The overall stay was ok. I was there for 18 days as we were moving parents into assisted living. We had reservations to take my wife’s 92 year old parents to brunch for Fathers Day and their 71st wedding anniversary. They had me moving sites that day which was a Sunday as they said my present site was rented. As it was the site wasn’t rented and they couldn’t be bothered to offer any help.

GREAT LOCATION for us. A great site for trailers and Tiny Cabins - motor homes - so so. The sites are not level - if you do not have a good leveling system - this can really matter. The staff are friendly, the roads are deeply rutted in places, but staff work to fill ruts as quickly as they appear in many places. The play amenities are great - nice for family and friends!

Staff is friendly and helpful, but the interior roads need some TLC. Ruts in the roads made it hard to negotiate the steep inclines going in and out. I know the rains were hard during our stay, but some blacktop to stabilize things would be better.

The site # 29 we were on was nice. I felt like the roads inside the CG were in need of some repair. They seemed to be very washed out. A little more erosion then I would have expected even with the heavy rains that came thru the week before. The dumpsters were enclosed behind wooden fences. but there was no signage. The dumpster by the front office had a no parking sign on it but not sign.

My two daughters and I had such a pleasant week at the KOA. There were lots of activities to keep us busy and making fun memories!

A very special stay for our family at 3 lodges and a pull-through RV site. Great fun for the children, too.

The area was clean. The staff was friendly, however. The drive back to the KOA with a 13'1 Ft rig was hard with the tree overhang. The location was a distance from the area of need for us.

Lots to do, the kids loved it (even with the rainy weekend)! Friendly staff, nice campsites, well-stocked store, great clubhouse. Plus it's an ideal location if you want to do local hiking or get out on Brandywine Creek or do some fishing.

We enjoyed our stay, as always, but this is getting pretty expensive for tent camping. $325 for two nights is getting unaffordable.

Roads need work (ruts). Bathroom needs updating or scrubbing. Workers very friendly and helpful!

Traveling in a 40ft motorhome / trailering enclosed trailer it was very difficult to get to the CG from the west over two bridges. No bargain when leaving to the east. Many hills and curves east & west of the CG for larger units. The CG is OK, had to ask to have our site grass cut (it was) hill in the CG had washed out stones and after four days it was still not regraded. We won't return.

When registering I was greeted by a cranky older woman. She made me feel like I was a kid. And very unwelcomed When I went back to the offices the next day I was greeted by a much nicer older woman who made me feel welcomed The campground is very clean and quiet but a little out of the way

LOVE!!! Can't wait to stay again! Louise in the office was extremely helpful, going above and beyond helping us! All staff were friendly and helpful! Beautiful sites, well maintained campground. Honestly, couldn't find one thing we didn't like.

The West Chester KOA grounds are well maintained & many activities for Kids. However, our deluxe cabin had no air. We were given a fan that was not safe for a two year old. Had to sleep with the front door open with the fan on. The futon was broken. The bedroom was missing a a screen in the one window to find out they had to put a window unit in there (that was not there for us).

The campground road needs a lot of work. It's to hard to drive and walk on the old cracked road especially with the new stones thrown over them. They caused our camper to slide as we were backing into the spot. It would be nice if kids could ride bikes around the campground. Our spot desperately needs tree and brush trimming. The pool was clean and the public restrooms were also clean.

Our extended family had a great time. We were excited about the amenities and activities the camp had to offer and just hanging out around a campfire at night. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

A delightful campground in a great location. Shaded sites, clean bathrooms, helpful staff, kids programs and nice amenities. We had both an RV site & a rustic cabin for a family get together. The rustic cabin was clean and the mattresses decent. The cabin had a fire pit, covered porch, and a cute swing. The only downside was the bathrooms were a bit of a hike from the cabin area.

Had a great time camping at KOA West Chester/Philadelphia. It's a beautiful location right along the Brandywine Creek that had everything we needed!

Had a wonderful visit. This KOA offers some great views via scenic Chester County. The staff were beyond nice and helpful. We will be returning for an extended stay in the near future.

This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.
