Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, nice lots, well equipped store. The only downside was the water. Most of my ten night stay over the 4th of July, the water pressure was very low. I counted two occasions when there was no water at all.

I have been coming to this campsite for a while. It is enjoyable. However, I do long for the days when they would invite local talent to perform outside on the stage. It was a time when everyone came together. They had many more opportunities for various arts and crafts products for the children. They had fun activities like squar dancing for the adults.

The staff was great and so friendly. We loved the shop and all the merchandise. The pool was fantastic, and we loved renting the canoes. Campgrounds were clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was that there was constant loud music for most of our stay. Don’t mind people listening to music, but this particular group was blaring it all day.

Dog poop on our site when we arrived. Dirty bathrooms and unhelpful member service staff. Not worth the extra price. I will stick to state run campgrounds next time.

Due to local road closures, arriving and departing from the facility was extremely stressful. Otherwise, the campground was pleasant and well-kept.

KOA West Chester is fantastic! The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. I stayed in a pet friendly, rustic Kamper Kabin (no amenities, just beds and a counter and stools) that was immaculate. It had no smell in the cabin or on the window curtains of previous pets and no musty or moldy odors. The A/C worked well and was quiet. Recommend highly!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The basic cabin was larger than expected plenty of sleeping room. The proximity to the Brandywine River was excellent the kids love the pool the playground. The only bummer was the jumping pillow was in direct sunlight so it was very hot and the kids couldn't use it. Please let RVers know to ignore the signs that are posted closed on the road on your website. You can still Drive through that section. Also, the bathrooms that are in the main building where you check in need to be cleaned more often. Offer more programs for kids that are free during a weekend. There was only a limited amount.

Best koa we’ve ever stayed at. The cabin itself we beautiful, the land it’s on is stunning, and there were so many activities for the kids to do. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend taking a walk down to the water where you can canoe. The view is gorgeous. We will absolutely be back!

Difficult to level sites due to uphill slant. Had to be moved to another site. Showers lack much needed ventilation. Very friendly staff and neat property.

Vacation stay. Campground in reasonable distance to all area has to offer. Road closures during the day leading to the campground. Staff communicated and were very accommodating in dealing with this issue. Facility was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if traveling in the Philadelphia area.

I had an enjoyable stay for both times there. Some camp sites are a bit tight so practice your backing, is needed. Very friendly staff. Welcomed in both stays by Canada geese. Very dog friendly. Will stay there again. Interesting (tight) roads into and out of the camp grounds but some spectacular views.

We enjoy the campground but Saturday night there was a group of campers that were very loud until the early morning. I would hope that they will not be permitted to return.

Great little campground with wonderful amenities. We were there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The campground is perfectly placed in the middle of so many attractions and things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a large 5th wheel trailer and the road to get in was quite winding. We took it slow and were perfectly fine. We will be returning for a future visit!

We loved our site #54. We suggest putting some bark mulch or wood chips on the pathway to the fire ring. Looks like there has been landscaping cloth there but the granite steps are too deep for most to walk without some covering in between,. The landscaping around one side of our site was perfect. We loved the privacy and the location. Staff was excellent! Store was well stocked.

Clamping tent was very nice. Activities left a lot to be desired especially none planned on actual fathers day. Mini golf which while cheap did cost money, was not maintained at all. At least blow off the derby with a leaf blower and pull the weeds from the holes.

Had a lot of fun. The campground was well-maintained. Nice events. Everybody from the maintenance staff to the hosts and people running the store were extremely helpful and kind and patient.

Prior stays had been nice. This stay had mice continually sneaking into the cabin. Cabin & porch smelled like mice pee. Roaches spotted outside cabin but not inside.

Property is rather long in the tooth. Needs bathroom upgrade. Lodge should be open for use. Lots of ill behaved dogs. Needs a community room.

Clean campground. Nice store and pool. Surrounding area is beautiful. I don’t see much reinvestment in the campground. Mulch is cheap but not used. Roads are in need of repair. Still would recommend.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
