Stayed at a deluxe cabin for one night when I was traveling from Cleveland to New York and I stayed in Philadelphia. Everybody was so nice at the front desk Lois Maddie everybody place was clean. Very nice atmosphere definitely stay in here again when I come through town and I just found out that my grandmother was born in Coatesville in 1908 I did not know that thank you guys

Beautiful Campground , great staff � Beware of the very curvy hill roads in and out We have a 45' class A towimg Some for big 5th wheel. Once in nice place but quite hilly

Extremely peaceful place, beautiful sites with shade. Some close to river. Excellent wifi. Clean bathrooms. I stayed there twice and come again on my next trip.

It was our first trip with our new rig. Staff took us to our site and assisted us with backing in. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and maintained. Nice place for our shake down trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great stay, the park was very clean and had so much for our grandchildren to do! They loved the playground, and the large airbag was one of their favorite things to play on. They also loved sifting through and finding all the colorful gemstones. We will definitely be back:)

The West Chester KOA is the our top choice out of all places we visit. Upon this past weekends stay and know that the KOA was purchased and taken over by a new company last year we have already noticed a change in the campground. here is a short list of what we observed: 1. Grass not cut. 2. Shrubbery around the Patio Sites were full of leaves. 3. Patio sites missing umbrellas.

Nice campground with lots of amenities. Enjoyed the kids crafts even early in the season which is something we always look for since having only one child. Staff was very friendly and always smiling. Only downfall was the pull thru site was very small.

The site was a bit of a slope, wasn’t the most comfortable trying to sit on s slant. This was our second time there and the sites we preferred were all booked.

Very clean bathrooms and the children enjoyed the playground. I was disappointed with the state of the fire rings, they didn't even have a grate to cook food on. I expect everything that is available to campers at state parks to be available when paying so much at a private camp ground. I would come and camp here again, but am not sure that I felt the amenities were worth the price difference.

I gave 2 stars because the sites are very close to each others. If you want privacy that’s is not the campground for you.

This was the most dirty KOA we have stayed at! The bathrooms were not cleaned the whole time we were there! A lot of the amenities that were listed on the website were not able to be accessed (no ice cream, boat rentals, gem mining). The cabin was advertised as heated but it was just 1 mini space heater for a 2 room cabin so no privacy since we had to leave the door open for the heat.

Clean, friendly. Staff were helpful and even helped me to park my vehicle! Clean bathrooms and facilities. We were there early, so pool was not open yet but was still fun!

I stayed in L5 cabin. There were mouse droppings everywhere (floors, inside kitchen cabinets, placemats on table, kitchen sink, bathroom hallway and even one stuck to a mug in the cabinet). It was disgusting. I dropped water on floor and after cleaning it up with a paper towel in the bathroom the towel was filthy as if no one properly cleaned the floors.

Definitely in a secluded location! May be busier when the bridge is fixed. Lots of families, but not a problem for us, mostly sightseeing. Winding, narrow road to get there so be careful. Friendly, helpful owners.

This is our favorite place to celebrate Halloween! The decorations were great, the Sat. entertainment was fun, the kids were so cute, and the staff is most friendly and helpful. Of course, we'll be back next year!

Pull thru site was uneven making leveling a challenge. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The campsite was in a nice area with a good view from the site right on the water. I was informed there was a "strict" no noise policy after 11am. However, it was noisy during one night until almost 3am. Not sure if anyone actually polices the sites but it was difficult for the other group I was with to get their kids to stay asleep. I think it's a great camp site with some late night noise.

The grounds were great. Bathrooms some of cleanest of other campsites we have visited. The staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. The events for kids during the day were well thought out and planned. Only complaint, is that the noise ordinance was not really enforced. I understand 11pm can be early, but this was music playing and screaming at 3am-4am and that is a bit excessive.

Staff is GREAT! sites are tight, has great stuff for the kids and a live band! Should post directions to campground on line- with bridges out gps goes nuts. They gave me printed directions to leave- that were great. Wish I had them on the way in.

This was our first time here. We have 3 boys, ages 3-10yo. Great stay, site 40 was large, friendly staff, so many fun activities for the kids to do for Halloween weekend. Live music was nice. Would definitely go back.

Very nice campground. Sites have a fire pit, grill, and an electrical feed. There is an on site store that is open late for essentials. Very nice sites right on the Brandywine creek that are shaded, but with plenty of open space. Many sites appear to have picnic tables and/or benches as well. Cabins are available.

We camped here for 4 days. There was a vintage car & motorcycle event in Coatsville and was the closest campground to the event. We stayed in site 47. Big lot for both the RV and our truck pulling the motorcycle trailer. Campground is on a hill so it was hard to get the RV leveled. Picnic table slanted as well. Nice Walking path, once you got down the initial hill to the surrounding river. Pet friendly! Dog park as well which we used--thank you for that!! ❤️
