We were disappointed that even though we reserved a riverside location, we were put on a site half way up the hill. There were empty sites down on the river the whole time we stayed there.

Location, location, location! But we also enjoy the campground and especially enjoy site #81. Love the patio sites as they help keep dirt out of the motorhome. Staff is friendly, campers are friendly. Please mark the speed bump near that campsite though.

We have come here for years. The grounds did not look cleaned up yet. Grass needed cutting and bushes needed to be raked out. We will be back later in the year and I hope it looks better. As always the staff was excellent!!

The staff is so helpful and our stay was fantastic! The area is so quaint and charming with lots of equestrian farms and beautiful views. We will be back!

The campground is in a great location and we have always enjoyed our stay. This time, however, the men's rooms were not cleaned during the entire week and weekend and remained dirty. This was not our experience in the past so we are hoping that this was an anomaly.

Despite being within the posted social hours, the kids were forced to leave the playground and the basketball court by the campground manager. At 9 PM on Saturday, they were told to leave the basketball court despite the rules stating kids and young adults had until 10pm to return to respective camp sites. According to multiple reports, the manager was very rude and demanding

First time visitor. Nice accommodations, friendly staff. Extra tent fee is a middle misleading, would move under payment or part of checkout. Bring a grill grate. That’s not included either.

Camp is well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly. I honestly enjoyed my first visit. The Only suggestion I have is dog play area. My Yorkie is tiny and he did a straight line through the bars. We had to briefly chase after him. Funny but a bit scary. A low netting around the lower bar area would make this area small dog/ puppy escape proof. Meanwhile, little Chopper is banned. ��

There are some good and not so good about this site. The good - We arrived late, the paperwork was waiting and map was clear. The not so good - getting to this campground with a big rig is a task, narrow back roads. The campground is hilly and the lots are narrow, ours was uneven, 4" difference left to right. During our stay they had water issues. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no water pressure. I asked for a slight refund for having to use the facilities vs the full hook up I paid for. I Was told just fill your tanks and use your pump. The water flow was 0.3 gal/min from the hose. Not enough pressure to bypass the check valve to fill my tanks. This has been a known problem in reviews since November. Nothing was said at booking. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!

The roads leading into the campground were quite interesting and narrow. Only certain ones seem to accommodate RV traffic. We stayed in a cabin this time, parking is located down a side road, and can be very difficult to see if arrival after dark. Staff was fantastic and addressed an issue we had with lighting in cabin.

I really appreciated the ease of scheduling a campsite at very short notice. The booking process provided all kids of details and we felt very prepared for our stay. Our party was me (an adult) and three 15-year-olds (my son and his two friends). I was very surprised when we arrived in person for check-in and were informed of a $25 fee per night per additional tent. That was a poor welcome.

The 2 lane roads to the campground were in need of repair (not KOA's fault). It was a long way into the KOA from main roads. Our spot was inbetween the 2bathrooms. In the am, I went to take a shower in the back...it was locked. I went to the main KOA bathroom instead. KOA lady said that bathroom was on reservations only; didn't open until 9am. So what did I pay for? I'll not stay w/you again.

park is difficult to get into w/ a lg rig whether u come north or south. If u come from the south, there’s a v small bridge to cross. clerk gave me directions, we missed a turn and went over that bridge. So when we left, we went the other direction and it was nearly as bad. Also, your directions on your website don’t mention that you travel on rt 322 for a time. Park great otherwise

Was a 3 day trip for a wedding. Site we had was clear but not real level. Close to shower and restroom, but they were closed, I guess for the season. The biggest problem we had was finding the site. Had the map but was slow to find our site. The people runng the campground were very friendly

We had a great day in the month of December. Initial hill was pretty icy getting up it, but nothing four-wheel-drive couldn’t handle. Cheryl was so kind and helpful. Great dog park, and there was nobody else in December so we really took advantage of it. Campsite has adorable amenities for kids. We didn’t get to use them because they were closed for the season, but looking forward to returning

Traveling in our Zion RV during the winter season we arrived much later than anticipated at the campground. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly getting our rig located and settled in our site.

This was the worst koa we’ve stayed at. There was a month old water leak causing mud everywhere. We couldn’t move to another site because there isn’t anywhere to turn around . The site wasn’t level, it was too small for our vehicle, and the facilities were filthy. Especially the laundry.

First-time staying here. Im an an advid camper. Absolutely love this KOA. Wish they were open all year round. I will def be returning. Thank you for having such a great campground and clean facilities.

The pricing is too high, especially for off season rates. The sites are OK lengthwise but are narrow. The staff communications are sometimes lacking in timing. Our water was shutoff after a notice of such was cancelled. the playground offers several things for kids to do. Overall, we will stay there again.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
