The campground is in a lovely setting, and the staff was wonderful. Getting there was the tricky part. VERY narrow, winding roads with no shoulders made it a little scary bringing in a big rig. There was no room for error. The campground itself is hilly, so our spot, while spacious, was not very level. The campground has a beautiful lodge, and pool, and a river that runs along side it.

The staff was nice, the park had no water Sunday morning and this soured the trip for us. The staff related this has been happening for awhile but no problem can be found. It was not just my site but numerous sites. I inquired if a partial refund was going to be done but was told no.

A different type of campground layout with tiered levels of campsites like they’re cut into the side of the terrain. Still the sites are quite level with little side-to-side leveling correction needed. Two somewhat noteworthy detractors for me - the lower level men’s toilet wasn’t cleaned from one day to the next, and the hydrant water pressure is only 20psi. Fill your tank & use your pump.

Astronomical prices for tent camping during the off-season. Very disappointing that there’s no discount for Boy Scouts.

Everyone on staff is so easygoing and friendly. For me the home run was having a tent site right next to the river. Priceless.

Our very first outing. Grandchildren especially loved the jump pad. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Great property. Large gravel sites with grass and picnic tables. Most sites are staggered and elevated so the view is good. Staff were great!

Great place for kids. Very nice patio site with views. Accommodating, helpful staff. Big rigs note that roads to rv park are a little dicey with low hanging trees.

What a great location. Right in the middle of the forest, so peaceful. Exit right across the bridge to the city, gardens and museum, exit left into small towns and friendly people.

What a great KOA campground! Its location is ideal, and the grounds are surrounded by a very peaceful and picturesque rural region of Pennsylvania. It's clearly family friendly, as to be expected. Sorry to have to head home - could have stayed more days, for sure.

First family trip with our 2 year old son. Everything was fantastic from the cabin to the surrounding area. Great swingsets and he could have jumped on that giant bounce pad all day. Already thinking about booking next years visit and bringing some more family along!

Very brief, but the utilities worked well and the site (#62) was very nice. Were out most of the time, so didn't take part in the Halloween festivities, but nice to see an active, family friendly campground.

We really enjoyed the campground. Sites are a little whacky the way some are situated and its very narrow roads getting to the campground but we will be back.

The road coming in was treacherous and the high branches damaged our RV, tearing off the awning cover in the front. At our site, there was a mud pit resulting from an active water leak which continued all 4 days and although I requested to move, we were told the campground was full. There were several empty sites. No communication of the parks events were shared upon check in.

Fall is the best time of year to go camping. Our stay was nice. No LOUD radios playing over each other. Everyone enjoying their time with family & friends.

Stayed 2 nights in between stops. Very nice campsite. Easy to drive and maneuver through area. Site was level and hookups were easy to get to. Will definitely keep on list of go to stops.

Stayed twice in October 2025, going and coming from Maine. Very nice campground, had a patio site. Large and well equipped. Would have given it a 5 except for the difficulty getting there. Hard to find, difficult directions. It could be I'm just not used to rural PA roads. Would recommend.

The folks at the KOA West Chester were really friendly and great. The sites were spacious and private. I’d definitely come back here and would highly recommend it to others.

Directions to your place would help a lot - and having staff know what those directions are when called. The person I talked with on the way in was NOT helpful in the least, and the trip was unnerving. Won't be coming back.

Fun weekend away. Unfortunately weather didn't hold up for us, but this would be a fantastic campground in the summer with the creek running through the back and lots of outdoor activities.

The location of the sites is lovely; but the actual sites were not mowed, and had lots of depressions making for a difficult time finding a level spot for our tent. My husband felt that the men’s bath house was very dirty! Generally the staff was pleasant and very helpful.

It was fine, the map was deceiving, the property should have golf carts for rent due to all the hills and how far bathrooms are. They also told us several times over the phone about arts and crafts, movie night, etc so we got there early for the activities, but when we arrived, they said there were no activities.

Men’s showers need updating. Several washers were out of order . Would prefer store to open by 8:00 Sunday when several campers are leaving so any last minute purchases can be made.

We checked in late. Sign in sheet highlighted area to pay although we had prepaid. Site markers barely legible. Fellow campers helped us. Noisy children at night. Very hilly. Narrow areas to manuever. Cabins looked quite nice. Probably would not bring an RV again.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
