What a great place to bring family together! We met up for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time - the lodges were cozy and clean, and we loved sitting around the fire and making s'mores! We hope to be back again next year.

Stayed one night in October. It was clean and quaint. Lots of activities for our toddler, even in the fall. Looking forward to coming back when it's warm.

We enjoyed our stay but a couple frustrations. We arrived a little early and although the cabin was ready they wanted to charge an extra $25 to access even less than an hour before checkin. With the prices of the cabins being well over $200 per night this seems petty and not friendly toward a regular KOA member. When we got into the cabin the trash was full from the prior guests which was gross.

We made some of the best memories of our lives here! Our family will be coming back for many years to come! Such a beautiful clean and well maintained property, run by a really great family. Thanks for a great stay Philadelphia/West Chester KOA

Absolutely love this RV park! Beautiful location, very nice general store, lovely employees!! We have a small TT so our site was right next to the Brandywine creek for gorgeous views & lots of birds!! We'll be back!!

Been there numerous times. We like the simplicity of the campground. Calm cool and collected. And we sure lucked out with the weather last weekend. Thanks as usual KOA. Vince, Anna and Gable the Furry son

Generally speaking we loved our stay at this KOA and we have been to a lot of them! There was plenty of outdoor activities for our 2 & 5 year old, including playing in the leaves around our site. The playground and amenities are simple but perfect. The roads could be improved , there are many deep potholes on the narrow roads, making them hard to avoid. That said we will absolutely be back!

Amy was very nice and helpful

Nice level site. Speedy garbage pickup. Easy in and out of campground and in and out of parking site. Lots of space to maneuver with a big rig. Everything excellent as it should be with a KOA campground but, is not always so.

We had a great week...very relaxing. The staff was most helpful and our family was permitted to visit for trick or treat night...always a good time. We've already reserved our spot for next year!

We have been staying at this site with a group of friends on the same date for 5 years. We were shocked to learn that we didn’t get the same priority booking on cabins for next year and very disappointed that one family in the group were not able to reserve the same cabin they’d had. The prices have raised dramatically and the ambiance has diminished from years past. Sad about the changes

excellent campground, friendly staff, plenty of activities for kids, will definitely return in 2024.

Our stay was fantastic. This was our 4th year in the same cabin for the weekend before Halloween. HOWEVER, WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ACTUALLY ANGRY THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN THAT CABIN AGAIN. It is my understanding that KOA corporate changed the reservation and reservation policy so that we no longer had the right of first refusal to book again next year as were were leaving.

Spot 25 was way too tight for a 43 ft Diesel Pusher. Significant damage to front bumper due to grassy burm on my passenger side which KOA spotter was not watching. She then proceeded to tell me while I had a chunk of my bumper in my hand(approximately 1 foot by 2 foot)that garbage pick-up is at 10:00 AM. She also told my wife that maybe next time I should get a pull through. Have 15 years behind w

It was excellent. Kids had a great time. Recommend that trick or treat start at 6pm. Thanks.

WC KOA is our favorite local campground

We were told about the noise level on two different evenings and while we probably were a bit loud the first evening, I believe we were targeted for the second evening when in fact it was the two sites across from us. (We hung out at a friends site, not the one we booked) one of the gentlemen from other site was asking us to turn up the music which added to the first nights noise level.

Fantastic campground it's just a bit on the pricey side.

Loved this place. Usually KOA near a major road and it's a loud place. But this one like a paradise, hills, lake, tall trees. My favorite place so far.

Friendly staff. Parking pads need leveling and roads inside are worn out with many pot holes. Roads to the park are winding and very narrow. Can't understand why the owner has let this park deteriorate.

Campground and staff were great. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to return to stay longer and do more exploring in the area! We enjoyed the nature trail and beautiful scenery too.

KOA gravel roads eroding away. I question how big rig friendly the sites are - I had to back up to exit my site due to lack of space and the road erosion. Travel to and from your KOA was the most stressful of my entire 2 month trip - low overpasses, detour in town, no shoulder, low hanging branches, etc. We won’t be back.

Very friendly staff. Great vibe. Close to Orchard. Please advise travelers how to go South. GPS was useless.

Campground and staff are great. The local roads to the campground are NOT RV friendly at all.

We love staying here. Everything is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. This time we went canoeing and it was fantastic. Such a lovely camp ground.

The Wi-Fi here is way behind other KOAs we’ve stayed. Needs a serious upgrade! The roads are rutted and in desperate need of repair. All of this said, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I really won’t be recommending this as a place to stay when on the road.

This was our fall family camping trip with 5 of us. Enjoyed our stay even with some of those big hills to walk up and down.

Great stay, the only downside was terrible water pressure

We have been coming here for a few years and they always make it fun for the kids during this year ( Halloween). Look forward to next year !

Staff were super helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed a shady site with FHU. My trailer is just 23 feet long. Those with longer rigs will want to take it slow arriving and leaving the property with some tight turns on nearby roads. Would stay again!

I have stayed in a rustic cabin and the safari tents. Both were clean and ready to go for us. The staff couldn't be more nice! They go above and beyond with activities for kids. It's our families favorite place to go! Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially families with kids.

Let me first say that the campground was very nice and the staff were incredible. Getting to it via any of the roads available was an absolute nightmare in our diesel pusher. We generally use KOAs when we're unfamiliar with the area as they are generally very easy to get to; I completely blame myself for not doing more legwork investigating how much of a horror show getting to the campground would truly be. -So much so, that rather than spending time relaxing the day before the trip home, I chose to drive 50+ miles down each of the available roads in my TOAD trying to plan my exit and ultimately drove our rig 40 extra miles out of my way, to avoid the Embreeville Rd as much as possible and instead used the 162 to 82 to 30 Business West route to avoid as many low-hanging branches and narrow roads as possible. Once in the campground, there are lots of hills and more low-hanging tree limbs to watch out for, but otherwise there are lots of amenities and courteous staff. If you're in a bigger rig, I would definitely do your research on getting here, but smaller MH or Trailers will love this place.
