I believe that with Very Little work quite a few sites could be made more level! I'm a certified Engineer. Just a recommendation...

� first…Pool was next to the dump station…when the wind blew watch out and a child tried to rinse off at the dump station because it’s right in front of the pool. �…Staff were nice and helpful. Bathrooms clean. Overall a nice campground.

Only had one working shower in our area and one womens x bsthroom. Staff in office was very nice and helpful and friendly. A bit hilly sites position of campfire rings difficult to find level area to sit safely by fire

We do offer 2 restroom buildings that accommodate both men and women for our guests. Unfortunately, repairs do need to be made and the building closest to your site was down one shower.

We have been going to this KOA for a long time. It’s always a great trip. First time we have stayed during the week (usually it’s over a weekend) and it was much less crowded which was amazing. Staff is all really friendly and will help with anything we need. The pool and playground keep the kids busy and the trials and canoe rental were a lot of fun with my kids.

We chose the campground over others for its riverfront sites and booked one online. Upon arrival after a 7 hour drive, we were told that we would not be on the river, but in the RV park, due to a glitch in the reservation software. We requested a discount but were declined by the very unfriendly & unaccommodating owner who claimed the inconvenience was actually an "upgrade".Didn't stay a 2nd nite.

Your reservation was made at 10:20pm after store hours one day before your arrival. Upon opening in the morning, the discrepancy was discovered and we called you 1/2 after opening to inform you of the issue. You did not answer and did not call back. What were we to do?

The double cabin was very nice and I really appreciated the mattresses (we stayed in a 1 room cabin the other week and the mattresses were really bad). We were in cabin 13 and there was a large group staying nearby (I assume the group camping area) and they were extremely loud well into the night singing and performing. I would appreciate maintaining quiet hours in the future.

This was our first stay at the Philadelphia/West Chester KOA. Myself, my husband, and grandson stayed a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was my grandson’s first camping experience and he had a wonderful time playing with a few really nice children his age. We would recommend this KOA location to everyone. It was very well kept and clean, with very friendly staff.

Me and my son really enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. Tho there was a large group that wasnt very considerate to other, I was really pleased with the staff. My son had so much fun with the activities with the tie dye and the popsicle hunt! Thank you for a great stay. Johnathan Wilson

Everything was almost fantastic. Kids had a good time. I was thankful when it was my last night. Then the noisy campers arrived my final day. Hooting and having a celebration first thing on the morning. Not going to complain it was my last day. For the sake of the other campers I hope someone told them about the noise. Everything except the morning noise was great

a nice campground and all of the staff was wonderful incredibly friendly and helpful. I will defiantly be back. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my only complaint is the water pressure it is not very good which made showers and doing dishes difficult. I talked to some other people that were there and they had the same problem. But other than that minor inconvenience it was great

This is a well kept and clean campground. The staff is also very friendly. The water pressure is alittle low but other then that we really enjoyed this campground. Will we be back!

Cabin was very nice. Campground is very clean and quiet. Small campground, very hilly. Not as many amenities as larger KOAs, but not a huge issue.

The July 4th weekend was so much fun! Every employee we came into contact with was pleasant and extremely helpful. The balloon artist and the rocket making and launch were tied for the best activities of the weekend.

This is a very clean campsite and very friendly staff. The pool can get crowded on the weekends in the summertime, but plan accordingly. We come to this campground atleast 4 times a year. We love the KOA patios. Very well maintained and nice size campground for our needs.

This is a very nicely landscaped and clean campground. This was my 3rd time camping here. It was a little tricky with the bridge closure so check on directions before you go.

Access to the campground from the south is closed due to a bridge that's out. The other access roads to the campground are navigable but narrow and windy with low hanging tree branches in some locations. Plan your route ahead based on your rig and take your time on the access roads.

1-The pool area very nice 2- wifi is terrible by rooms stops at a certain time by office 3- front desk employees can be nicer 4-compared to other Koas give this one a 3 5- not many activities like bingo, music, dancing, etc no fire works

Where to start...we checked in friday afternoon. Friday evening at approximately 12:15 AM your campground allowed a family of 3 cars to pull in running a generator and car lights and spot lights to set up. We asked them to turn it off, quiet hour at 11 pm correct? That went on for about an hour and people yelling from their tents! They lit firecrackers and had to come on my site to get their kids

We appreciate hearing from you. Yes it was unfortunate that there was a very late arrival who was not very respectful. Our security guard had to practically sit with them to get them settled. We are aware that someone in your party was helping rescue kids from the river, therefore, on your site.

We knew that there was a brdge out before arriving. However, we could not figure out how to get to the campground. Our GPS could not figure it out either. We called the campground and a kind camp worker came to where we were and guided us to the campground. I think the campground should provide more detailed directions. The sites are not very level but they are spacious. The staff were great.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the fixing of the bridge to get to the campground. We do our best to direct you in. Calling is always best as you see we went out of our way to bring you in.

Quiet, clean and very well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back as soon as possible. My only concern was about how a state with a 10 Billion dollar surplus, with one of the HIGHEST GAS TAXES in the US, has such crappy roads. It was like driving in Afghanistan. The governor must want to give campers the Conestoga Wagon experience getting to a destination.

Major concern for other campers at this site. I did tell my "complaint" at the front office. I hope the concern would be addressed. The sewer pipe is too HIGH to accompany the out flow of dirty/clean water from the RV I had to up lift the out going tube 2 to 3 times a day in order for the water to drain into the sewer pipe. For an elderly person it gets to be quite a chore. Please correct.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We have being staying at this KOA off and on for over 30 years and have always enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice site. Clean quiet shady. Charcoal Grill and fire pit excellent. Patio chairs and umbrella were very handy. If we get this Far East again we will definitely stay here. Thanks.

Everything was perfect except for the gentleman shining his flashlight in the eyes of our son, sitting quietly at the fire during quiet hours telling him it was time to be quiet. He repeated this behavior to our quiet neighbors as well. This was unnecessary and intrusive. If there was any noise, of course it would be appropriate, but there was none.

Amazing campground fun for all ages. One thing, rv sites by the river filled with poison Ivy on the hill. Little kids all over the place so we had to be careful. We had a great time though and look forward to our next trip as this was number 3 there for us!

The lodge area where arcade is was closed. The swimming pool would only be opened if one requested. Cabin is meant for 4-6 people but you pay additional charge for each guest staying even if it is 4 people total. Not much to do during your stay.

Your comments are always welcome. As for the arcade, we closed that over 3 years ago and do not advertise as having one, The pool is kept locked for safety to insure younger children are not alone. Yes, are pricing is for double occupancy just like a hotel.

Beautiful campground. Clean & well maintained. Great staff. Wonderful patio site. Quiet country setting. Access to the facility fairly tricky due to storm damaged bridges. Some added directions & signage would be helpful.

The camp was clean and beautifully maintained. The owners and their family were very friendly and involved throughout the stay. There are so many cute activities (ceramics, smores, lollipop scavenger hunt) throughout the weekend. The pet enclosure area is the best we have seen, with lots of room, benches and an extra security fence to keep your furry ones safe.We will definitely stay again.

Bob and Cheryl are fantastic! They took us in at the last minute and made it a great place to rest our heads. This is one heck of a beautiful campground!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. Just a heads up-the motels and hotels in the area are either not pet friendly or shooting rates up to about $200-use your pet friendliness and good prices for marketing and you will be booked for years! Gorgerous location away from the overdeveloped no tree areas - get outta there and come here for a wonderful and inviting getaway with Canoes, a river, fenced dog area, mini golf, pool, ample store, and so much more!
