LOVE!!! Can't wait to stay again! Louise in the office was extremely helpful, going above and beyond helping us! All staff were friendly and helpful! Beautiful sites, well maintained campground. Honestly, couldn't find one thing we didn't like.

The West Chester KOA grounds are well maintained & many activities for Kids. However, our deluxe cabin had no air. We were given a fan that was not safe for a two year old. Had to sleep with the front door open with the fan on. The futon was broken. The bedroom was missing a a screen in the one window to find out they had to put a window unit in there (that was not there for us).

The campground road needs a lot of work. It's to hard to drive and walk on the old cracked road especially with the new stones thrown over them. They caused our camper to slide as we were backing into the spot. It would be nice if kids could ride bikes around the campground. Our spot desperately needs tree and brush trimming. The pool was clean and the public restrooms were also clean.

Our extended family had a great time. We were excited about the amenities and activities the camp had to offer and just hanging out around a campfire at night. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

A delightful campground in a great location. Shaded sites, clean bathrooms, helpful staff, kids programs and nice amenities. We had both an RV site & a rustic cabin for a family get together. The rustic cabin was clean and the mattresses decent. The cabin had a fire pit, covered porch, and a cute swing. The only downside was the bathrooms were a bit of a hike from the cabin area.

Had a great time camping at KOA West Chester/Philadelphia. It's a beautiful location right along the Brandywine Creek that had everything we needed!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This site is conveniently located to everything in the Philadelphia through Wilmington areas. Nice pool, lots of nature in an urban area is a true pleasure. The patio sites are nice although they are definitely not level and are gravel only. It was very quiet considering the number of campers there and a place I would definitely stay in again!

Campground was fine, staff were nice. Only concern is the roads getting to the campground. We have a 40 ft Class A with a tow car. The roads are so narrow. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great time. We had a new patio site that we really liked. Appreciated seeing the KOA staff out checking the campgrounds on a regular basis. Arts & crafts were fun too! Leader was really nice.

It was our first time at this KOA. It was very clean and had activities for younger children. The playground/pool was nice. My son loved it being on the brandywine so he could fish! We will definitely be back again.

The campground was well-kept and everything was easy to access. The staff was helpful and in good spirits. Our only complaint was that quiet hours were not observed by several camp sites, so no one at ours was able to sleep well.

Okay place to camp. But really poor directions especially since the hollow road bridge was out. As many emails and texts received one would only think that warning which is big would have been mentioned. That coupled with no vehicles over 40 feet. They said it’s not a biggie when we ENTERED the office. We’ve Never been here before. Poor communication for those of us with big rigs $$$$$$.

The campground was clean and well run by the various workers we observed over the 4 days we were there. The difficulty we had was the attitude of the person checking us in. When we questioned him on how we might be able to navigate out of the campground on the surrounding roads he laughed at us. His response was "MAYBE there is a better way" ... but did not elaborate and did not help.

This was our first trip camping with a brand new travel trailer we bought the week before our stay. The crafts were wonderful to keep them busy and excited for their first time camping. Carrie and Gretchen were AMAZING, my oldest is 9 and autistic and they spend tons of time helping her through the steps! Send out daily text schedule of events to get more involvement! Louise was a blessing too!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the most neat and friendly KOA. It’s a bit hilly. We rented a cabin for our elderly parents next to the office building and restrooms and a tent site for us. Staff was really accommodating. Nice pool, play ground, canoe rental on site, very close to natural preserve trails and several decent restaurants. We were lucky with weather and had fantastic stay.

We arrived on Friday night and there were no activities planned that night for kids. Saturday there were a few activities but some of them were paid activities. Jumping pillow wasn't inflated while we were there until Sunday morning. There were only 2 bathrooms and showers limited- they weren't very clean and well taken care of. Some of the younger staff not friendly. I had better experiences.

People were nice but this KOA is in the middle of nowhere. Unless you have a specific reason to be in that area it’s too far from any major site to be a practical place to stay. The people are nice but the camping on a hill top is a challenge.

Check in went great and all of our interactions with staff were awesome. Site 33 is where we stayed and it worked for us. The area has great history and we tried to visit a few of the recommended ones, Longwood Gardens, Valley Forge to name a few.

This KOA is clean and the staff were friendly. Water pressure went from bad to no pressure. This needs to be addressed. They blamed the koa was full for the holiday weekend but this is not a good answer.

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.
