t really cooperate but we still had an amazing time and will be back whole staff were so friendly and I will be back believe me the lady in the store is the best thank you for a wonderful experience and see you soon

My family and I had an amazing time! I wish I got the ladies name in gift shop/office. She checked us in Friday (W2) and helped us with our canoe rentals! She was really nice and welcoming. We appreciated that!

My wife and I stayed in cabin K6 and loved it. Everything was clean. The only issue was the amount of carpenter bees around the outside of the cabins, particularly on the back deck. They appear to be burrowing into the cabin walls, including the rear one that shares the bedroom. We left them alone, but more time on the deck during the day would have been nice. We would love to come back again

The bathrooms were never cleaned during our stay. When we arrived one dispenser had soap. When we left there was no soap or papertowels at all. It is very difficult to get in contact with someone at the campground. Tried calling several times and left a voice mail, but my call was never returned.

The campsite was clean and easy to navigate, and the cabin was clean and equipped. We drove in over 8 hours from NC and when we realized it was going to rain all weekend, I asked if we could switch from a tent site to a cabin. The staff was more than willing to work with us and were super friendly and accomodating. Late check in was simple. It was a fabulous weekend!

It was a beautiful couple of nights. The cabin was stock with all the small necessities we needed and the kids had a blast. It was the first time I’d kayaked in March but the weather was warm. We’ll likely go for spring break again next year

The West Chester KOA staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating, and I enjoyed my stay. One thing I will comment on pertains to health issues. Not all US campsites will supply linens, kitchen towels included. Thats okay. As needed. please consider updating the supply plaquards provided inside the cabin. I expected to find items that were listed, but not available.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin this year. It s very peaceful and accommodating. The only thing was the shower head, it needs to be replaced, the spray was hurting our skin.

Dirty, bathrooms were not clean! 1 toilet flushed occasionally. Our cabin was at the end of a row, poor lighting on the path. No latch on the door to the cabin, and the dead bolt looked like it would give way with a strong shove. The floor was sticky in places. The lady who checked us in was helpful.

The campground is in great shape. It’s a beautiful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amy in the office is amazing and made our stay feel special. We will be coming back!

The toilet had uncleaned feces on it when I arrived. I had to clean it up myself. The whole place smelled like lingering fried food. The woodwork everywhere was dusty, all the moldings and knob handles. The bed and sofa and chairs were comfortable.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
